If you can't handle online orders and at the window order, then you should not be doing online ordering. The only good thing about this taco bell is thier consistency with being terrible. Food Chicken quesadilla- literally just chicken in a tortilla. The only reason i even noticed was before i bite the quesadilla i smelled something thay was off and opened it up to see dry chicken in a tortilla. Cheezy gordita crunch was coated it water which started to make the tortilla start to break down. The best way to describe it is when your dough is too sticky and starts coming apart and sticks to everything. Nacho cheese fries- never got this order instead we recieved chips. Soft beef taco- it was soaking wet like it as they preped it they had 1 last step of dunking the item in a trough of oilly water. Employees The line was barely moving and the car infront was waiting and the cashier pops his head out to ask "what you order" and then shortly after "what drink you got". As i drove up the guy was just texting away on his phone and singing. Kayln? Or whatever his name was pops his head out spitting on every sylable. As the food is pushed to him he complains to the others in the back as to why they are trying to rush food when he is chillin. And i think the best part is when he attempts to check the food he never actually checks the food only the recipt and has this blank stare at the tv above him like his brain is literally frying as though the moniter with the orders are incomprehensible and blowing his freakin mind. They still leave thier lights off at night to look like they are closed. This place makes me hate taco bell like i would love nothing more for this specific location to close down like it was a bad memory. I absolutely love Taco Bell but this one has some serious issues that's needs to be addressed. This is not the first time I've got garbage food from here & I always give businesses a second chance...jokes on me cause I should have learned my lesson the first time. To start it off the chalupa was rock hard and C O L D, my taco had been sitting for so long it was mushy on the bottom and falling apart, the fiesta potatoes were hard as a rock, & to top it all off they forgot my quesadilla, and I was promoted to come inside to get it. Get inside grab it and the cheese is still cold on the inside and not even melted. I will not eat at this location again they have lost my business. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Not one table was clean and there was underwear in one of the booths. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, hair all over, it looks like they haven't been cleaned in over a year. Looking back at the kitchen area, the floors were filthy and trash all over the floor. The drain area on the self serve suds machine was clogged and overflowing. The staff have absolutely no care in the world and don't have any desire to be there. Sanford NC taco bell Went through the drive thru on Sunday at 6:30 and it was very slow for the small orders they were filling. The lady at the window asked if I ordered 3 nacho fries and I told her only one order, she took my money and didn't give my receipt when she finally gave me my whole order she closed the window. I had to ask for my drink and hot sauce (I already asked for it before) there were 3 orders of fries in the bag. I asked her why and she said the car in front of me ordered that, I asked for my receipt and she said she deleted the order and didn't charge me. When I got home, there wasn't any forks or napkins. After checking my receipt, I was in fact charged for the 3 orders of fries (that I didn't want). I tried 4 times calling this location and NOBODY ever picked up. It just rang and rang. Maybe they were busy with other complaints. ................Side note, this is the worst flu season and while waiting the woman was standing at the window and coughed into her hand, scratched her head, touched everything around her. I just left after asking for a refund. I was in line while there were barely any customers. However, I asked for a refund after waiting for approximately 15-20 minutes while watching the staff make about 30 orders. I realize that they have 2 sides to make the food and that most of the orders I saw made were for the drive-thru, but the icing on the cake was watching 3 orders in store come in and get there food made. The 3rd was an order that was a total of AT LEAST 24 tacos with another bag besides the boxes. At that point I asked for my money back. When the young lady went to tell the shift manager I wanted my money back, she came back only to tell me that my order was being made currently. I told her that I wanted my money back instead she again went to speak with the shift manager who came back and gave me a refund. Absolutely absurd if this is what "Fast Food" is.
