We were driving from California and placed an order here. The wait itself wasn't the issue it was the service. The staff came across as rude and made the experience uncomfortable, even though we were polite and patient while waiting. We decided to brush it off and left, but once we got in the car, we realized our order was incorrect. On top of that, the food wasn't even heated properly. Went into Taco Bell West Monroe around 7:00 pm, i made a pit stop to the restroom. While waiting to wash my hands, an employee in front of me failed to wash his hands thoroughly, he merely turned the water on, washed one hand , then proceeded to the kitchen. AWFUL! They are always Baja blast and service is not great. I went to this location and my burrito was mainly cheese had hardly any meat in it. My quesadilla was not fully cooked. It had cold chunks in it and the chicken was hard!! And my friends quesadilla was burnt and the meat was barley cooked. read more

I went through the drive thru, the girl daid they didnt have large cups so i asked if i get a price deduction, she said no, so i waited a minute on how this was to be compensated. I then asked can i get a small, she said yes rudely. I pulled to the window, she handed my my $19 dollar multi person order, i asked for hot sauce and very rudely through her arm and said well i just put some in the bag very childish, i asked for some more ans she actually repeated herself. I had ordered 6 Doritos locos tacos and they asked if everything was correct on the screen, and I said no because it said nacho cheese and I didn't know that was it, so the lady practically yelled and said "THATS WHAT THERE MADE OF" and I said " okay I'm sorry then yes it's correct." then I heard her whispering and she said "This lady is so dumb" One star because of rudeness, but still good food. read more

Taco Bell is is like the best place to go. It's like the feel good of whataburger but like the taste of Wendy's.

No very good at all. Got a cheesy potato burrito, and I spent most of my time spitting out the burnt potatoes. At least they didn't mess up any of the items I had ordered. That's a plus I suppose. read more

Drive-thru orders are ALWAYS wrong. All I ever ask is for NO SOUR CREAM on chicken chalupas & the last 3 times (over 3 weeks) they were literally covered in sour cream. This is always during dinner & we live 20 miles away so no taking it back. 3 strikes, they're out! Will not visit again. read more

We entered the restaurant at 10 pm through the door facing the road. Upon entering I did notice that we received some looks of dissatisfaction from the team members behind the counter. Not but a few seconds after we were inside a team member promptly locked the door behind us. No big deal it is the least used door. We ordered and sat down to eat and then about 10 people came in. At this time the manager on duty (we know he was the manager because we later asked for the manager) went and locked the other door, the time was about 1030pm. At this point there were at least 20 customers in the seating area either waiting on food or eating. A set of people (6 in their group left) and they had to unlock the door to get out. My husband went, asked for the manager and told the manager that the door needed to be unlocked in case of fire because of the number of people still inside. The manager said "Yeah, I got you" and went and unlocked the door. We are writing to let someone higher up know about this incident, we ourselves are business owners and know the liability. The receipt code used was actually our second order placed if someone is comparing the times to the incident.....this was what I copied from the survey I wrote. read more
