With such a diverse selection of dishes from nachos, to burritos, tortas, quesadillas and tacos as well as toppings, and combinations, they clearly keep a wide variety of ingredients on hand to support all the options--and it shows in the quality and creativity of the dishes. The food itself is absolutely delicious, and there really is something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or a more unique flavor combination, the menu offers plenty to explore. The portions are also surprisingly large, so you definitely leave feeling full and satisfied. We have tried everything like the pork carnitas;rich in flavor, the steak; on the traditional side, Korean beef; beautiful combination of flavors, the Caribbean jerk;what I MUST get every time, to Mole;the perfect balance of sweet heat and rich deep flavor..... it is ALLLLLL DELICIOUS . One of the biggest highlights for me is the margaritas. Their frozen margaritas are easily some of the best in the city. They're consistently smooth, well-balanced, and incredibly refreshing. It's one of those drinks you can count on being just as good every time you order it, which makes it a perfect pairing with the tacos. Overall, while the prices might run a bit higher than your average taco place, the variety, portion sizes, and consistently great flavors make it a spot worth visiting. If you're looking for creative tacos and a top-tier frozen margarita, this place definitely delivers.

There's always leftovers from the lunch portion. But the dinner portion was huge. I went rogue. Instead of my usual mixed chicken & beef fajitas, I went with Fajitas el pastor. I know, I went crazy. Fajitas el pastor is a new item on the menu, and the seasoning was quite different from the usual flavors. A bit more citrus. But plenty of grilled veggies. Not my favorite (I'm in such a rut), but very good. And again, the dinner portion was huge. Both of us took home more than we could eat at the restaurant. But I did splurge this visit and ordered "fried ice cream" for dessert. A large serving of strawberry ice cream covered with corn flakes and a drizzle of chocolate and some whipped cream. It would have been perfect had it been served with a teaspoon rather than a large soup spoon.

You order at the counter and they bring your food to you, no issues with service. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the wet burrito this evening and was disappointed. The burrito was filled with rice and not very much chicken. The sauce on top was tasty. I would recommend this place on Tuesdays for tacos.

The steak was more like Philly style but still good. The chicken was shredded but had a lot of bigger pieces in there. The nachos were loaded & they didn't skimp on any ingredients. The burrito was the same. They gave us a green & red sauce on the side. The green to me was like a jalapeño, avocado cream sauce if I had to guess a couple ingredients. The red was more of a chipotle with a light kick. I liked both. We both mentioned coming back & switching it up. I'd recommend trying them out for yourself. Their patio to eat outside was really nice. Oh & our coke in the bottle was about as fresh as they come.

The service was attentive, however we did experience a language barrier that made it difficult for us to order. (100% okay, people need to accept that businesses aren't required to be English only!) Some lovely folks at the restaurant overheard our struggles and assisted us by translating our order into Spanish. So the friendly atmosphere brings the friendliest of people. The food is average Mexican food. Not pictured are churros we ordered that were super soggy and wet. The sauces they are dressed with made the hard shell texture completely unappealing. The chorizo rice and beans was good. I love my chorizo a little more spicy, so this one definitely lacked a little bit of flavor. Not a must have for Mexican food in Louisville, but you won't have a bad experience.

If I have a modest complaint it would be the lack of bite to the jerk seasoning, but since I've only eaten here once, that may have been a one-off. And don't get me wrong -- there is still depth of flavor. It just didn't hit me like jerk seasoning usually does.

We got some jerk chicken tacos and nachos and they came out pretty quickly. The tacos were an order of three, served with sour cream, chips, and salsa.
