The handle of the faucet looked so dirty and I could not reach the paper towels that I had to wipe my wet hands on my pants and open the door handle with my tie. After 35 minutes of waiting and the way she EMBARRASSED us in front of other customers by talking down to us like dogs, I finally lost my temper and responded with "And YOU don't have to be a (word for a female dog) about it, either." and begun to walk out where she proceeded to THREATEN with calling the police just for telling her she didn't have to be like that towards me for advocating for the customer. The phone call in question? She told us the order was NEXT--so she flat out lied to us either on the phone or by saying she 'had to stop making it'. Which one is it? Guess she can't keep her story straight either. Apparently she should stop working customer service if she cannot be polite with MILDLY frustrated customers.
