We understand employees want to get home but the website and even the door shows hours open till 11p. We have arrived at the Shamrock location at 1005pm and the doors are locked. How is this appropriate??! Especially being off the 40 when most of the customers have been on the road all day and have chosen this town to settle for the evening, but before we do, are absolutely famished and wanted something quickly to eat. You have to listen i don't have time. There is an unidentified entity in the it was in my Big Mac. I'm also scared as service said if I say anything they will hunt me down. Then it came out of my big Mac and chased me I ran into the bathroom it was so dark. Then it got so quiet to quiet I looked behind me and there it was not less then 30 feet behind me then I ran out and never came back. All the others are not real. I'm the only one who escaped. was driving over 13 hours and decided to stop in Shamrock Texas as they had a gas station and Taco Bell open. But when I got there at 10:05 PM the gas station and Taco Bell were closed so thanks to this inconsiderate location closing early I did not get to eat dinner this location to that zero stars but that was not an option read more

I stopped off at this Taco Bell on the way home. I ordered two B & C burritos with no onion and one nachos and cheese. The burritos were loaded with onion and the chips were stale, old, and crushed. Considering I was on hour 9 of a 20 hour trip rolling solo I deserved better. I trashed the food and went to another taco bell a few hours later who got it correct. read more

Very disappointing. Waiting on the drive thru for 20 minutes. Long enough to watch half an episode of Star Trek. I have paid and gotten my drink, but, have not had any contact with employees other than that. I do believe this will be my last visit here. Very sad. read more

Who doesn't love taco Bell? After needing to head to the border to get a taco fix they messed up on our order and forgotten to add my wife's cheese quesadilla..which I could of kicked myself since we didn't find out till 40 mins away, it was the only thing she ordered. On a different day we decided to try it again.. same thing happened.. but we caught the mistake of no cheese quesadilla so I rolled around and got one..when we got home to much disappointment it was a chicken quesadilla not a cheese.. my wife is a vegan.. heart broken twice this happened to us the worst part said I could have it..immediately.. I got sick to my stomach and was on the crapper for what seemed like days.. the service is quite lacking and I don't know who is back cooking.. is it a hit or miss or just all around sucky? Better off just going to McDonald's read more

I just spent $9 and waited 15 minutes for 6 lettuce tacos. Each taco has about a level teaspoon or less of "meat", and is filled the rest of the way with lettuce. Unacceptable. read more

Order no 202369. Placed carry out from inside restaurant at 602p. Ordered 2 Doritos locos no cheese. They began to make my order at 615, I saw the man mistakenly put cheese on it and instead of redoing it, he tried to mask it with lettuce. As soon as they handed me the bag I inspected tacos. I returned the one with cheese and they replaced it in a snap. The same snap it should've taken to make all the orders before me and mine. One guy was coughing. Slow as heck, period. The time I waited, at least 7 cars were serviced in drive through. Excuse me for placing an order inside, didn't realize that made my order less expedient. I've never waited this long for food at any fast food place in my life and then for the guy to knowingly mistake my order and try to pass it off to me. Seriously?! read more

Went there this morning at 10:20, waited 7 minutes for some help. The man in front of me ordered breakfast burrito and pays, takes less than a minute. I order 2 breakfast burritos and the women says we are no longer serving breakfast. She absolutely refuses to accept my order unless I want lunch. I spoke with cashier at the attached store and she states it doesn't surprise her, there was no manager there. There was 3 workers and a cashier working at Taco Bell and 3 customers, it is a pathetic excuse for a business. read more

I asked for a soft chicken taco supreme was told they were out of soft taco shells. So I asked if they could put it on a burrito shell I was told no, in which I responded I will pay for it, ok no problem was the answer. They gave me a side of chicken and a burrito shell that was all. Plus the manager sat in the dining room and when asked to help the cashier she acted like they asked her to commit a crime or something she seemed very lazy. read more

There's a little spot in the world called Shamrock, with a couple little gas stations with 84 grade gas and hotels. A friend and I were passing through on a drive across the country and stopped here to eat and crashed at a little hotel down the street to revive ourselves for the next day of driving. Might wanna bring some cigs with you to warm up if you like to smoke, because it gets coooold in the winter. I remember the employees here to be particularly friendly and welcoming, providing us with interesting facts about the little town and suggestions as to what they thought was best on the menu. 5/5 read more

The food on this stop was pretty great. What was even better was the fact that when my wallet fell out of my car and was turned in to the manager, they went out of their way to mail it back to me in a different state! I cannot say enough about the integrity and customer service to help someone in that way. Thank you so much for being an awesome example of good customer service and just good people! I walk in and notice the tables are dirty and many bugs, cashier was inconsiderate and was talking with friends instead of taking out order and was rude, food was good tasted like tacobell and was done in only about 1 minute, very fast, is about the only good redeeming wuality about this establishment, couldnt use the bathrooms cause people were cleaning them. read more
