Used drive thru here at Riverview after daughter's gymnastics practice ordered kids regular items they like not to hard to make 1 taco only meat and cheese , 1 soft taco only meat and cheese , 1 taco only meat , 4 nachos and 2 cheese rolls and a nacho bell grande for myself ....what I ended up with after driving home about 10 minutes ....1 soft taco meat,cheese and lettuce, 1 taco meat and lettuce , and 1 taco meat cheese and lettuce , No nachos for kids and a nacho bell grande that was all the crushed chips you'd find at bottom of a chip bag VERY DISAPPOINTED after this trip for sure can't say I'd recommend this location to many people at all read more

Drive thru service is great, went inside for the first time today and I will NEVER do that again.... The "couple" (made it very known that they were dating) were beyond loud and talking about unprofessional things. Then I heard "Brandon Cole" or whatever his name is being called by the women and screamed "WHAT" and she said "did you do (my name)'s order?" "OMG I JUST SAT DOWN"... ?? How insulting when I'm standing right there. Super unprofessional, as management, I would NEVER allow this from employees, completely embarrassing for the company. How disappointing. * side note: thank you to the lady who wasn't involved that offered me a drink... it was nice of hear since she noticed the look on my face as I could hear everything being said about me/having to make my order. read more

this is absolutely the WORST taco bell i have ever been to horrible service there was NO ONE. in the drive thru no orders in the restaurant, and still forgot my drink and gave me a bag woth CHEESE in it and no chips and didn't notice until i left literally horrible. step up ur service there was so many workers just pure lazy. read more

What a terrible visit to Taco Bell. First off the drive thru menu is only half lit up. And it looks like TV monitors. So I had to wing all I knew I wanted for sure was a Mexican Pizza and. Chips and cheese. So I couldn't think of Nachos Bellgrande but finally figured it out. Then I ordered a 5 layer burrito. When I get home I look in the bag and unpack it no chips for the cheese, WTF, Then I open the BellGrande chips and beans and a little meat and a little sour cream. Where's the tomato. The girl that took my order even asked if I wanted everything that comes on it. Again WTF. Very sub par. What happened to Taco Bell. I called to complain and the guy answering the phone just listen to my rant. Don't use this Taco Bell it's terrible. The napkins were crapy fast food napkins. Not horrible but average. I was at this location Saturday afternoon July 10th and was appalled by the language the staff was using. One male employee was speaking very loudly and dropped the F bomb 4 times. I have ordered here with the app every week for a few months and each time, I am missing an item or two. Also, the last time I ordered food they gave me bean and rice burritos instead of the cup of rice and black beans. I love the app however, whenever I order from it they never get it right. It's not a hard order either they just never put in the cinnamon twists, beef burritos or now the beans and rice in the bag. Since the bags are sealed now it's a pain to open them up at the windows while there is a long line of cars behind you. read more

I arrived about a 1/2 hour before they closed (I felt kind of bad about it at the time, but now I don't). The drive-thru was kind of slow, but I wasn't complaining, they seemed kind of stressed when I met them at the window. I ordered a quesadilla, and I was really excited to eat it. However, when I tore into it, the cheese wasn't melted whatsoever. It literally looked like shredded cheese straight from the package. When I went to go back through the drive thru and possibly get a refund (15 mins before they closed), the lights were off and nobody was in sight. I was left with a cold quesadilla and disappointment. This is usually my go to Taco Bell, but since they've started closing at an earlier time, they've really let themselves go. I could understand why the transition would be rough at first, but they can't excuse the very poor customer service I received the other day. read more

went in the drive thru, wanting taco bell got home, my Doritos tacos weren't even in the wrap, they were cold and you can tell they were hours old... my bf got his taco (same order) and it was double shells because workers were too lazy to make new one. get better workers. not that hard working at fast food read more

Just want to applaud the staff at the Riverview, MI Taco Bell for their amazing customer service skills and sanitation procedures. I was blown away by the procedures they have put in place to keep us and the staff safe during this pandemic! The workers were all super nice and careful with each order. I went through yesterday evening and I didn't catch the young woman's name who was working the drive thru but she was AMAZING. If anyone is apprehensive about getting fast food during this time, I would highly suggest stopping at Taco Bell because they are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe. read more

I'm shocked at the low rating this store has on Yelp. Personally my order rarely has any mistakes and is always hot. The best part about this location is how fast they usually are and how friendly just about everyone that works there is. Not just the usual have a good day stuff, but genuine kindness as well. I will actually avoid other Taco Bell's in the area just to come to this one because I never leave disappointed! read more

so to start, my boyfriend went here and ordered chips and guacamole & they said they cannot do this. we've ordered this plenty of times so he was very confused & the worker was very rude and failed to explain that they were out of guacamole. second, he ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos with no cheese, both burritos had cheese & this is fucked up because dairy allergies are very serious. third, he ordered a black bean quesorito. this is also a vegetarian order & the same worker said they cannot make this which is bs because we have ordered it plenty of times. finally in frustration, my boyfriend ordered a side of REFREIED beans with chips. and they gave us black beans instead. in conclusion, this drive thru worker can choke. he should not be working the drive thru if he isn't aware of the menu and how to make items vegan/vegetarian. the ignorance of this worker was astonishing and i feel bad for anybody else who had to deal with him on this particular night. a personal message to him, find a new job before you get jawed by a hangry person bc you clearly are incompetent of even working at taco bell. read more
