I mean...why is this location open? I visited 04/23/26 at 7:15p and didn't get out until 7:50. Run by all men there was no greeting; only the self serve screens, which I had to use as a family of three waited and another couple was at the first screen. The building was sad, run down and filthy inside. No paper towels in the restrooms. No napkins, straws or condiments on the side section. The men focused solely on drive thru. The family finally received their food after the man who was part of the couple ahead of me asked them how long had they waited. They did not respond. A food delivery pick up man had also entered and waited. The couple finally received their food after 30 minutes. No napkins no sauces. Another man wearing a Burger King shirt entered and the other men said come on. He replied let me change my shirt. Then there was a crash heard and the men asked a white man if he was ok. He appeared stunned and had to pause. The man who changed shirts did went to the kitchen. I continued to wait another seven minutes when my name was finally called. No napkins and I asked for sauce. The man apologized. I saw at least three in the kitchen and two at drive thru. When I got home there was so much cantina sauce and it was just all messy. Tasted good though. Love Taco Bell food but the presentation at this location was tragically awful. Y'all need an update and reset. read more

Hay I just visited Taco Bell yesterday and I would like to say it was a very very bad experience, the wait time was over 1 hour. Drive through line was extremely long so I had no choice but to come inside and order at the kiosk. I waited over 30 minutes for my food and over that period I noticed the employees running in and out of the store two of the guys had bloodshot eyes they were clearly on something when they should have been helping the customers. Once my food was ready the guy just put it on the counter and walked off without saying my name. After a while, I approached the counter and asked how long I had? "he said your food is right there with an attitude" I looked at him and shook my head I grabbed my food so I could check it ...guess what it was WRONG. I told the gentleman in the back my food was wrong he asked me what was wrong everything was wrong I ordered a 7$ luxe box I am a vegetarian so absolutely no meat on anything nothing in the box was mine it had beef on it he took it back and fixed it for me and guess what it was WRONG again. I overheard the manager tell him to turn off the music he was playing and make sure he was giving out the correct orders he didn't listen he just continued making the food the third time receiving my food they finally got it right the manager apologized for the inconvenience but I will never come back to this place again. The picture is a potato griller - all wrap and no substance. This is one of the things I hate about Taco Bell. There are no set standards to what their product should be like - very subjective and not repeatable. The burrito, or taco, may have way too much stuffing or not enough. This was $2 and not worth it. Elsewhere, I get their breakfast griller for $1,19 and it is stuffed with egg and potatoes. Go figure. However, when placing my 41-dollar order of three Mexican Pizzas, three tacos, three soft tacos, and a combo box, I waited for my order. When another lady came by, she took our order without giving a name or anything to the cashier. The lady took the food outside to her car, and I asked where my food was to which the cashier ran out to get the food back to hand it to me. But I do not know what this lady did with it and I noticed at home that food was missing like my combo box and additional drink. Good evening, I hate to complain. I've been eating at Taco Bell a few times per year for years now. I usually have a good experience at the locations on Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth and on Scenic Highway in Snellville. Yet, when I stopped at this location on Stone Mountain Highway, it was less than pleasant. The customer service was average, the food was medium warm or tepid, the chicken was disgusting, the burrito was more tortilla than filling, a waste of money and I received hard tacos instead of soft tacos. I wish I could be more positive but I dined 14.00 was a subpar, barely a snack that was met for my mother and little brother. I understand it was late but Taco Bell advertises late night service. Usually when I go to pick up food late at night, the customer service is average. However, Taco Bell's service was better than most restaurants during the day. I always ask for modifications to my order and it's hit or miss with Taco Bell. They made my order perfectly. The bag was taped closed to accommodate for the pandemic and the food was still warm when I got home. It was delicious and it wasn't made sloppy. I am a fan of Taco Bell and I am very pleased they stepped up their service. One young lady in particular on the late night staff was so kind and personable. Very rare for fast food service. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I ordered two soft tacos, a cheesy bean and rice burrito, and a black bean crunchwrap with no lettuce. Upon arriving at the drive thru window, I was handed a bag with a regular crunchwrap with lettuce and one hard taco. When I kindly told them I was missing items, as well as received incorrect items, the woman in the kitchen said "damn girl what the hell did you order?" and the guy at the window shook his head multiple times. I understand that mistakes can happen, so I was nice when telling them that this order was incorrect and was taken aback by how rude the service was. They told me to pull around to the front of the store while they remade the order. I proceeded to wait outside of the restaurant for 10 minutes before deciding that it was no longer worth the wait or the trouble, and went to another Taco Bell down the road. Once home it was horrible there was a little paste at the bottom and almost no lettuce or cheese. (lettuce is very cheap?) I took a picture and posted it on Yelp with my review. about 2 years later I (2 week ago) we decided to try once more , guess what? nothing has changed! Kind of embarrassed rating a Taco Bell but here it goes. This one is close to my house and there was nothing else open at midnight on the way back from the airport. I have had their cantina bowl before. Steak one was gross but their chicken one is ok, but nothing to write home about. I think their best items are the supreme chicken burrito and the chicken fiesta salad. I will never order anything with ground beef though since their steak is already questionable. Taco Bell is ok when there is nothing else open but I would have Chipotle hands down anyday over TB. read more
