Truly one of the worst fast food experiences you can have. They deliver on that every time that's for sure. Expect at least one missing item for every order, expect nacho cheese and other sauce containers to be filled up only halfway if that, expect soggy potatoes. This place absolutely sucks. I was there on 3/3/2025. They must have a newer manager or something since last time I was there. This is by far the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been in. I don't know if I just got lucky with being there during the right shift or what, but all of the people working were super smiley and friendly. In addition to that it was the best quality Taco Bell I've had in several years. I was waiting in the front to get my order done with, a lady infront of me was getting a door dash and she asked for free chips at the counter, when she left i was standing there for 5-7 minutes, another worker told me to use the self-order machine, after 5 other workers saw me waiting and didn't say anything to me, i used the machine, i put pay with cash but i didn't get no receipt to take to the counter, i got done waiting and asking. read more

I just ordered a burrito supreme and it was DISGUSTING. Do NOT come here. No lettuce or tomatoes and the guacamole I ordered was not included. It was basically a soggy old tortilla with beans that looked like something you don't want to eat. I asked for black beans and they gave me a mix of refried and hardly any black. The food and place was great . My complaint is there are things you can only online so it took an extra10 minutes which was very frustrating especially with hungry kids. When I ask the answer was they Taco Bell wants people to use the app. Even though I have a phone that can do this its harder and cumbersome. An upside to this location is that it has the same menu as any other taco bell, making it essentially just another taco bell so to speak haha. The downside is that one time I ordered two cheesy bean rice burritos and I only received one and a shredded chicken burrito in place of the other. Taco Bell Newberg The Taco bell in Newberg is an absolute joke. I'm not sure who trained them but they roll the burritos the wrong way. For example. The 7 layer burrito. Instead of getting a little of each 7 layers you take 7 bites and get 1 layer with each bite. Does that make since? I've been to at least 4 different Taco Bell's and this one in Newberg is the ONLY one that has a problem rolling them. Hopefully someone will train them soon! read more

Hmm... not great. Not the worst ever... but pretty bad. First. Long line. No one likes to hit a drive through and have to wait. Next, the window took FOREVER. No wonder there was a line. When looking through the drive through window I could see an employee just leaning against the cash drawer, arms crossed, while the other girl with the headset was running around hurriedly next to him. Hmm. Got our food and got home to eat. The double layer tacos were not properly wrapped but I was able to notice and narrowly avoid dumping both all over. The order was slightly off, three Frito burritos instead of two, and no bean burrito for my babies (2&3 yr old) who have VERY sensitive palates. So I think, "Okay? I'll give them my Mexican pizza and take the incorrect burrito". When I opened the Mexican pizza I was disappointed, it was broken at the corners and very light on toppings. ZERO stars! Currently advertised items are not available - ex, the grande nachos box. The order taker said 'nachos bellgrande'? NO! 'The nacho taco big box'? (Or whatever it's called) NO! When I explained,someone there said it was no longer available but that they could make it for me, and that it would be $6. Ok, fine... It did NOT have double the seasoned beef. And the chips tasted like they were fried in oil that was going rancid. Today I see the current tv ad again, advertising it to have TWO TIMES the seasoned beef and costing $5! So I call the manager at the Newberg Taco Bell who blah blah blahs about them being a franchise and thus charging more. She said they were told to not offer it anymore because it is a large draw on the chips. DUH, it's NACHOS folks! And for them to up-charge TWENTY PERCENT? NO, NOT OKAY! I will NEVER GO to this Newberg Taco Bell again! I hope your up-charging me ONCE for the TWENTY PERCENT was worth losing my future sales! I know many of the McDonalds are franchised, but at least when there are specials (I.e. 2 for $5) they offer it AT THAT PRICE! read more

OMG seriously? I have not ever been to such a bad Taco Bell. The staff is nice but holy incompetent. Twice, the line in the drive through was STUPID long. It took 8 minutes from the time we were at the "box" to order until we got through. Both times we went, the order was wrong and I had to go back inside to get it corrected. Others have said it.. it is just like any other Taco Bell. Sometimes they are super friendly sometimes they aren't. We have not have our food messed up there yet but we have had them fail to place our items in the boxes so then we never know what the hell is what. I will say as a warning this place can get crazy busy through the drive thru.. Like other Taco Bells so you may be waiting a while. read more

Went in for the missing items, another customer was asking if we had the wrong order because they were also given the wrong thing. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU. The drive thru is roughly five min per vehicle in front of you. Inside isn't much better but at least you get to stretch your legs. I was in the Newberg Taco Bell December 9th. The drive through was jammed so we decided to go inside to order. There were several people waiting with no one at the front. We ordered and sat at a table to wait. I was sO amazed how filthy it was. The tables were covered with food, and the floors were so messy. After waiting 20 minutes I cancelled our order. So sad watching the few employees who were there had to struggle. No manager out to help. I truly believe if the health department came in it would shut down. read more

I've been a big supporter of Taco Bell for about the past 2.5 years, but lately my interest had been declining. Today was probably one of the final trips to the Bell for a while. It was probably 3:30 pm, and I hadn't eaten since midnight the night before. I ordered 3 cheese quesadillas and 2 half pound beef and potato burritos. Fact is, the quesadillas weren't grilled well and the B&P burriots just didn't have the it factor. I dumped half my meal in the trash it was that unsatisfying. This Taco Bell location is just like every other Taco Bell in the United States. It has the same items. It tastes the same. Sometimes the dining area is clean, other times it is dirty. I claim a 1 in 4 chance that your order will get screwed up if you go through the drive thru. I did notice they ripped out the big electric sign at the drive thru pay spot that said something about "If you are asked to pay more than the amount shown, call this #". What's up with that? I know the "amount shown" has never been wrong for me...how about you? Bonus for all Taco Bells that have Mountain Dew Baja Blast. You can only get it at Taco Bells. I live in the area and frequent this taco Bell often. and lately they have been getting to the point where I will NEVER go back . the staff there is ridiculously rude ( except the lady that works drive they with all the tattoos she is super nice). and EVERYTIME (seriously no joke the past 4 x I have been there ) I have gotten my order wrong. it's not like I order a bunch of things it's for me... a cravings box instead of hard I would like soft taco. and no sour cream. Newberg taco bell is not consistent with portions, you never know what your going to get, also the price has increased on taco 50% in the last year or so, one time the tacos are filled the next time they are very flat. The tostadas are very small and went up in price, not happy with this taco bell. The ones in Sherwood and Hillsboro are great. read more

Tues 12/17- 10am My husband and I went through the drive through. Sat there for 2 mins without anybody talking into the speaker. We reversed, thinking maybe they were closed. Saw people inside and pulled forward again. Said hello three more times and were about to leave when someone finally said "order when you're ready." We ordered 4 fiesta potato grilled burritos. The girl said "4 sides of potatoes?" We repeated the order. She said the total was $7.49. She clearly charged us for the sides of potatoes. We pull up to the window and my husband confirmed our order and then her attitude began. "No! You said fiesta potatoes." My husband said no, I said fiesta potato burritos, you said sides of potatoes. She slams the window while he's in mid sentence. The manager comes to the window and my husband asks what's with her attitude. The manager replies with, she couldn't hear you.
