I try to come here whenever I'm around on business as most states have discontinued the Chili Cheese Burrito many years ago. If I find a place that still sells them, I have to sack up. This location has always been clean, fast and convenient and the staff has been very pleasant during my experiences. Pro-Tip: they start serving lunch at 8 am at this spot. read more

I'm really not a huge Taco Bell fan, but sometimes you want a Doritos taco. I ordered 2 of those with hot sauce. The Doritos taco used to be more flavorful when it first came out years ago, but now it tasted a bit lacking in flavor. The taco was decent. Something I could've made at home, except without the amazing Doritos shell. The sauce was just a step above mild. Service was good though! The girl at the drive thru register was polite and asked how I was. Sometimes that's missing these days. She was kind at the window. And smiley. She must love it here! I'd return again for something else off the menu even though those Dorito tacos are still a selling point for me. read more

I love Taco Bell. It's always reliable (if a bit messy at times), inexpensive, and fast. It's my favorite fast food (I worked at Taco Bell for about 7 years back in the '80s and '90s), so I'm quite familiar with the menu. I like, also, that Taco Bell routinely comes out with new items (Especially the absolutely brilliant Doritos® Locos Tacos). As a chain, Taco Bell is always my first choice for fast food. This location, however, (and based on my half dozen or so visits) has got to be one of the most mismanaged locations in town. I've never had a visit here that has been A+. Or A-. At best this location gets a C, and that's rounding up generously. On one visit the credit card machine was down (and apparently they have no backup plan for credit card purchases.) On another visit the drive thru was down. THE FRIKKIN' DRIVE THRU WAS DOWN. However, I was only made aware of this when I reached the speaker to have the person tell me that it was down ON THE SPEAKER. (YOU try to figure that one out). On yet a different occasion the speed of service was so slow....(How slow was it?)...that I actually saw a car that had ordered at the drive thru speaker back up after they were almost to the window and leave the drive-thru line. On another visit 3 of the 5 food items we ordered were incorrect, but trying to get someone's attention to get it fixed was a monumental task because all eyes were on the drive thru. I think it all comes down to staffing (or a lack thereof) and a bit of training. I've love to see this location improve, as we're there a couple times a month. In the meantime there are plenty of other fast food options in the area. read more

Ordered 3 chalupas tonight & received 3 chicken quesadillas instead. Ordered Baja blast & was handed a Pepsi instead. Asked worker to switch it out for what I had actually ordered & he informed me that they were out. Asked "so what's this then", tells me it's Pepsi. if you're out of something & you know, at least ASK what replacement you would like instead of assuming. Unfortunately I didn't realized I got quesadillas instead of chalupas until I got home. Very disappointing after spending $30+. Never again. read more

Wow. Looks like I'm not the only one that had a less than average experience here. Stopped in for a "quick" bite & that was a bad idea. Cars were lined up around the outside because of the rain, so I decided to run inside. The group ahead of me orders, and then they decided to put all hands on deck to drive through orders. This place is soo BAD. Every time I go there I tell myself never to go back. This TB is run by kids so they are constantly messing up the orders. I once got a breakfast burrito and they hadn't cooked it. They are always doing stupid stuff like locking the doors so they only have to deal with drive through. Recently I discovered it is an independent location so they don't have to honor the national advertising and can charge whatever prices. The owner should fire everyone and hire some real adults. You can't get what you order to save your life. I ordered my taco Supremes with no sour cream add guac and they took it upon themselves to leave off everything and put the guac right on top of the beef and throw some cheese on top. No tomato and lettuce. We got a combo, two chalupas, and some twists and spent $20. I feel like I just threw $20 out the window. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time going to Taco Bell, especially this one. read more

This TB is legit! Normally Taco Bells skimp on their tacos and you end up with half an empty shell, but the staff working when we went made awesome chalupas, tacos, and cheese roll ups. We were hesitant to visit this location because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. We just got home after visiting and discovered we are missing like $10 worth of food. I would advise you to stay away from this Taco Bell if you want to actually get your food you ordered and not waste your money. Ridiculous! read more

They always get your order right and the daytime staff is nice, but the service is very slow and the night staff is rude.

This is probably my favorite Taco Bell. The drive thru is blazing fast compared to any other that I've been to and the quality of the food is sublime! I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who's had a bad experience at a Taco Bell in the past. read more

Says theyre open till 3am Thursdays but we waited in line in the drive thru for over 30 mins just to get to the order booth thing. Get up there and no greeting or anything, waited a couple minutes. Kept saying "hello?" No answer. Complete b.s. never will be coming back to this location. read more

I went there even after reading so many bad reviews. Yes, they messed up my order. I had gone quite far when I noticed that and had to come back and they wouldn't make it up for it. It was like I threw away $21 out the window. Would never go there again. read more

Its inexpensive and they get the order correct. Quality is not bad at this price point. I don't have anything really negative to say.

So it's Friday night, and they're suppose to be open until 12 am in the dining room. I get there around 20 minutes before and try to walk in the dining room, but the doors are locked. Apparently the kids working inside took it upon themselves to lock the doors early despite the listed time on the door. WTF? read more
