After running errands and taking care of a little business my husband said he was hungry. He was thinking tacos. I said well I can just grab a chalupa and the nacho fries. Every worker seemed to be busy cooking or working the drive-thru area. The restaurant offers customers the opportunity to use the kiosks. Food is made to order and didn't take long. When we made it back to the car, I noticed my fries were not in the bag. I went back inside to get them. The manager told me the fries were on the chalupa. I was like what. He said yea, we need to fix that in the computer. Everyone thinks they are getting a side of fries but it ends up being on their food. I'm thinking if you know this, when you receive the ticket why wouldn't you check with the customer see if they really want a side of fries or if they want in on their food. Me and my friends placed an order for 4 tacos and 4 burritos and 3 drinks. We imediatley got the drinks and then proceeded to wait for the food. 10 minutes went by. 20 minutes went by. 30 minutes went by. We asked if our food was almost done and they go, "What order?" Me and my family just stopped at taco bell for lunch and ordered 2 mexican pizzas, 2 dorito locos tacos and a cinnamon twist through the drive through which costed a total of $30. The mexican pizzas were awful and had a terrible after taste. I asked for 2 doritos locos tacos only cheese and onion. Every time I have ordered this at other locations they add the meat and there is no issues. Even if they thought I didn't want meat, one taco only has lettuce.... and the other has only lettuce and cheese which I didn't order. This is the only review I have ever left for any establishment. Our experience at this location was horrible. We waited in the drive thru for an hour and a half before finally ordering. The drive thru is built in a way that customers cannot leave after entering the drive thru. With 3 cars in front of us after ordering, we waited another hour before arriving at the window. When we arrived at the window, we noticed that they were fully staffed, but had no sense of urgency. We sat at the window for about 10 minutes without any updates, as employees walked by the window multiple times. Zero communication about the status of our order, etc. We finally got our order and a passing "sorry about your wait". We came from out of state for a concert, and we were at this taco bell for longer than we were at the concert. Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service i've ever experienced. read more

This location has the world's worst customer service. They do not have a counter person at lunchtime the drive thru is wrapped around the building for more then your lunch break. The Tinley Park Taco Bell has to be on the verge of closing. Every visit I've had here, they either are short staffed and have an hour long wait for orders, or they don't have tacos or meat or things they should have. But this was the best Taco Bell experience I've had. Easy online order - was worried about quality since it was an odd time. But my order was ready when I got to the drive through, it was hot, and the employee at the window was polite. My order was correct, AND they included multiples of each sauce type, a fork for the Power Bowl, and napkins. I ordered a Crunchy Taco Supreme with guacamole and rice, and it looked like the picture. I've heard the joke about Taco Bell where you never look inside the tortilla before you eat it, but it actually looked appetizing. I didn't wait and my food was still hot. I get home and they've only given me a cup of cheese. I call back and the guy on the phone says to come back and come INSIDE for the fries. That's all.
