if I could give a sub-zero review, I would. i recently ordered takeout that was expensive and cold. I arrived to pick up 5 minutes before my order was due to be ready to find it sitting on a shelf. I drove 0.3 miles to my home and opened it up. Everything was cold. a $16 quesadilla was two tortillas with a few veggies and cheese in it. $20 Chimichanga was small and tasteless. Went to this Location Last Monday, 30th. Went through the drive thru and got a few items, Paid with my CC that I NEVER use. Ive had it for a year or so but never used it! This was my first and ONLY time! I gave it to the black kid at the drive thru who then proceeded to take my card and go out of my view around a corner and came back about 1-2 minutes later. Got it handed to me and then the food came. I never used my card since nor before that encounter. So at the end of the week on Saturday, I get a charge from Uber, for 14.+ my bank tells me it was set up for a monthly charge. to which i said i never setup anything. however i do have Uber so I thought maybe I hit something wrong last time I received a ride. I had to dispute it with Uber. on the 8th I received multiple charges One from Nike for almost 300 dollars!!!! another that says from another area around the same location the card was used at tacobell and other services setup online like OnlyFans ect!!!! I only have the card because I am on vacation for 2 weeks and now without that card as a backup The kid obviously stole my information as it again was the only time I ever used it and I am beyond pissed. Typical taco bell experience. Food is gross, prepared incorrectly, service is terrible, store looks run down. Ordered a quesadilla Supreme hold the nasty sauce. Of course it came with extra sauce and no Supreme which is only tomatoes and sour cream It kills me how these people say they deserve $15 an hour but cannot handle putting tomatoes and sour cream on a quesadilla while omitting sauce. News flash: you are not worth $6 an hour. Taco bell, mcdonalds, burger king and wendys are not careers you support your family off of. They are interm jobs for students. I'm a huge Taco Bell fan, so any great Taco Bell would get a 5-star rating from me. Not this one though. I think I've only been one time without experiencing any issues! About 3 months ago, my boyfriend and I stopped in and were told that the "truck hadn't come" that day, and they were out of meat, cheese, and napkins. There were still people eating in the restaurant, so I'm not sure what they were noshing on, but we headed out and thought it was just a fluke. Then earlier in January, we came by again - just had to try those nacho fries that I can't seem to not see an ad for every time I log onto Facebook. We ordered, everything seemed to be fine. We had quite a big order with 5 of us, but it took over 30 minutes for them to ready it and call our names. They gave us a free apple empanada (for the 5 of us to split) to apologize for the wait. We were missing 2 items, and my Bell Grande nacho fries were missing tomatoes. They grabbed us the 2 items we were missing pretty quickly, but then let me know that they were out of tomatoes. They only told us this after we had ordered $25 worth of food and waited 30 minutes for it. But okay, we ate. Finally, today, we strolled in again. Ordered, got the food within a few minutes. Nacho fries still didn't have tomatoes! When I went up to the counter, I asked the woman at the register if they were supposed to have tomatoes and pointed to the picture in which they did. She just looked at me and said, "Yes." Didn't even offer to add them, so I had to ask. We had to swing by the drive-thru later to pick stuff up for others at the house on the way home and waited for 30 minutes there as well, were given just the drinks we ordered, and were told we were all set, leaving me to ask about the food. Now that you've heard my TB sob story, I'll sum this up by saying, I only ever come here when I'm in the 'burbs and feel like Taco Bell. Holy Crap this is a fancy Taco Bell! They have REAL fake paintings on the walls! They have an automated hand sanitizer on the wall by the cash register! The register is at a curved counter! They have different sized tables with matching chairs that are not broken and do not wobble! IT'S CLEAN! They had the correct soda water to soda syrup balance in the soda machine! On March 28th 2019 my husband and I were at this Leominster location by the mall. Ordered food. Waited about 10-11 mins for our food. We saw approximately 4-5 other patrons come in, order and leave with their food. We also saw another patron complain because he waited an extremely long time and never received his food as well. None of this has to do with us of coarse, my point is that their customer service, as many of the reviews reflect, is atrocious and the worst I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant in my life. My bar for most fast food is already significantly low. That should say something. I asked to speak to a manager, who came over and in the middle of me explaining what had happened he interrupted me and repeated the words, "What's the name? What's the name? What's the name? What's the name? What's the name?" - This is no joke. Not even close. First, he asked repeatedly so fast that it took my brain a second to even process what he was saying. Second when my brain finally did, I was so taken back that I said, "Excuse me but you are rudely interrupting me." He proceeded to clap and continue chanting, "What's the name?" Over and over again. I asked for my money back and tried to address his lack of civility in customer service, him being disrespectful and his down right rude behavior, he proceeded to tell me to, "Shut up!" Over and over again. While taking his hands and making a closing motion. My husband who, at this point had had enough, told the employee, who I think was actually the store manager, told him not to speak to me in that manner. The taco bell employee asked my husband what he was going to do about it. Threatened my husband several times, saying that when his transaction of returning my money was complete, he was going to come on the other side of the counter. Meanwhile, at least two other employees, threatened us as well. They were saying they were going to clock out and take their head sets off to come out in the dining area and hit my husband and/or myself. Scared for mine and my husband's lives, I asked for the store manager's number and not a single employee would give it to me or my husband and then had the audacity to say that if we didn't leave they were going to call the police. Looking back, I should've done that immediately with how aggressive the employees were including the manager on duty, who I think was actually the store manager. I actually have a video of most of it. I have never, in my years of living been treated this way at any type of establishment in my life. This Taco Bell needs to be shut down permanently. Currently considering my legal options. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT EVEN WALK INTO THIS PLACE. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE STILL OPEN. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I actually get food. Not the right food I ordered, but food. Everytime I go this taco bell they ignore me and what I ordered, give me the wrong food, and it is dirty. Their customer service is horrible! You order one thing, they say it back to you, and give you something totally different than what you payed for. They always have what you ordered and payed for out of stock. Lastly, the workers care more about socializing with the other workers than actually paying attention to the customer. Most of them need to be retrained. They keep the drive thru line moving even at lunchtime. The fare is standardized Taco Bell, but unlike other locations they do not have Dr. Pepper. Staff do well especially given how young and inexperienced they look. Be careful pulling in as there is an ATM in the middle of the entrance to the drive thru and if you are coming from the left from the mall and the other car's driver is not paying attention they could hit you. The layout is awkward. There was a fire a few years ago that destroyed the Taco Bell and when they rebuilt it they should have fixed the traffic pattern. read more

Some of the staff is really nice but I had one employee who was honestly just the rudest person I've ever encountered. We started at the drive-thru but it seemed like the person was confused so we decided to go inside to clear things up. He first approached the counter while talking on the phone which I believe was deliberately to be rude because we had left the drive-thru to go in. Then, the way he talked down to my friend and spoke so harshly was very disappointing. It was all over whether or not we could sub sour cream for guacamole. At the speaker I ordered a Dr Pepper only to be told they don't serve Dr Pepper despite the fact that there is a picture of one on their drive thru sign! The customer ahead of me had a dog in his car, who was leaning out the window (super cute dog.. ). When he FINALLY got to the window the server in the Taco Bell, reached out, and petted the dog, and let the dog lick his hand... ewwww.....I love dogs, but I don't want the server at the Taco Bell serving my food with a hand just licked by a dog.
