This place is so poorly run. They didn't answer the phone, let our DoorDasher pick up the WRONG ORDER and now we're stuck with food we didn't get. read more

The store hours are inaccurate. They lock up the inside super early and force you to drive-through which takes way too long. Once you get in line, you cannot get out of line if you change your mind & don't wanna wait. My family and I waited over 15mins near the speaker before being able to order. I literally left my husband to wait in line, jumped out of the vehicle and walked to Walmart to pick up groceries before he even placed his order. read more

Actually pathetic how your staff AND management operate. Waited 3 hours for my f-ing food, had my dashers wait forever while you guys kept telling them you were "preparing the order" and then closed the establishment hours before it actually says it does. Shut the whole place down. read more

Waited in line to just be told mobile orders only. Very disappointed. This is not the first time we have had issues with them. They suck.

Service is horrible, as a DoorDash driver they take hours to answer and make the food. I had almost gotten jumped one night due to them taking over an hour just to make my food, I just recently got another DoorDash order tonight from here and the employees are riding around the store with e-bikes read more

I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a long time because of how terrible it has gotten. But today I decided to try it again. Hoosick st is always a gamble with how service and food is but here it is. Let's start with the Cashier Joan. Very nice and courteous, you can tell she likes her job. Now for the food. Not bad at all, I just got 3 soft taco supremes and they were perfect. Plenty of meat and toppings. I haven't seen that in any other Taco Bell's ever. So yea they get 5 stars. Hope they keep it up! read more

These employees have no hustle. I waited 45 minutes for my order...so much for fast food. My friend waited an hour and had to tell the to hurry up. It is ridiculous that they think it's best to move like a sloth when the lobby and drive thru is full. My whole order was wrong but they remade it read more

I give this place a zero. I used to work here and I came tonight for dinner for myself and they burned my burrito black. They are holding a grudge against me and tried to tell me what to do. I'm a customer not an employee. They disrespected me while working there and ruined my $23 order tonight. I waited 25 minutes for my food. Fastest time for food but the quality was awful. They kept looking at me and talking about me. Making sure I knew they were talking about. I will never go back there to that store because of the disgusting behavior. Even though I was there for 2 months I was on my hands and knees for them. Cleaning and doing my job right. When I work, I do good. But they didn't appreciate it and disrespected me while there, and then tonight as a customer since I haven't worked there in 5 months. What a store. Fr should make it a different store or get better service employees. It's definitely nasty to see an old work place treat you like dirt when working there and after leaving the company still hold grudges and disgusting behavior when I patently waited for my food. I didn't complain at all tonight but coming home to see my food burnt, was a real kick in the face. Awful place and awful service and there should be a WHOLE FULL NEW TEAM. Everyone should be replaced with people who actually care and want good service to be served. As I do personally do my best with the food service. I can see the difference it's made when you actually care instead of being rude and insulting. People recognized me from there being at a new place of work. And we're even excited for me for leaving. And I make sure everyday when doing my job in the fast food industry to make people smile or have a better day. Tacobell, you need decent people and service if you ever wanna get a better rating of 1.5 stars. Stuff like this is the reason. Do better read more

The Brunswick Taco Bell opened for business in August 2019. The size of this standalone Taco Bell location with drive-thru is on the small side, similar size to the Taco Bell in Defreestville. The layout inside seems cramped with order kiosk, communal high table seating near the counter and hard table seating. There is a self serve drink station and condiments area to the right of the counter. This location offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night eats. I wanted some cheap fast food, so I stopped at the new Taco Bell in Brunswick for a to go lunch and decided to go inside since the drive thru seemed moderately busy. I ordered three items off the dollar value menu using the touchscreen kiosk. Since I was paying cash, the kiosk spit out a slip which I gave to the cashier (no line) to complete the transaction. I ordered 1 Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, 1 Spicy Tostada, and 1 Spicy Potato Soft Taco for $3.24 with tax. It was not very busy inside of the restaurant at all, and my order was all set in about 4 minutes. The condiments bar was stocked with sauce packets, plastic utensils and napkins. My food was made correctly and tasted pretty good! 3.5 STARS read more

How poorly do you have to train your employees for them to pull these kinds of stunts? First, they forgot the onions in all of my tacos-- whatever. The part that is really annoying is that they didn't provide cardboard taco holders for ANY of my supreme tacos, but the one regular taco? That singular, understuffed taco had a cardboard holder. There was no sour cream on that one-- it needed the taco sleeve the LEAST. My bag was full of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, beef-- but not onions, of course, since they had forgotten those. Now, for the most egregious offense-- they just splotched this sour cream onto the side of my taco. Not inside: On the side. HOW am I supposed to eat this without making a mess like a giant baby. This is not "supreme" and Taco Bell has no business charging extra if this is how they're putting together the meal. This is disgusting. read more

Taco Bell - Garbage Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme - Fast Food Near Me - Troy, New York

Got Taco Bell from this restaurant on DoorDash tonight. July 25th is an emotional day for me and I just wanted some damn Taco Bell (not gonna get to into it but it's a long time comfort food that reminds me of my father and step mother) upon getting our order the bag was half destroyed (not sure if DD fault or TB) my boyfriends chicken chalupa and cinnamon twist were missing and his cherry Pepsi turned into a cherry freeze (for any other person this would be okay but he's allergic to red food dye) on my end my fry's were upside down in the bag and everywhere not to mention cold along with my chips and cheese being missing. I worked at a Taco Bell once upon a time for months, Managment was all assholes but at least we made orders correctly, the degree of which this order was treated was insane to me. At my Taco Bell I would've been FIRED for this. Not to mention them not answering the phone while they are still supposed to be open (either they closed early ((not supposed to)) or are just ignoring the phone). Is Steve yalls DM? Ill text him right now if I must I just want this issues resolved read more

Visited today and no issues with order. The servers were very nice. The site is small as the other reviewers note but it is what it is. I'm not expecting a 5 star restaurant when I come to Taco Bell. As long as the site is clean, orderly, the order is right, and the servers are friendly, it fits the bill. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. 45 minutes to get food. Don't go there it's absolute trash.

this place is evil. they took over an hour to give us our food. criminally offensive. i'm not happy with the service.

The customer service is atrocious! We came in to order and they all stood and stared and when we asked how to order since no one was coming to the front to take our order they said to use the machine, then they proceeded to take the order of the gentleman behind us. Also, the food took a good 30 minutes to come out.... we only ordered 2 MEALS!! I really thought fast food was supposed to be fast! read more

If you want your order wrong, go here! :) Don't know the difference between hard and soft shell and for someone who sad no cheese and sour cream they still do it. Then tell us we have to go back threw the drive through for our correct order y'all can piss off with that. Great attitudes HA just kidding. read more

terrible. literally always problem's with this Taco Bell, whether it be that there card reader is not working(which is NEVER is) or there out of a certain soda. ALWAYS a problem! I only kept going because it's so close to my house but tonight was the final straw. I order a cheesy gordita crunch with beef and nachos and cheese. I got home, walked my dog and then ate so I didn't notice that my order was wrong even on the receipt until an hour after I left. they gave me a cheesy Gordita crunch with BEANS. no meat at allllllll. idk how beans and beef sound alike but according to the manager they do; so it was MY FAULT for not annunciating . my chips and cheese.... there about a tsp on cheese in the cup. so after waiting for 15 mins to even get my food in the first place for god knows what reason(there was only 1 car in front of me in the drive through) I had to drive all the way back for a wrong order. talking hour HANGRY AF. I brought it back and I got no apology, no "we're sorry for all your trouble let me replace the whole order" literally no sort of rep-oration in anyway. they didn't even replace my chips that were now over an hour old and stale. WORST STAFF EVERRRRRRR uncluding the cashier Kaylie b. never again. read more

I had placed a mobile order on my phone, I had went to the location to pick up my food inside the store off of the pick up shelf as you would any other Taco Bell and or fast food restaurant. As I'm grabbing my food, the only order up had my name and receipt on it, one of the workers grabbed my hand and the food and said angrily that I'm not allowed to grab my food without help, since I have never had this issue anywhere else nor was this a policy I showed her my phone with the order and my name saying it was paid and asked her to let me and the food go to leave and she refused until I said "I understand I can't come into this Taco Bell and pick up my order" I had to repeat myself multiple times saying "please let me take my food and go" while there were 6 other customers in there also waiting. I have since filed with corporate and have been reimbursed for this experience and I will always recommend any other location. read more

slow as hell. not a good place to go and have lunch. takes almost 30 minutes to get your food

Unacceptable! This place should have a class action lawsuit. New management & new workers. This Taco Bell is the newest around the area, but instead of having a brand new smell, it already carries the scent of shame. Dodge this shitshow & avoid this dumpster fire at all cost. Last 3x times were terrible. I kept on giving them the benefit of the doubt, but completely tragic. Second to last time they said they didn't have chicken and beef? What the actual fuck! I know we're living in apocalyptic times, but not even Satan himself would allow Taco Hell to run out of beef and chicken. Last night I ordered uber eats, and the order was all wrong! The food was less than the amount I paid. If there is a God, that place will be scrapped.. read more

Ordered food from them with doordash , when i recipe the order my bag was wrapped around twice with stickers. My tacos weren't properly wrapped they were thrown into the wrapping paper & put in the bag , my taco condiments weren't even in the shell , they were floating around in my bag. My hard shell tacos were soft when they got to me & my fries were either unseasoned or over seasoned. it was like they threw my food into my bag & didn't care for the proper packaging. 1/10 don't recommend buying from there again ! read more

I would give them no stars if I could. I am a door dash driver, and tonight Sunday 6-12-22 at approximately 9:40pm I arrived to pick up an order. I went through the drive thru like I always do being it was late, they told me to come inside, so I had to wait in line at the drive thru to be able to go back around as there was no way for me to get out with cars in front of me and behind me. Anyway, that wasn't even the issue, I went inside and they had music blasting, swear words in every other sentence in the song, very unprofessional if you ask me. Then there where like maybe 6 workers with only maybe 2 of them actually working, the others where pretty much standing around and on their phones, meanwhile another dasher comes in and we literally are standing there for at least 10 minutes, no help or anything. And yes the workers seen us standing there, looked right at us and just continued to do whatever they where doing (playing on their phones, laughing and messing around) meanwhile there are 2 bags of food sitting on the counter, one bag was wide open, food getting cold. Smh FINALLY the one lady came over asking who we where there picking up for, sure enough the open bag of food was the order I was picking up. She quickly closed it and put a sticker on it to keep it closed then pushed the bad towards me and said "there" like how unprofessional and rude is that to speak to your customers that way?? I was shocked. I looked at the order on my phone and mentioned that there was also supposed to be a drink with it (we can see what the customers order) she looked right in my face and said "NO THERES NOT" I showed her my phone and she rolled her eyes and walked away, I stood there not knowing if she was even gonna get the drink or not. She ended up yelling at another worker to get the drink. Meanwhile she wasn't doing anything. I want to say she may have been a manager there because she was telling everyone else what to do. Anyway, it was the worse experience I've had there! And I hope the owner sees my review and maybe does something about it. Hire more professional workers or something cause the way those workers are, not caring about the customers they will end up losing money!! And the whole music thing just blew my mind, it was so loud that you had to literally yell for them to hear you talk, and the swear words in it, like the whole song was swear words! What if there was a child who walked in the store?? And honestly they wouldn't have even noticed cause they literally ignored us for the first 10 minutes, maybe even longer.. I would find more professional people to run that place because the ones that are there now obviously don't care about anything but the pay check!! read more
