All the food was fresh. The meat was hot the lettuce was crisp. Tomatoes were good. The service was good and I was even given a sample drink of the new Baja midnight. Would recommend. read more

I don't normally eat Taco Bell but after 12 most places are closed. My food tonight though was fresh & prepared with intention. I was missing some items and had to loop back around. Understanding how some individuals can be at this time of night; Matt for a blessing. I am always grateful when I am able to cross paths with respectful humans. The food is the reason we go, but the interactions make a huge difference. read more

I mean...why is this location open? I visited 04/23/26 at 7:15p and didn't get out until 7:50. Run by all men there was no greeting; only the self serve screens, which I had to use as a family of three waited and another couple was at the first screen. The building was sad, run down and filthy inside. No paper towels in the restrooms. No napkins, straws or condiments on the side section. The men focused solely on drive thru. The family finally received their food after the man who was part of the couple ahead of me asked them how long had they waited. They did not respond. A food delivery pick up man had also entered and waited. The couple finally received their food after 30 minutes. No napkins no sauces. Another man wearing a Burger King shirt entered and the other men said come on. He replied let me change my shirt. Then there was a crash heard and the men asked a white man if he was ok. He appeared stunned and had to pause. The man who changed shirts did went to the kitchen. I continued to wait another seven minutes when my name was finally called. No napkins and I asked for sauce. The man apologized. I saw at least three in the kitchen and two at drive thru. When I got home there was so much cantina sauce and it was just all messy. Tasted good though. Love Taco Bell food but the presentation at this location was tragically awful. Y'all need an update and reset. read more

I like Taco Bell, but this location really needs improvement. I've been here multiple times and it's always disappointing. My order is usually missing something, and the staff comes across as rude. read more

All I gotta say is everyone at this location is dumber than a box of rocks. Why take orders just for people to get up to the window for you to say the exact change your card?? so you wasted food and you wasted my time cause yes I did pull off y'all. Service sucks at this point you might as well be a janitor. read more

Hay I just visited Taco Bell yesterday and I would like to say it was a very very bad experience, the wait time was over 1 hour. Drive through line was extremely long so I had no choice but to come inside and order at the kiosk. I waited over 30 minutes for my food and over that period I noticed the employees running in and out of the store two of the guys had bloodshot eyes they were clearly on something when they should have been helping the customers. Once my food was ready the guy just put it on the counter and walked off without saying my name. After a while, I approached the counter and asked how long I had? "he said your food is right there with an attitude" I looked at him and shook my head I grabbed my food so I could check it ...guess what it was WRONG. I told the gentleman in the back my food was wrong he asked me what was wrong everything was wrong I ordered a 7$ luxe box I am a vegetarian so absolutely no meat on anything nothing in the box was mine it had beef on it he took it back and fixed it for me and guess what it was WRONG again. I overheard the manager tell him to turn off the music he was playing and make sure he was giving out the correct orders he didn't listen he just continued making the food the third time receiving my food they finally got it right the manager apologized for the inconvenience but I will never come back to this place again. Do better as an establishment and a team. read more

Food is almost always correct (except tonight). Biggest issue is that every time we order via the app & every time it's late. Tonight we have been waiting for 35 minutes after it should have been ready. Then the order wasn't complete. Not sure what's happening, but this location struggles greatly. Won't return anytime soon. read more

WORST TACO BELL EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY GOT OUR ORDER WRONG AND YELLED IN THE BACKGROUND WITH THE OTHER COWORKERS, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MADE US REPEAT THE ORDER TWICE AND THREE TIMES AND STILL GOT IT WRONG, they ran out of hot sauce and instead gave us fire and mild?!?! Hello I didn't ask for that...they were disrespectful workers, they should ALL GET FIRED, lazy, yelling in the background, disrespectful to the customers, terrible establishment, I have no idea who hired them, the manager is BLIND, hiring people like that, they should all get FIRED, I'm pissed, my order isn't in here...I got chips?!?! And all thrown in the bag, all messed up, I'm starving after class and this is what I get... thank you so much, I hope karma hits you. You get what you deserve, don't yell at your customers too, we had to honk to get their attention and they let us sit in the drive through for 30 minutes when I have to get up early at 5am for work, this is not how you treat a first responder, never go here or YOU WILL GET DISAPPOINTED read more

Taco Bell - DISGUSTING - Fast Food Near Me - Stone Mountain, Georgia

The picture is a potato griller - all wrap and no substance. This is one of the things I hate about Taco Bell. There are no set standards to what their product should be like - very subjective and not repeatable. The burrito, or taco, may have way too much stuffing or not enough. This was $2 and not worth it. Elsewhere, I get their breakfast griller for $1,19 and it is stuffed with egg and potatoes. Go figure. When you want something fast and don't want to wait at a restaurant - Taco Bell is okay, but you'll be easily disappointed if the line cook is having a bad day, or doesn't know how to make a burrito. read more

Taco Bell - This is a potato griller. Or, would have been a potato griller if they put anything in it. This was $2. - Fast Food Near Me - Stone Mountain, Georgia

Ordered tacos and burrito without tomatoes. I'm allergic to them my tacos and burritos were full of them spent 18.00 couldn't eat any of it thanks Taco Bell I know how I ordered them and you don't listen to your customers the service as fine but they do not listen to their customers. If they listened then perhaps they would have more customers just saying pay attention to what people order. I'm a cook and I pay attention to my customers ordered and if they do t want something in their food then they don't get it v this day and she of fast food is too pay attention people are allergic to a lot of foods and this was very unacceptable in my eyes. That's just my opinion would like my money back since I couldn't eat my food most of the time don't like Taco Bell but worked all day without having a break didn't want to cook so decided to try them again what a mistake read more

When having a big order, I tend to go inside to place the order myself, so nothing gets mixed up. However, when placing my 41-dollar order of three Mexican Pizzas, three tacos, three soft tacos, and a combo box, I waited for my order. When another lady came by, she took our order without giving a name or anything to the cashier. The lady took the food outside to her car, and I asked where my food was to which the cashier ran out to get the food back to hand it to me. But I do not know what this lady did with it and I noticed at home that food was missing like my combo box and additional drink. The staff do not have customer service as they did not understand their mistake. read more

If I could I wouldn't even give this store One Star.I ordered a party pack of tacos.Got home and put them on the table for my children and got me two.I couldn't believe when I bit into the taco and bit into only cheese and lettuce,No meat.I asked my children were the tacos they had the same way,and they said yea.I looked, and they all had only meat at the bottom half of the taco, and it was light on meat,as if someone was trying to make it through the night on their last food.I called and spoke to the manager. She said they had given me the correct portion of meat,as if she was on the back line too.She offered to give my money back if I brought the food back.Thing is,I live 15 minutes from the store. read more

Good evening, I hate to complain. I've been eating at Taco Bell a few times per year for years now. I usually have a good experience at the locations on Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth and on Scenic Highway in Snellville. Yet, when I stopped at this location on Stone Mountain Highway, it was less than pleasant. The customer service was average, the food was medium warm or tepid, the chicken was disgusting, the burrito was more tortilla than filling, a waste of money and I received hard tacos instead of soft tacos. I wish I could be more positive but I dined 14.00 was a subpar, barely a snack that was met for my mother and little brother. I understand it was late but Taco Bell advertises late night service. To make it simple. I was not happy. read more

Nasty food please skip this taco bell unless you want the bubblies. It's disgusting bought 6 crunchy tacos and all six where terrible the shells tasted old and bitter had to throw it out. AVOID THIS PLACE!! read more

If they could just get the order right. Drive-thru service is beyond terrible. Didn't even give a receipt or I would have took the survey.

Sooo they say they ONLY HAVE SOFT & HARD tacos ONLY. NO OTHER FOOD ITEMS! WTF . So YOU are OUT of EVERYTHING at 8pm when you stay open LATE. The cashier says they can ONLY make a #1 or #2. .no Burritos No Nachos No nashin!!! Uhhhh let me call corporate. Nahhh just let me never come to THIS HWY78 location. I should have known they have a 2star rating!! POOR read more

Hope you have time to kill before going here. No matter what time of day, even if youre the only one in line....THEY TAKE FOREVER. Even worse, the way the drive thru is made you cannot escape the line omce you're in. So even if you've been in line for 15 mins snd want to go because you're late from lunch, YOU'RE STUCK! and the night woman at the window is RUDE. Even for fast food. She opens the window and stares at you, no hello, no smile, no total, just a rude ass stare. Never going back, may as well spend my money on real mexican food right up the street. read more

Usually when I go to pick up food late at night, the customer service is average. However, Taco Bell's service was better than most restaurants during the day. I always ask for modifications to my order and it's hit or miss with Taco Bell. They made my order perfectly. The bag was taped closed to accommodate for the pandemic and the food was still warm when I got home. It was delicious and it wasn't made sloppy. I am a fan of Taco Bell and I am very pleased they stepped up their service. One young lady in particular on the late night staff was so kind and personable. Very rare for fast food service. That made the experience all the more impressive. read more

Bruh, I would give this shit a 0 if I could. These mfs up here either don't have something obvious (ex. Eggs at breakfast), system is down, or just be outside bullshitting so when you pull up you have to wait for their lazy asses to go inside and put a headset on. Don't come here, it's a 95% chance you're gonna be wasting your time. Mfs up here some dumbasses. Surprised this POS ain't closed yet, definitely thought the pandemic would've been the final nail in the coffin for this location. read more

I'm so. fucking. embarrassed right now. But goddammit somebody had to review it. And don't you friggin dare tell me you never eat here! Because we've all been poor sometimes. Absolute worst fast food I've had. Ordered online for in store pick up. When I arrived and went inside I was ignored standing at the counter for at least 5 mins. Finally got food. I ordered a 12 pack of soft tacos and 2 Nachos Bell Grande. The Tacos barely had any thing but a small amount of cheese & lettuce and a spot of meet. The nachos were cold and hard. I,ll never go back to this Taco Bell again. I wasted $30. read more

Every single time I have came here there is a million things going wrong. Not just with my order, but with every customer ordering there food there as well. Understaffed, only 2 people taking orders and making the food. I've had multiple times where I would pay for an item, not receive it, and when I ask the response I get is "oh yeah we don't have any at the moment. It will take about 15-20 minutes if you want us to drop fresh ones." As if I didn't want what I ordered?? read more

Food was hot and fresh. It better be ! I sat in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes. That is absolutely not an exaggeration at all !! 25 STINKING MINUTES. The drive thru is land-locked so you can't get out once you place your order. I actually thought about driving over the curb. I had just worked 14 hours and was ready to be home. I chose TB over Chick fil a cause I thought it would be quicker and on the same side of the road. SCREW THAT !! I will never make that mistake again. Once I got to the window it took everything I had not to cuss at the workers but the girl that took my money was nice so I just couldn't do it. Also, I had one burrito and 2 chicken soft tacos and it cost almost $10. When did Taco Bell become so damn expensive ?? There is a real Mexican restaurant one two blocks down on the same side of the road. Go there.. Better food and probably cheaper as well. read more

Absolutely miserable location. They've had "BREAKFAST" listed on their main sign for months and months (obviously during the period where Taco Bell suspended breakfast). Well, Taco Bell has been marketing BREAKFAST IS BACK! for weeks now. This location even has breakfast window graphics emblazoned everywhere. Guess what? 9:15am on a Friday morning and there is not a soul working here. Nothing on the drive-thru window indicating it is closed for breakfast. Pathetic. read more

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Every time I come here the person in the drive thru is always rude. One time I had to snap back on the girl and then I reversed my car and left out the drive thru. And I have yet to go back since. They won't be getting my money anymore. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I ordered two soft tacos, a cheesy bean and rice burrito, and a black bean crunchwrap with no lettuce. Upon arriving at the drive thru window, I was handed a bag with a regular crunchwrap with lettuce and one hard taco. When I kindly told them I was missing items, as well as received incorrect items, the woman in the kitchen said "damn girl what the hell did you order?" and the guy at the window shook his head multiple times. I understand that mistakes can happen, so I was nice when telling them that this order was incorrect and was taken aback by how rude the service was. They told me to pull around to the front of the store while they remade the order. I proceeded to wait outside of the restaurant for 10 minutes before deciding that it was no longer worth the wait or the trouble, and went to another Taco Bell down the road. I hope this location ends up either hiring a new staff or closing, because the service here is absolutely terrible. read more

I use to go to Taco bells for lunch all the time while I traveled and the food was always great. a couple of year ago I went to this Taco bell and ordered the 12 taco pack. Once home it was horrible there was a little paste at the bottom and almost no lettuce or cheese. (lettuce is very cheap?) I took a picture and posted it on Yelp with my review. about 2 years later I (2 week ago) we decided to try once more , guess what? nothing has changed! I ordered the 12 tacos, there was little paste and nothing more. The moral of this story is i will never eat at a Taco bell again, and if you want good food don't go here. read more

Don't bother stopping here for a quick snack. The service is stupid slow. After 20 min they could not make two Texas and a nachos

Okay, so, I know I can't really complain because i'm at Taco Bell, but the service we received tonight was horrible. We were being as polite and accommodating as we could be, and, when she thought we couldn't hear her, the woman called us "mother f***ers" over the loudspeaker. She got much of our order wrong. My friend ordered a sweet tea, and received a HOT tea with no ice in a regular cup... Needless to say, whoever was scheduled at the window/speaker on 10/17/18 needs to be fired. read more

Kind of embarrassed rating a Taco Bell but here it goes. This one is close to my house and there was nothing else open at midnight on the way back from the airport. I have had their cantina bowl before. Steak one was gross but their chicken one is ok, but nothing to write home about. I think their best items are the supreme chicken burrito and the chicken fiesta salad. I will never order anything with ground beef though since their steak is already questionable. Taco Bell is ok when there is nothing else open but I would have Chipotle hands down anyday over TB. read more

Kitchen staff is a joke. Overheard them talking shit about messing up people's orders and they also messed mine up 3 times. There's a reason why this place is run down and not up to date. Save your money and make your own tacos. I'm sure it will be a lot less stressful than dealing with these careless employees. But hey, it is fast food. I would hate myself if I worked here too. ALSO, if you go late at night they pretend to be out of certain items and make sure to tell you that they have delivery as if they don't want you to be in the drive thru. read more
