The "manager" apologized and asked the staff to make another "with more potatoes."The young man who initially handed the taco to the drive-thru employee came to the front to look at me while playing with his locs (hair). Called they put my name down and said I could come back(didn't have the time it was nap time melt down + no food) and they said okay we could come another time and get it free(sense I paid and didn't get it least they could do). Then they messed up the re make by only putting cheese in. 2nd time I ordered a quesadilla with chipotle sauce and jalapeño. I drove to #030552 Taco Bell after 12 hours of work. My son& I decided 2 order food online. It was quick& we were starving & it was the only thing that was opened aside from McDonald's& Domino's, which was on the way home. I was Sitting in my car, in line & trying to tackle the Taco Bell app, there was a bunch of cars, maybe 10/12 cars, the line went approximately 3/4 around the restaurant. I waited a bit, but then all of a sudden the line went down real quick. She told me that it would be a while for me to get my order &that right now they were slammed with 7 orders waiting that they had to fill. She said it would be longer than 10-15 minute, I told her I was fine with it. She told me that I had to go to the speaker to order. I was a bit miffed, because I already had waited in line& now I wait again? I got the cravings box at noon and the wait time was fine but when I opened my cheese to use with my nachos there was a sprinkle of cheese in there and that's it. My friend and I ordered 6 soft tacos-- 3 with lettuce and 3 without lettuce. They gave us 6 with lettuce. We went back and asked them to fix it and give us 3 without lettuce. They then gave us 6 without lettuce and asked for our other tacos back‍. First of all, you aren't supposed to take any food back into the restaurant after it's already been out. Also we still needed the one's with lettuce. My other friend ordered chips and they were all stuck together and burnt. My other friend ordered a large drink and a large freeze and was given a medium drink and regular(small) freeze. I live few minutes away, got home. Everything was so cold and stale. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. There was no meat in my burrito supreme , the burrito supreme is all tortilla and half the size of what it normally is. It was a tiny little thing that didn't even fit in my palm of my hand. So they attempted to make the chicken nacho box by modifying the nachos bell grande item..? Mistakes here are just expected. Never gotten my order right in 3 years. The people who work here literally don't give a single f***. It's like they start making the food and just say "f*** it" to half of the ingredients. I'm a vegetarian and tell them every time before i order and also mention "no meat" with every item, and guess what? All of my food came with meat on it, i went back in and they said it must have been another order but it was all my items and nobody else was there. This place has no standards and the management should be fired. If i owned this place i would be LIVID with how little effort these people put in and still get paid. The shell on the crunchy taco was broken it fell apart as I tried to pick it up and by that time only one side had shell, they also didn't even bother to cut my boyfriend chicken quesadilla. I also tried to order the cinnamon delights but they said they only sell them in the morning (which makes sense but it is classified as a dessert on the menu) but if you go to the one on western they will gladly give you them and online it says they sell them all day so just sounds like they're too lazy to even bother to make them which makes sense do to all the negative comments on this Taco Bell, I'm surprised they're still in business. When we got our food we checked the bag and noticed our nachos were missing so we waited for her to come back to the window and told her we were missing them and she looked us up and down the second we pulled forward. Me and my husband have gone to this Taco Bell location several times and unfortunately both times we have gotten the Taco Party Pack (12 tacos) we end up with only 11. Sure it's not THAT big of a deal you might think, but it really is. We pay for 12 supreme tacos and I want my 12 dam tacos! So if you go and get a Taco 12 pack be sure to count them before you drive away! Also make sure they are not smashed or cold. She looked at him like he was stupid, gave our food to us with an attitude, didn't give us the mild sauce we asked for and while we sat at the window waiting for it she just stood there with the window closed. Once she did give us what we asked for (still not saying one word) my husband then thanked her despite the fact that she clearly had an attitude. she again didn't say one word. So my family and I went to this location for the convenience of its location in relation to our house. Upon arriving at the drive through we were immediately met with a rude employee on the intercom attempting to hurry us up through our order. After getting to the window and paying, we received our bags and departed. Half-way home I noticed that we were not given all of our drinks. When I got back there was a line at the drive-through so I decided to go inside with my receipt. When I informed the employee at the counter of their mistake, she looked annoyed, handed me an empty cup, and said, "there ya go, fountain's over there." I looked at her incredulously and then went to the fountain to pour my drink, thinking to myself, "sure, I guess I'll do your job for you." After we arrived home we noticed that several items in our order were prepared wrong or replaced with items we did not order. Many drunk nights and many drunk stops at this here Taco Bell. Where do I start? I honestly could care less about how the food, customer service, or location is because we're usually to the point of that 'state' that nothing matters. I know that we've ALL been to those really sketchy Taco Bell's that we're unsure if it's even safe... as for this location, it's ALWAYS busy, which makes sense because the base and all. The actual location itself is pretty nice. Very clean and stocked. The food (I've personally never have a problem), seems to be good (Taco Bell quality), and they're usually quick about it. I understand that when y'all get busy it's probably a little bit harder to keep up with customers and I totally get that, but time and time again within a two week time period I've gotten the wrong order and it just isn't right. Of course I'll continue to go back because hey, who doesn't have those late night cravings? But yeah, definitely 3 stars because the switched orders. read more
