I picked up an order yesterday and the chicken was rock hard on my burrito and my taco. They agreed to replace the order. I didn't realize the fries were hard until I got off the phone so I didn't call back, but I put them in the bag to be replaced. I took them back. They replaced the burrito and taco and when I told them I also had fries she mentioned that I did not say it over the phone that's all she wrote down. I told her they were in the bag and she said I didn't look in the bag. I just threw it in the trash. Well that's not my fault. Worst Taco Bell in the area. Half the time they are out of Baja blast and other signature items. The drive thru takes 30 minutes to get through and they make you back up to the yellow pole so your car isn't on the sensor so they're drive thru time stays down. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos. Paid with my debit card. This ws 8:03 p.m. April 26th. I was asking the young man at the window about the drink that was ready for another order and stated that it looked good. He asked if I wanted one and I told him "no." Got distracted and drove away without my 7debit card. I stayed in the parking lot for at least 5 or 6 minutes making sure i did not have my card. Why didn't someone at least come to the outside to see if I had left. I had not. I realized I didn't have it before I left the parking lot and I drove back to the order screen and the young 7man said he had it and to drive on to the window. I got to the window and was told that they were bringing it from the back. I got home and checked my account and an additional charge to Taco Bell was made to my debit card at 8:06 p.m. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was tod I was speaking with him. Told him what happened and he told me he would give me the number for his manager and that he was on break when I was there. Now I'm told to call back tomorrow when Maria, the manager, will be there. If this happens to a few customers, someone at Taco Bell has had a pretty good payday. THIS IS DEI in full bloom. Incompetent and dishonest. Our of town drive and passing through and Ordered a box meal and was given a bag with only one of the items in it :/ Should've been a hard shell taco , 5 layer burrito and nacho friend with cheese . Was given a hard taco missing half the shell and the insides tossed in paper and tossed in a bag . Went inside to get the rest of my order and waited almost 20 min . I asked why they're not using the boxes and just throwing stuff in a bag and was told they were out of them but could clearly see them on the shelf . The other two items I ordered were incorrect as well and basically tossed into the bag also . The Crunchwrap usually comes with a foil around it but came in a taco wrapper all over the bag . Gross!!!!! Went inside to have breakfast, first time to eat inside this location and first time for Taco Bell breakfast! First of all they were out of coffee cups, the poor girl working the register didn't know. She tried serving the coffee in plastic cups, it tasted like plastic so I went back up and got cups for sodas, I do not drink sodas. The seats and table top were sticky and dirty. Filthy and disgusting there was food on the floor, food stuck on the tables and seats. I hate to even think what behind the counter looked like. Two stars for the effort... Asked for the Tostada with the pizza shell and they charged me $0.45 extra to remove the corn and switch it with a pizza shell...Argued with me about it, instead of just giving me what I wanted... Now the reason for the two stars: The food was excellent...even by the time I got done arguing and drove home the food was better quality than the Thomasville Taco Bell, and we live 30 minutes from Moultrie. Dear Sir, Madam: My family eat veggie food and it is always a problem to order mostly at taco Bell. Give the order loud and clear and it is still wrong, so we repeat everything hoping it will be right. No luck, recently our orders was wrong again and finally after reordering this was the worst food ever tasted. I truly believe it is because of the bad spirit the person had taking the order.The bad attitude and getting upset with the customer and being mean (bad spirit). My family have been trying to eat at Taco Bell years and it not working. Need good attitudes, politeness, and good customer service. Thanks to those who make a good effort ( the cook). Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten at! They where out of several menu items. Not just out of something by mistake. They didn't have several items that would makeup the meal itself. Their really need to train on customer service. Really need to quit service breakfast all together! Went there on a Tuesday night around 10:20, drive thru only thing opened. It already had 5 cars in line. We ordered buritto, 2 mexi melts, 3 tacos and quesarito and 2 drinks. Got to the window to pay, she repeated our order and I gave her a card. Again, she repeated the order and then asked us what we wanted to drink. Needless to say I told her and she still got it wrong! We got our food a few minutes later and started to pull off, we checked and it was wrong!!!! I'm sad to say that this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They are ALWAYS (daily) out of something or they have a machine broke! Food taste old and stale.
