I'm a huge Taco Bell fan, so any great Taco Bell would get a 5-star rating from me. Not this one though. I think I've only been one time without experiencing any issues! About 3 months ago, my boyfriend and I stopped in and were told that the "truck hadn't come" that day, and they were out of meat, cheese, and napkins. There were still people eating in the restaurant, so I'm not sure what they were noshing on, but we headed out and thought it was just a fluke. Then earlier in January, we came by again - just had to try those nacho fries that I can't seem to not see an ad for every time I log onto Facebook. We ordered, everything seemed to be fine. We had quite a big order with 5 of us, but it took over 30 minutes for them to ready it and call our names. They gave us a free apple empanada (for the 5 of us to split) to apologize for the wait. We were missing 2 items, and my Bell Grande nacho fries were missing tomatoes. They grabbed us the 2 items we were missing pretty quickly, but then let me know that they were out of tomatoes. They only told us this after we had ordered $25 worth of food and waited 30 minutes for it. But okay, we ate. Finally, today, we strolled in again. Ordered, got the food within a few minutes. Nacho fries still didn't have tomatoes! When I went up to the counter, I asked the woman at the register if they were supposed to have tomatoes and pointed to the picture in which they did. She just looked at me and said, "Yes." Didn't even offer to add them, so I had to ask. We had to swing by the drive-thru later to pick stuff up for others at the house on the way home and waited for 30 minutes there as well, were given just the drinks we ordered, and were told we were all set, leaving me to ask about the food. Now that you've heard my TB sob story, I'll sum this up by saying, I only ever come here when I'm in the 'burbs and feel like Taco Bell. I would never recommend it as a place where I've had a good experience or have been helped by kind, understanding people. It is very clean though. read more

Restaurant was completely empty - 5 employees standing around doing nothing. We walked up to the counter and asked to order and a girl with red hair rudely dismisses us and says "you can order at the kiosk" as if she's too busy flipping her hair to actually do any work. read more

If I could give it one star I would.. I'm so done with this place! What's the point of a drive thru if I'm just gonna be going inside all the time?? PLUS dealing with attitude when I'm missing parts of my order I PAYED FOR?! I ordered nacho fries with some tacos wife my lil sister and they forgot the fries so I turned back to get them and I told the lady and she wanted my receipt AND bag and she can back saying we had the fries the whole time and the manager came and said they r in there. My sister and I looked at each other and thought we missed it and drove off. Tell me why the fries weren't in there STILL!!? So what did they check ?!! No one even tried!? TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES My family and i always come here and it's a miracle when the order is right again why have a drive thru when we gotta go back inside every time?! I'm keeping as much people away from this place! No one need to be wasting their money and time in this place read more

i ordered doordash last night and our order was never delivered they claimed that someone already picked up the order. the person in the window at 12:34 pm on saturday the 21 of march told the doordasher to "tell that dumb bitch to shut up" . never would've thought that i would be treated like that because of my order being stolen read more

Service was terrible. Waited 5 minutes for help since the kiosk did NOT have everything on it. After getting help he still said we HAVE to use the kiosk. Went through the drive through instead to order since the kiosk had a limited menu. Went through the drive through and was still unable to order everything. read more

Not bad over all- nothing stellar to write home about, but what you would expect from the average fast food joint. Food is cheap, decently made, and fast. Most of my order are through doordash but all in person orders the store has been clean, well stocked, and the staff polite and focused on their jobs. read more

if I could give a sub-zero review, I would. i recently ordered takeout that was expensive and cold. I arrived to pick up 5 minutes before my order was due to be ready to find it sitting on a shelf. I drove 0.3 miles to my home and opened it up. Everything was cold. a $16 quesadilla was two tortillas with a few veggies and cheese in it. $20 Chimichanga was small and tasteless. Burrito tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I would have been better off at Taco Bell. read more

The service here varies greatly. The food quality is consistent with other locations. The atmosphere inside appears to be clean and well kept. If you need to make a run for the boarder this is a good place to go!! read more

Went to this Location Last Monday, 30th. Went through the drive thru and got a few items, Paid with my CC that I NEVER use. Ive had it for a year or so but never used it! This was my first and ONLY time! I gave it to the black kid at the drive thru who then proceeded to take my card and go out of my view around a corner and came back about 1-2 minutes later. Got it handed to me and then the food came. I never used my card since nor before that encounter. So at the end of the week on Saturday, I get a charge from Uber, for 14.+ my bank tells me it was set up for a monthly charge. to which i said i never setup anything. however i do have Uber so I thought maybe I hit something wrong last time I received a ride. I had to dispute it with Uber. on the 8th I received multiple charges One from Nike for almost 300 dollars!!!! another that says from another area around the same location the card was used at tacobell and other services setup online like OnlyFans ect!!!! I only have the card because I am on vacation for 2 weeks and now without that card as a backup The kid obviously stole my information as it again was the only time I ever used it and I am beyond pissed. Taco bell should not let their employees wander off with your CC! I now have to call the police and file a report against taco bell! Do not spend any money there. They are thieves and if he did it to me I am positive there are others! read more

Typical taco bell experience. Food is gross, prepared incorrectly, service is terrible, store looks run down. Ordered a quesadilla Supreme hold the nasty sauce. Of course it came with extra sauce and no Supreme which is only tomatoes and sour cream It kills me how these people say they deserve $15 an hour but cannot handle putting tomatoes and sour cream on a quesadilla while omitting sauce. News flash: you are not worth $6 an hour. Taco bell, mcdonalds, burger king and wendys are not careers you support your family off of. They are interm jobs for students. All you did was drive up the cost of goods and push the self check/kiosk ordering systems that are literally making your job extinct. Enjoy! read more

This store in Leominster rarely open. Doors always lock and not sure why Taco Bell won't push more worker to a high traffic area. I can't give them zero or 1 star because I understand no one want to work. Sometime they might have drive thru open with 1-2 guys working. Hopefully they get this fix so I can truly give them a proper review. Again, please find another location, this look like it's closed read more

Arrived in town at 11pm on a Sunday and stayed at a motel near by. Not many choices so I decided to visit Taco Bell since it was so late. It has been over 4 years since I had visited a Taco Bell and after getting my food I remember why. As you can see from the taco picture I posted, I should mention it came just like this, I did not remove the toppings for the photo because there were not any. Sorry Taco Bell, last time visit ever. read more

Taco Bell - This is Taco Bell's idea of a taco. - Fast Food Near Me - Leominster, Massachusetts

Has to easily be one of the WORST Taco Bell locations. They can't seem to get a single order correct, they had us wait in line in the drive through for nearly thirty minutes only to get to the window to pay and have them tell us that they didn't have what we had ordered. It is a special kind of incompetence and the franchise owner really should check their priorities when hiring staff.... this was the final straw. read more

This is one of those locations where they only half-full the ingredients. My burrito bite was mostly the white Tortilla. We had to buy a side of nacho cheese because they only half fill the tiny cup. Not worth complaining but hate it when it's so random. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Leominster, Massachusetts

Holy Crap this is a fancy Taco Bell! They have REAL fake paintings on the walls! They have an automated hand sanitizer on the wall by the cash register! The register is at a curved counter! They have different sized tables with matching chairs that are not broken and do not wobble! IT'S CLEAN! They had the correct soda water to soda syrup balance in the soda machine! The people behind the counter were nice AND happy! HOLY CRAP FANCY!!!! (my chalupa shell AND taco shell were broken, thus the four stars and not five, but the brokenness does not effect the taste) read more

Most trashy Taco Bell I been to not even enough staff to properly close the store on top of that they closed with my order inside and will refuse to answer the phone to give me a refund. This location is awful. They are slow, mess up orders. The employees look right at you waiting in line while they chat in back with their colleagues. This location is closer to me than the Fitchburg, but I go to Fitchburg because I appreciate the better customer service. read more

You can't expect much from fast food places, let's be honest. Consistency and quality isn't what we go here for. It's that quick and tasty food that fills that junk food craving! Taco Bell is well Taco Bell. I love the spicy potato taco for a buck. I could legit eat 10 of those. The cheesy first potatoes are also a favorite of mine! I really just stick to the dollar menu and that's good enough for me. Obviously the meats are a little scary but every once in a while it's okay! read more

20 min for 4 tacos with only beef and they screwed up all 4. Pathetic. There's no excuse for this at all. Get it together guys.

DISCLAIMER: I AM ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE REVIEW. IF THAT WASN'T REQUIRED, I'D GIVE ZERO STARS. On March 28th 2019 my husband and I were at this Leominster location by the mall. Ordered food. Waited about 10-11 mins for our food. We saw approximately 4-5 other patrons come in, order and leave with their food. We also saw another patron complain because he waited an extremely long time and never received his food as well. None of this has to do with us of coarse, my point is that their customer service, as many of the reviews reflect, is atrocious and the worst I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant in my life. My bar for most fast food is already significantly low. That should say something. I asked to speak to a manager, who came over and in the middle of me explaining what had happened he interrupted me and repeated the words, "What's the name? What's the name? What's the name? What's the name? What's the name?" - This is no joke. Not even close. First, he asked repeatedly so fast that it took my brain a second to even process what he was saying. Second when my brain finally did, I was so taken back that I said, "Excuse me but you are rudely interrupting me." He proceeded to clap and continue chanting, "What's the name?" Over and over again. I asked for my money back and tried to address his lack of civility in customer service, him being disrespectful and his down right rude behavior, he proceeded to tell me to, "Shut up!" Over and over again. While taking his hands and making a closing motion. My husband who, at this point had had enough, told the employee, who I think was actually the store manager, told him not to speak to me in that manner. The taco bell employee asked my husband what he was going to do about it. Threatened my husband several times, saying that when his transaction of returning my money was complete, he was going to come on the other side of the counter. Meanwhile, at least two other employees, threatened us as well. They were saying they were going to clock out and take their head sets off to come out in the dining area and hit my husband and/or myself. Scared for mine and my husband's lives, I asked for the store manager's number and not a single employee would give it to me or my husband and then had the audacity to say that if we didn't leave they were going to call the police. Looking back, I should've done that immediately with how aggressive the employees were including the manager on duty, who I think was actually the store manager. I actually have a video of most of it. I have never, in my years of living been treated this way at any type of establishment in my life. This Taco Bell needs to be shut down permanently. Currently considering my legal options. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT EVEN WALK INTO THIS PLACE. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE STILL OPEN. WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO STEP UP, TAKE CHARGE AND CLEAN THIS PLACE UP!!! read more

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I actually get food. Not the right food I ordered, but food. Everytime I go this taco bell they ignore me and what I ordered, give me the wrong food, and it is dirty. Their customer service is horrible! You order one thing, they say it back to you, and give you something totally different than what you payed for. They always have what you ordered and payed for out of stock. Lastly, the workers care more about socializing with the other workers than actually paying attention to the customer. Most of them need to be retrained. The place is disgusting and I will be driving to the next town over to get my food from now on. read more

Taco Bell - I guess this is their version of a chicken fiesta taco salad. Wilted lettuce and sad guac - Fast Food Near Me - Leominster, Massachusetts

They keep the drive thru line moving even at lunchtime. The fare is standardized Taco Bell, but unlike other locations they do not have Dr. Pepper. Staff do well especially given how young and inexperienced they look. Be careful pulling in as there is an ATM in the middle of the entrance to the drive thru and if you are coming from the left from the mall and the other car's driver is not paying attention they could hit you. The layout is awkward. There was a fire a few years ago that destroyed the Taco Bell and when they rebuilt it they should have fixed the traffic pattern. read more

Some of the staff is really nice but I had one employee who was honestly just the rudest person I've ever encountered. We started at the drive-thru but it seemed like the person was confused so we decided to go inside to clear things up. He first approached the counter while talking on the phone which I believe was deliberately to be rude because we had left the drive-thru to go in. Then, the way he talked down to my friend and spoke so harshly was very disappointing. It was all over whether or not we could sub sour cream for guacamole. I've literally never walked out of an establishment the way I did tonight, I've also never dealt with such a rude person in my life. He's lucky I didn't catch his name. read more

Four cars back in the drive thru line this afternoon at 1:30... took 25 minutes to get our food, and then it was cold! I got the mexican pizza which was so overloaded with meat that it completely fell apart. At the speaker I ordered a Dr Pepper only to be told they don't serve Dr Pepper despite the fact that there is a picture of one on their drive thru sign! The customer ahead of me had a dog in his car, who was leaning out the window (super cute dog.. ). When he FINALLY got to the window the server in the Taco Bell, reached out, and petted the dog, and let the dog lick his hand... ewwww.....I love dogs, but I don't want the server at the Taco Bell serving my food with a hand just licked by a dog. Wish I could give zero stars. I have low expectations at fast food restaurants to begin with, but this was ridiculous. read more

This location is a disaster every time. Drive to the Fitchburg location, you won't have as long a wait and the staff will actually be attentive. I swear they had a drive thru line so long here in Leominster, no one inside but me my wife and child, the two people working werent doing anything but chatting with each other. They looked at me waiting and did nothing. Plus the place is always filthy. Again go to the Fitchburg location, well worth the drive! read more

Standard Taco Bell with a drive-through. Food is consistent, and the dining area, though somewhat small, is usually clean. This is a smaller Taco Bell than most, with a small narrow ordering counter. The drinks are to the right of the cash registers, making it somewhat difficult to get to if there's a line. Among the roughly 20 tables, oddly enough, are some high tops. Not something you see often at a fast food joint. read more

Went to this Taco Bell at around 2 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. The drive-thru was 4 cars deep so I thought I would go into the restaurant to order my lunch.
