This is genuinely the worst location ever. I've came here several times because I love Taco Bell, every single time my order is either messed up or missing. I spoke to a young girl by the name of Riley there, my boyfriend had to repeat himself three times for his name and the entire encounter was just us repeating our order multiple times because she was too busy playing with her headset and looking around. Mind you, there is two cars in the drive thru and basically no one in the dining room, ON TOP OF THAT, they had 5-6 employees in the back. When I received my order, there was literally nothing in the tacos. It was the most pitiful excuse for a meal, one of them had a total of 3 tomatoes while the others were missing everything including beef. Which is kind of funny because I was under the impression that beef is the main component in a taco at taco-bell . Absolutely ridiculous, kitchen staff clearly didn't care for anything which I don't know why when they're paid to work. If you need ways to improve as a store, just get rid of the entire staff because they either have to be really incompetent or insanely petty to do something like that, either way, extremely unprofessional. 30$ for a joke, whatever. read more

Don't ever go here...I don't normally leave negative comments but this one is desperately needed. I was suspicious when I was the only customer there at 6:00pm...I went through the drive thru so I can't be sure, but I don't think they cook food fresh anymore. Went to grab a sweet tea, and was given unsweetened tea twice in a row. I asked if they had sweet tea, so they gave me a third that they poured so much sugar into the bottom was full of it and that was all that was in the straw. No apologies, didn't care at all. read more

I when here Sunday morning at 7:24am after placing a mobile order. I was told at the drive through they were not ready to open yet because they were still prepping food and their systems were loading. (hours say 7am). I explained I've already placed a mobile order for my food. I also explained this happened to me last Wednesday and I never got refunded. I asked how long until they were ready. Alisha (drive through girl) said maybe 10-15 minutes. I told her I was just going to pull up to the window and I expected either my food or just to get a refund. Alisha argued with me when I told her it's ridiculous that they can't get to work on time to be open by the time they advertise. She explained yesterday (Saturday) was for a different reason. I said my last visit was last Wednesday. So this tells me they haven't opened on time at least 3 of the last 7 days. She then asked me to come inside and they would make my food. As I was waiting inside this girl called her mom . Who came in There yelled at me and accosted me with her "My baby dindu nothin" routine. We've all heard it. People like this are allergic to accountability, humility and responsibility. It was the most ghetto thing I've ever seen. I got my food and left as this random lady yelled at me. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here at 8am on a Sunday no one was answering at the drive through so I decided to go inside. The doors were locked although people were inside. The door says they open at 7am daily so I decided to call. They answered and said "we're not ready to open". To which I replied, "the door says 7am". They again said "yes but we're not reading to open which is why we didn't answer in the drive thru". So instead of going over the speaker to tell me that you aren't ready to open you just ignore me? Manager Whitney needs to be replaced. Her attitude and overall professionalism needs a re-evaluation from someone of a higher position. Long story short, my food was incorrect and I came inside of the store to get it corrected. I explained my order to the cashier (I forgot her name) and she apologized for it being incorrect, and proceeded to tell Whitney about my issue. As the staff began to remake my food, The cashier tried to give me a "Let's Make Up" coupon (A free Taco given by the store due to a mistake on their behalf). She asked Whitney if she could give it to me. Whitney said, and I quote, "Naw she don't need that" and then began to laugh. I pretended as if I didn't hear her because I was so shocked by her reaction. In addition, her body language was very intimidating so I didn't want to provoke her. Not once did Whitney apologize for the incorrect order, inconvenience, or mockery. Now, I never look for free food or a discount, so I'm not even upset about not getting the coupon. I'm always willing and happy to pay for professionalism, good/correct food, and kindness. However, I received none of the above from this manager. Mind you, this is just a recap! If you're going to be a manager, then act as one. If not, then please step down and allow someone else to fulfill your neglected duties. How are the employees more professional and caring than the actual manager? Customer service should not reflect/adjust based on the amount of money spent, but on the pride and respect for the job. Thank you to the kind and thoughtful employees for respecting their job and customers. As to Whitney, thank you for reminding me how customer service should NOT be done. This review will also be going on Google and a more detailed review will be given to corporate. There's nothing worse than a kind and professional staff with a manager who is the complete opposite. Pre COVID 19...Do not, I repeat, do not order on the app. This TB is usually quite slow so we ordered from the app thinking it would be ready when we went to pick it up. Not the case at all. We waited over an hour for our meal which was placed online & we were given a pick up time. Another local restaurant I will not be back to...shameful. Fast food, indeed. read more
