Everytime single time i come thru, i order a baja blast freeze and a dirty baja blast, they NEVER have the creamer to put in the dirty one, and most of the time NEVER have baja blast it self. They need to get there shit together considering it's still on the menu and it's one of there most popular beverage flavors. read more

The staff was helpful. My order was via drivethru The menu is overwhelming, so I asked for suggestions, which was appreciated. The reason I came here is my college aged kids keep charging 37 of Taco Bell to my card and I wanted to see how much things cost and get an idea of what they got for their money. I ordered a quesadilla and a taco with two types of shells. Wasnt expecting to like it... I was surprised it wasnt horrible. Shocked by how big the quesadilla is. There was enough ingredients but the shell wasnt grilled and there was a mystery flavor inside that I did not like. Lol. Will not get that again. The double decker taco was to have beans between the hard shell and the soft. No beans. That was the only reason I got it. even missing the beans that tasted much better than the quesadilla... Also the two things came to under just 8 bucks. I now get how a rugby player would charge 37 in taco bell. Tip: get the build your own box. Great value. read more

Yea, I hate to say this, but this unfortunately may be one of the more terrible TBell locations in the area. I have had multiple experiences where items have been left out of the order. When you have children who are expecting their favorite cheesy roll up, and you forget to put it in my bag at the drive through MULTIPLE TIMES, I can't risk it. The drive through takes forever, and forget about ordering ahead to save time, because they don't start the orders until you pull through the drive through anyway. And they are usually wrong. If I MUST go to this location when I'm in this area, which is often, I have learned to sit in the drive through after they hand me the bag, and take each item out and match it to the receipt, because if I don't, 9 times out of 10, something is missing or incorrect. Also, the drinks taste TERRIBLE from their soda machine and I really don't know why this is because other locations don't have this problem. read more

They are awful! They tried to tell my friend they were out of ice despite giving me a full small cup of ice. we waited 30 minutes for cold food with no sauce. They were also rude when we asked politely for more sauce. Save your time and choose a different Taco Bell location! I have ordered delivery three times from this location and it has been wrong every time. I just drove a delivery order to see if they would re-make it and give me the sauces I was missing. The drive thru employee made us wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes just to tell me he can't re-make the order and said it was his managers decision. Then he processed to aggressively give us a bag of sauces (still missing the ones I paid for). I work in the service industry and I can't believe how terrible the customer service is here. Yeah, don't go to this location. This experience is based on a drive through order. I sat in line for over 10 minutes and when I finally got to the ordering area, had to wait another 2-3 minutes before someone asked what I'd like to order. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and the hard taco part was a little stale and the sauces on it were only in some parts not distributed evenly at all. Crunchwraps used to be $3 and now are $5 and it's just not worth the money. Not my favorite location, will drive a little farther next time for better food. read more

Used to be good. They've shorted me twice now. Even after I went back through for the chips that go with the Luxe Box, they shorted me the Chalupa that went with the Luxe box. Food was not physically hot. Scary Please Taco Bell start paying your employees better so that you can retain good people. I had the most pleasant experience a couple nights ago to the point where it compelled mean to write this view. Started with a kind and patient ( not rushed ) gentleman taking my order, to receiving not only my correct order but, he didn't skimp on the toppings like the other restaurant do. Biggest downfall is the wait. Spent about 40 minutes in the drive-thru the other day which apparently is pretty common. I'm guessing due to not enough staff available. So I try my best to take that into consideration. Inside is also not open at this time. The food has been okay, I always pay for extra cheese for my nacho bell grande but it always looks like it's the same amount as if I didn't pay extra which is frustrating. It's also always over loaded with beans that are dried out and in one big clump and the chips are tiny little broken pieces. read more

As far as Taco Bells go, this one is pretty nice. We were greeted right away and got our food within just a couple minutes of ordering. And it was nice and hot! Restaurant was clean and we experienced zero issues (which isn't always the case with tbell). Will be back! read more

This used to be a really nice Taco Bell, used to have super friendly staff who were quick and efficient. Nowadays, when I do a mobile order they don't show it on the screen or read it back to me to make sure it's correct, nor do I get a receipt. I have dietary restrictions and when the past few times I've gone they've either put on what I requested to be left off or completely given me something I didn't order-- really makes me question what the staff is doing in the kitchen. Last time I went there was no one in line and still switched out my chips with a taco?? Like how is that even close? I'm glad I checked before driving too far since other times I've been screwed over by the time I get home. This time the guy at the window was nice enough to throw in an apple empanada but unfortunately I couldn't eat it. Long story short: go to the Sunbury Road location and maybe avoid this one on Friday and Saturday after 9 PM. I'll come back to this one again eventually and if there's been changes I'll be happy to update this review. read more

I'm a pretty easy going person. I understand human beings make mistakes but this is the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been too. I've been here 4 times and every time, the orders have been wrong, they have forgotten things and this time my food wasn't even cooked all the way through. I went back through the drive through to get this corrected and I was argued with. That 'it's not possibly to not be cooked right' but I pulled out the food and it was cold, cheese still raw, not even melted. I'm disgusted with this place. I am almost 9 months pregnant. I waited in line for 10 minutes. Saw they forgot half of my order. Pulled around and went to go inside and the doors were locked. However a guy was standing there and said he wasn't an employee but they were closed. I said they forgot half of my order did I have to wait in line again? Mind you, all the employees were staring at me. They said yes. I wait another 10 minutes in line and when I pull up, the girl is extremely rude and asks where my receipt is. They never gave me a receipt. They made me repeat my order. They were all staring at me giving me dirty looks and finally the manager (I'm assuming) opens the window and hands me a bag with the food. The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, which is a shame since it's in such a nice area. Three separate occasions spring to mind when I think of this location. On the first, probably about a year ago, I went fairly late to pick up some dinner. The girl working the drive thru window was very nice, but as I was waiting for my food I witnessed her bend over and proceed to projectile vomit into a garbage can. I get that people can get ill, but doing it right in front of the window was a little alarming. The second issue involved an online order using the Taco Bell app. I submitted an order and then called the location about five minutes later to verify that it had received it and if the food was ready to be picked up. The person I spoke with informed me that they hadn't received any orders. I placed the order again and called back shortly after; same response. I then checked my bank account online and saw that I had been charged for the order (once). I called this location back asked to speak to a manager, who apologized and said I would be refunded immediately. I waited three days or so and still no refund, so I eventually contacted Taco Bell Corporate, who finally granted me the refund. Lastly, this third issue was just last week. I was on my way to work and stopped to pick up dinner. As soon as I pulled up to order, a female employee rudely informed me that "We're out of lettuce, so if you order something with lettuce you won't get any lettuce on it." Very nice. It took three strikes, but I won't be back. I'd rather drive the extra way and give the location in Stoneridge my business. read more

First of all I must apologize for this will not be a very complementary review. I am totally stunned. I have always had excellent service when I come here. Unfortunately today I don't know if the girl working the drive-through window was having a bad day it is now 1:24 PM and it is March 20 and I'm really stunned as a matter of being treated so rudely. I am not sure if it's because all I money that I had was in change. did not realize that paying in change was so wrong. unfortunately it's all I had in the world at this time. In fact I could not take any money from my account or I would have. In between pay periods is kind of rough. Anyways, I had silver mainly quarters few dimes and nickels and then three pennies. She was not happy. And again I am so sorry. But it is all I had to scrounge up until my paycheck would come in and I was very hungry. Anyways the woman very angrily told me here's your order and here'sYour drink. Shoved them to me. Then slammed the door just so angrily looking at me. I didn't realize when I did it was so terribly wrong. And I feel bad for Taco Bell because this was my favorite place in New Albany to go I lived here for many years. I was just passing by because it was on my route. Again I am very upset to have posted such a low rating but I think No one should judge someone circumstance just because they paid with change.
