It's exactly the middle of the road taco bell. Some experiences are great, some bad. Not really consistent. Sometimes the drive through is faster and sometimes the inside is faster. Entirely depends on how many people are working each line. Not terribly impressed with this one, but it's close and sometimes I need food more than I need to not eat Taco Bell. The Pizza Hut portion of it seems to be treated like an afterthought and I generally get either cardboard or nuclear tastelessness. read more

I really only go to get food from the drive thru. This has to be one of the busiest Taco Bell's in America as well. The line will be 10-12 cars deep sometimes and you can get through it in under 10 min. The staff is really friendly and always gives great service. I've Never have had an order wrong and it's always fresh, even late at night. Very consistent. The night staff there is excellent. New Diablo nuggets are pretty dang good also. read more

One of the worst fucking fast food waiting experiences ever. Sat in line for an hour and a half and when we FINALLY made it to the window, they made us pay for food and sit there for like 10 minutes before asking for the receipt back saying they forgot to even make the order (which, mind you, was 5 items). I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a taco Bell. I was on my way into the building when a female employee told me that the lobby was closed. I apologized, but before heading back to my car, I drew attention to an unattended large duffel bag that I thought was suspicious. Trying to do the right thing, thinking nothing of it. She acknowledges the bag and informs me she will alert the manager, which I found appropriate. I am opening the door to my car when all of a sudden the manager opens the door to scream that it is none of my concern in a very aggressive way. I ask the man to calm down before he repeats himself more aggressively speaking over me. At this point I'm in shock because I haven't done anything to anger this man and I am Not even in his establishment? He becomes more surly and I respond because I'm literally just trying to help. He lets me know it's a mans clothes??? Which is really all he had to say. I am very confused as to why he's so okay with someone either living on the premises and why he's so mean to people just trying to help and also trying to spend money at the place he worked. There will never be an instance where I will return. I felt attacked for no reason and I had to use retaliatory language. I hope this man finds the proper counseling and I really feel bad for the employees to work for such a ill tempered and spiteful person. There are few times in life when a meal is so expertly crafted that it deserves comment. This is one of those times. During a romantic dinner with my wife I was blown away by the sophistication and subtly of the Spicy Potato Taco. The attention to detail makes calling this meal "Tex-Mex" woefully inadequate. Our tacos were followed with a main course of Bean Burritos (I recommend getting them grilled!) and Cheese Rolls-ups. Service was impeccable and the decor modern. Five Stars. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible Taco Bell. My friends and I were staying at the nearby Maxwell house, and I was sick. I wanted some pick-me-up-food, so I headed here. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Go to the McD's or the Wendy's. McD's service was horrible, too, but it was WAY better than both the food and service combined from this particular fast food joint. I ordered chicken quesadillas and a steak grilled stuffed burrito with no guacamole. after being the third car in the drivethru. It took me 10 minutes to even get to the speaker. As I was about to pull away, a guy posted on the speaker/signs that they were out of chicken. Sorry. Ugh, so let me reorder then. I ended up getting steak in my burrito. Five minutes later I get my food. When I got back to my room, the food was freezing cold (it's a 30 second drive at the MOST) the cheese wasn't melted on the quesadilla, and there was literally NO sauce on it. So nasty. oh, and instead of NO guacamole on my burrito, there was EXTRA guac, thus making in inedible. Freaking nasty. It all went into the garbage, and I trekked back out to McDs. never again. read more

Slowest fast food restaraunt in the country. Usually there's a line around the corner at night. I thought it took a while because they were overwhelmed and short staffed. But now, in the middle of the afternoon, there's only 2 cars in front of me. Still waited half an hour. The only reason I come here is to grab something "quick" after getting my hair done.
