The store hours are inaccurate. They lock up the inside super early and force you to drive-through which takes way too long. Once you get in line, you cannot get out of line if you change your mind & don't wanna wait. My family and I waited over 15mins near the speaker before being able to order. I give this place a zero. I used to work here and I came tonight for dinner for myself and they burned my burrito black. They are holding a grudge against me and tried to tell me what to do. I'm a customer not an employee. They disrespected me while working there and ruined my $23 order tonight. I waited 25 minutes for my food. Fastest time for food but the quality was awful. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a long time because of how terrible it has gotten. But today I decided to try it again. Hoosick st is always a gamble with how service and food is but here it is. Let's start with the Cashier Joan. Very nice and courteous, you can tell she likes her job. Now for the food. Not bad at all, I just got 3 soft taco supremes and they were perfect. Got Taco Bell from this restaurant on DoorDash tonight. July 25th is an emotional day for me and I just wanted some damn Taco Bell (not gonna get to into it but it's a long time comfort food that reminds me of my father and step mother) upon getting our order the bag was half destroyed (not sure if DD fault or TB) my boyfriends chicken chalupa and cinnamon twist were missing and his cherry Pepsi turned into a cherry freeze (for any other person this would be okay but he's allergic to red food dye) on my end my fry's were upside down in the bag and everywhere not to mention cold along with my chips and cheese being missing. I worked at a Taco Bell once upon a time for months, Managment was all assholes but at least we made orders correctly, the degree of which this order was treated was insane to me. The Brunswick Taco Bell opened for business in August 2019. The size of this standalone Taco Bell location with drive-thru is on the small side, similar size to the Taco Bell in Defreestville. The layout inside seems cramped with order kiosk, communal high table seating near the counter and hard table seating. There is a self serve drink station and condiments area to the right of the counter. This location offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night eats. I wanted some cheap fast food, so I stopped at the new Taco Bell in Brunswick for a to go lunch and decided to go inside since the drive thru seemed moderately busy. I ordered three items off the dollar value menu using the touchscreen kiosk. Since I was paying cash, the kiosk spit out a slip which I gave to the cashier (no line) to complete the transaction. I ordered 1 Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, 1 Spicy Tostada, and 1 Spicy Potato Soft Taco for $3.24 with tax. It was not very busy inside of the restaurant at all, and my order was all set in about 4 minutes. The condiments bar was stocked with sauce packets, plastic utensils and napkins. My food was made correctly and tasted pretty good! 3.5 STARS read more

Visited today and no issues with order. The servers were very nice. The site is small as the other reviewers note but it is what it is. I'm not expecting a 5 star restaurant when I come to Taco Bell. How poorly do you have to train your employees for them to pull these kinds of stunts? First, they forgot the onions in all of my tacos-- whatever. The part that is really annoying is that they didn't provide cardboard taco holders for ANY of my supreme tacos, but the one regular taco? That singular, understuffed taco had a cardboard holder. There was no sour cream on that one-- it needed the taco sleeve the LEAST. My bag was full of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, beef-- but not onions, of course, since they had forgotten those. Now, for the most egregious offense-- they just splotched this sour cream onto the side of my taco. Not inside: On the side. HOW am I supposed to eat this without making a mess like a giant baby. I had placed a mobile order on my phone, I had went to the location to pick up my food inside the store off of the pick up shelf as you would any other Taco Bell and or fast food restaurant. As I'm grabbing my food, the only order up had my name and receipt on it, one of the workers grabbed my hand and the food and said angrily that I'm not allowed to grab my food without help, since I have never had this issue anywhere else nor was this a policy I showed her my phone with the order and my name saying it was paid and asked her to let me and the food go to leave and she refused until I said "I understand I can't come into this Taco Bell and pick up my order" I had to repeat myself multiple times saying "please let me take my food and go" while there were 6 other customers in there also waiting. Ordered food from them with doordash , when i recipe the order my bag was wrapped around twice with stickers. My tacos weren't properly wrapped they were thrown into the wrapping paper & put in the bag , my taco condiments weren't even in the shell , they were floating around in my bag. I would give them no stars if I could. I am a door dash driver, and tonight Sunday 6-12-22 at approximately 9:40pm I arrived to pick up an order. I went through the drive thru like I always do being it was late, they told me to come inside, so I had to wait in line at the drive thru to be able to go back around as there was no way for me to get out with cars in front of me and behind me. Anyway, that wasn't even the issue, I went inside and they had music blasting, swear words in every other sentence in the song, very unprofessional if you ask me. Then there where like maybe 6 workers with only maybe 2 of them actually working, the others where pretty much standing around and on their phones, meanwhile another dasher comes in and we literally are standing there for at least 10 minutes, no help or anything. And yes the workers seen us standing there, looked right at us and just continued to do whatever they where doing (playing on their phones, laughing and messing around) meanwhile there are 2 bags of food sitting on the counter, one bag was wide open, food getting cold. Smh FINALLY the one lady came over asking who we where there picking up for, sure enough the open bag of food was the order I was picking up. She quickly closed it and put a sticker on it to keep it closed then pushed the bad towards me and said "there" like how unprofessional and rude is that to speak to your customers that way?? I was shocked. I looked at the order on my phone and mentioned that there was also supposed to be a drink with it (we can see what the customers order) she looked right in my face and said "NO THERES NOT" I showed her my phone and she rolled her eyes and walked away, I stood there not knowing if she was even gonna get the drink or not. She ended up yelling at another worker to get the drink. Meanwhile she wasn't doing anything. I want to say she may have been a manager there because she was telling everyone else what to do. And the whole music thing just blew my mind, it was so loud that you had to literally yell for them to hear you talk, and the swear words in it, like the whole song was swear words!
