Sad and disappointed with the young girl in drive through today. Boy was she rude and seemed like she hated her job, she got my order wrong and when I said something to her she was such a you know what. She stormed off and about 3 mins later handed me a bag with the order I requested. Once I got home (about 15 mins later) this is what I got.... A smashed taco because she was mad at me... I think that lady needs to find a new job, it's customer service and you got my order wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Edwardo, I'll be back tomorrow to see what measurements are taken. I've been going to this taco bell for years, as it is down the street from my house. I've been a taco bell addict since my childhood. Something about the nacho bell grande brings back memories.... Every time I order here, they always get my order right! The food is always as it should be, and I never have issues. I do get annoyed in the drive through when they ask if I want extra or double of toppings on every single entree, but I wont knock them because I think this is just a stupid corporate thing they have to do. Just a little sign that they at least are following all their protocols, including the annoying ones. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean. First off it's a Taco Bell so who's going to take reviews seriously but this recent visit made me want to leave one. Nothing bad about customer service or anything, that seemed to always be good. However, the portion size has dwindle this past year. The soft taco supremes have gotten so tiny that I feel like when they ask if you want double meat, that the double meat looks like a normal taco. Quality control has gone downhill for this specific location. They are definitively cutting costs by reducing the amount of filling/meat they add. When I showed up there was a long line in the drive thru.I went inside and there was about 8 people waiting around the counter. The staff pretty much ignored our presence unless we called out to someone as they passed by. When I asked about my order they printed out the order and gave it for them to make. Why want this already made and waiting for me? It had already been 10-15 mins. Eventually my food was brought to the counter but they didn't give me my drink. July 4th 2022 at exactly 11:20 pm I drove through drive through that night, and I ordered the #4 and an additional crunch wrap. I have never EVER had a more delicious crunch wrap in my entire life. First of all the ooey gooey cheese, it was so warm! The tortilla was perfectly crispy, and soft. The chip in the Crunchwrap was actually crunchy. What can you say about Taco Bell? It's Taco Bell. It's the same five ingredients served up in multiple ways so that you feel like you are eating something different. The chemicals or artificial ingredients added to whatever if any type of spice they use give their food a distinctive "Taco Bell" flavor that you cannot mistake. Stale tortilla chips and stale crisp taco shells are the norm here along with no attention to details. Slap those tacos and burritos together as fast as you can and don't worry what they look like when the customer actually goes to eat them because we're all about quantity and not quality here. 90% of our customers are probably high as a kite anyway so they won't even notice. I only eat at Taco Bell once in a great while because I know what I'm getting myself into when I do. I stick to the basics. Crispy tacos or chicken quesadillas but I really wish they would actually cut my quesadillas and into uniformed sizes. Running the dull knife type thing over the outside of the package does nothing but put creases in thing because if it were an actual knife, it would cut the package. Placed a mobile order here twice, then both got canceled. Not sure why honestly because we mobile order from this location all the time since it's closest to our home. We went thru the drive thru to pick it up and again it canceled as it said to "head your way to the drive thru and give your name." The lady told us she had no mobile orders at all. I asked her can she tell me why my orders were canceled. She directly said "I don't manage or handle online orders. It just goes through the mobile/computer order and they are the ones they customer service of the mobile app who choose to cancel it or have the orders go through." So what you're telling me is that the store doesn't directly get these orders? And that your customer service handling the mobile app is just wildly canceling mobile orders with no reason at all?! That's the worst freakin' customer service and a way for you to lose sales. But there was nothing she could do but take my order through drive thru, but I wanted to use my rewards which is why we continuously use the mobile app to order. You guy really suck at this location too always leaving out food and crap and then do not know how to answer your store phone so it's ridiculous and wasting our time and gas for items that should have already been our bag. Yesterday I ordered a to go order on the app for carry out. I came to this location and the door was locked so I went through the drive though. I pull forward to the window and the guy named Pedro who says he was the manager asks what's the name and I told him it didn't ask me for a name but I have my order number and the email confirmation. He says no and he threatened to call the cops on me twice. He was extremely hostile, rude and unprofessional. (I attached a picture of my email and order) I literally paid money and had my confirmation and email and he wouldn't even look at my phone to confirm! It had the Taco Bell address, how much I paid, my order, the order number, I even offered to show him my bank card. He yelled at us and threaten us the whole time and slammed the window on us and went on the phone. I park somewhere else and my boyfriend waits in line on foot because the line was building up. He argues with him more and the guy gives us a whole random order (which I also attached a receipt for) it's not the items I ordered! He just gave us abunch of random food! Today I wanted some Taco Bell since it sounded really good today. I got #1 on the menu, 3 Crunchy Tacoo Combo and CLEARLY said that I wanted some fire sauce, she said "ok". There was a long line which is reasonable because it was 10pm. I waited awhile and tried my best to be patient, and then it was my turn at the window. Out of instinct, I asked if she put sauce in it, she didn't. Okay so no problem, I asked for some again, and the other guy that was with her got it for me, and I left. I put my hand in the bag to see if I got everything, and it felt like the hard shells of the tacos are broken as hell. So when I got home, hungry, to eat some, I find out the shells are were broken in many pieces. Every. Single. One. How the hell does someone break a taco shell? Especially in a place where you deal with them every single day. It boggles my mind that someone could break a shell, let alone 3! It was extremely difficult to eat and messy, it's like eating a burrito with many, multiple, big holes in the tortilla. Unbelievable. It's stupid that someone could mess up something extremely easy.
