My girlfriend and I ordered tacos and a cantina chicken bowl, we usually get this from taco bell and have no issue. This time we both got a piece of breaded chicken in our food, which is weird since the chicken in it is only supposed to be grilled chicken. I called to complain since I have a gluten allergy and cannot consume anything that is breaded with flour, the lady was very rude and said that its "literally impossible" for breaded chicken to end up in our food, probably wont eat taco bell for a while because of this. read more

I was at the speaker for maybe a minute before they asked me if I needed help three times. Wish I could give this rating no stars. Lash at the drive thru told me I had 30 seconds to decide what I wanted because I was being timed. I had several people in the car trying to pass out their orders and i was rushed. She gave a very rude attitude and kept sighing when I kept placing an order. I left I was not about to get my food spit in as it seemed she was already irritated with my ordering, mind you that I was the only vehicle in the drive thru for less than 1 minute. Do not recommend. We have not been eating fast food in several months but decided one afternoon that we would "splurge " and Taco Bell in Pahrump was our choice. I've been a Taco Bell fan since my youngest was little, over 40 years. My husband and I do not eat much anymore so we ordered 2 crunchy tacos and 2 bean cheese burritos with onions. You know, when you order a crunchy taco, you expect a "CRUNCHY TACO ". However, the first bite told us the tacos had been sitting a while because they were room temperature and SOGGY. Not crunchy! The beans in the burritos, also room temperature, were runny, just a few soggy onions, wrapped in what tasted like day old tortillas. For such a simple 'meal' and not having eaten Taco Bell in such a long time, I was extremely disappointed. We will not return ever again because there ARE much better fast food burritos and tacos out there. My how things have deteriorated in 40 years. read more

Probably one of the laziest places we have in this entire town. Dont even try to order extra cheese or meat on your food items, you won't get it! I just ordered multiple orders of their strawberry twists and they were so lazy that they put strawberry on top of CINNAMON twists! Talk about disgusting! Ordered extra cheese and extra steak for my quesadilla and it was practically all tortilla. Cheese for the chips and cheese were 1/4 of the way filled. I never leave reviews, but this has happened way too many times. You think I'd learn my lesson by the 15th-20th time, but apparently not. I officially give up on this place. Horrible employees. The quality of my experience today at this Taco Bell location deserved a 4/5 stars. I ordered the three-taco supreme combo pack and dined in. I ordered via the electronic kiosk and it was fast. I will say that if you're going to use cash your experience is not going to run as smoothly as if you were to just use a debit/credit card. The tacos were layered heavily with all ingredients and tasted good for fast food. The service was good, one of the ladies there noticed I was standing by the counter and asked how she could help me. The food was ready in about five minutes. I had also got a large Starry fountain drink and it tasted fine. My only complaints, of which they can't really do anything about, are based on the parking and drive-through. I usually have to end up parking across the way near Smiths. Either the parking lot is full or there just isn't enough space for me to confidently park and leave without almost hitting someone. The problem with the drive-through is that it is very skinny. If you miscalculate your turn you run the risk of driving into a ditch. Clearly, it is not a major problem because I haven't seen anyone drive into the ditch, but if your vehicle is on the larger side I'd take caution. Overall I'd say out of all the fast food options in Pahrump, Taco Bell is one of the better options. This Taco Bell is also open until midnight which is earlier than some other places here in town, but it's still late. I would say if you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, to look somewhere else. Although the food is good (in my opinion) it is not real Mexican food. For fast food, it was a good experience and the workers are always nice and helpful. read more

I went through the drive thru, which many of you might do as well. I think we can all agree the ordering machine is a bit out of date and hard to hear but it wasn't a big deal for the line. The service is pretty quick too. I had two cars in front of me and the ordering took a little longer so I thought it'd be a long wait, but I was surprised when I zipped to the front in less than 5 minutes after I ordered. The lady at the window has an attitude if you ask her questions just to make sure your order is correct but she's nice when wishing you a good rest of the day so it kind of evens out the interaction. I listened to how she answered the person in front of me and then had my own interaction with her and it was distasteful until she was saying goodbye. I get it, she knows what she's doing and can do her job and doesn't want to be questioned on it. Everything was correct and quick and I'm happy I came here as I was getting food for the whole family. The food was hot everyone enjoyed their food and I would recommend coming here if you need somewhere to go for lunch or dinner. read more

It's Taco Bell what more needs to be said. The only thing that's new is the order screens in the dining room. This dose make it faster to order. Other than that, the food is mostly the same. It's not like the old Taco Bell where everything was made fresh in the store. You can sure tell everything is predone. The beans have no real taste, The beef is the same. This is what you get when they are precooked and sent to the store, then reheated. The hard tacos shells come in predone, too. Once more they have a taste differents from a freshly fried shell. I hope the food inspector comes out for surprise visits. Ive gotten Covid from here because they weren't sending their employees home. I've watched/heard the employees talk about re-dropping already cooked fries (which I know happened to me today) and they taste awful and will stay warm for maybe a minute or two. They also like to use the last bit of sour cream by whipping the sour cream thing on your food. You can tell the soda machine isn't being maintained or cleaned regularly because idk how my Dr. Pepper today tasted like Baha Blast & Coke with a hint of Dr. Pepper and leaves a foul aftertaste and film in my mouth. Clearly the store needs better management & staff. Cleaning should be a top priority for the safety of your customers. And never eat in they always have a tweaker or two inside the store sometimes in their bathroom shooting up. read more

They mess up orders almost every time. It has happened several times in a row now where at least one thing is missing, or is the wrong item altogether. My orders are not complicated, but they seem to be incapable of correct and consistent service. I tried again recently, but they are just incredibly incompetent. An order of beef burritos became bean burritos. They needed the order repeated several times, which is fine, but I would hope that they could make the correct items after so much clarification. New to Pahrump I stopped at the local Taco Bell for some coffee and hash browns. And I have to say that it was the best experience I've ever had! AND OMG THEIR COFFEE IS THE BEST!! Went there today and filled my cup with Rootbeer and it tasted like very little syrup was mixed in so I asked the counter girl if it was working and she said it was not. I then filled it with lemonade and it tasted really bad so I asked if it was not working either. She said it was out too. I tried a third flavor and it tasted off so I just threw my cup away and gave up. Why not put up a sign of what drinks are out of service? I will start off by saying I love Taco Bell. I worked there in High School and have never stopped eating Taco Bell. This particular Taco bell on 160 in Pahrump though? I am not exaggerating at all. The last 6 times I went to this store my order was wrong. Items missing, hard shell taco's that are supposed to be soft taco's. regular soft taco's instead of supreme. tonight was the last straw though. I ordered 9 items total. when I got back home 3 of my 9 items were not in the bag and three others we made wrong. The only thing in the bag that was correct were the three bean burritos that were probably made an hour before and left on the stager to keep them warm. Like I said, I worked at a Taco Bell for 2 years. I know what those kids go through every day so I am usually pretty understanding but 6 times in a row having to go back for something that was wrong is to much. The food wasn't even made right. Every one of the burritos was under weight, the soft taco's were cold and just looked bad and they were supposed to be Soft Taco Supreme's... So I went back and of course the dining room is closed because of the Covid. So I went through the drive through. I got to the window and got the distinct impression that the young lady at the window didn't want to deal with me. I asked for a manager and a kid who couldn't have been older than a high school senior came to the window. He obviously had no experience or training dealing with upset customers so I told him what was wrong with my order and had him give me their corporate offices phone number. Visited on April 1st 2022. Service was the worst I've seen. After picking up my order on the way home I noticed I was short an item so I returned and waited in the drive up line. When I got to the order mike I was told I need to come inside to resolve the error. I am handycaped and advise the order taker; she repeated that I needed to come inside. The manager resolved the billing issue and said they would bring three more toco supremes. When I arrived home, there were three plain tocos. Not toco suprems. I will not return. read more
