I've visited here 4 times in the past 2 months and each time I think it will be a better experience but... very slow service, very poor communication from staff, customer service is non existent. I've eaten at this Taco Bell location probably half a dozen times now, usually on weekends for lunch. I always grab a seat inside and then order the $7 Luxe Box through the app. Service has been consistently decent. When interaction is called for, it's usually with a smile and a polite exchange which is always nice. Most of the time my food is called out at the counter for pickup, though every now and then they'll bring it right to my table. Either way, it's always hot, fresh, and made-to-order. This is Taco Bell, not fine dining, but for what you get it's very good, filling, and a solid value for a cheap lunch. The restaurant itself is kept very clean. Dirty tables are rare, and the bathrooms have always been in good shape when I've used them. Overall, this is a reliable spot with good food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell locations I've visited. read more

Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure for me. It's personally one of my go-to fast food restaurants. I dined in today and had "the usual." I tend to get the same thing every single time. I start with a Crunchwrap Supreme. (which comes with seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell all inside in a warm toasted tortilla in a six-sided wrap. This generally also comes with sour cream, but I get my Crunchwrap Supremes WITHOUT sour cream). The second item I get is a Chicken Quesadilla. (which is a flour tortilla with some grilled chicken, a melted three-cheese blend, and creamy jalapeño sauce. That sauce ties that quesadilla together). I also love to have plenty of Fire Sauce handy. I won't accept any substitutes on the sauce ahaha but I need to also wash this all down with a Baja Blast Mountain Dew. That's pretty much the "Cecilia's Taco Bell Meal." This particular location has been great with making my orders. Everyone here is really nice. I tend to place my orders from the kiosk, but any time I have an order at the register, it's a good experience. Orders are always accurate. My Crunchwrap Supremes never fall apart, and they're crispy on the inside. (That's important!!) Side Note: I don't recommend having a Crunchwrap Supreme delivered because it will get soggy even if you aren't that far away (I've done it before and I won't do it again). I prefer dining in at Taco Bell for that main reason - the Crunchwrap Supreme needs to be crunchy! :D This Taco Bell is typically very clean. I only noticed a couple of tables that needed to be wiped down, but that's okay! I found a clean table. Sauces and napkins are well stocked. The fountain soda machine was good. The dining area is smaller than other Taco Bells I've visited, but there is a combination of booths and chairs with small tables. The amount of time I wait for my order is pretty standard. I've never had an issue. BUT pricing has gone up for sure.. For just the Crunchwrap Supreme, Chicken Quesadilla, and small soda, it came out to over $14. I miss the days when Taco Bell was cheap. I mean, for $14, I can go get some authentic Mexican food... but I still love Taco Bell. Don't like the prices right now, though!! Overall, if you want speedy food and get a craving for Taco Bell once in a while like I do, then this location is great. read more

this place is the worst I was out with my grand baby and the lazy staff didn't clean up a spill, nor did they put up a sign and I slipped and allmost broke my back. Very disappointed. The Taco Bell at 9480 W. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas. We have come here for many years. No one at the counter could take our order. We were told had to use the Kiosk. When we had problems at the Kiosk we asked the girl for help. She said they weren't allowed to help us. Unbelievable. We got very frustrated and left. If this is the way you treat customers we will never come back. There isn't even any hand sanitizer to use after touching the Kiosk screen. We are in our mid 60's and this Taco Bell is in a Sun City area. We don't do electronic ordering. We will never come back. We went to In & Out instead. They have great customer service and very helpful employees and we ordered at the counter and they delivered our food. I contacted the Corporate Office through the website. This is Taco Bell after all and I could hardly care if one or two things don't appear right in my order if the service is good. But, it simply isn't. It said my cashier was Chris so I'm leaving this review both here and google. Avoid going at night when the man with long brown hair is scheduled. I had my food shoved in my hand and the drive-thru window slammed in my face. I was nothing but respectful to the employee and greeted with the complete opposite. He gave me my card forcefully and practically dropped it as he wasn't even looking in my general direction. The food was lukewarm. Killed the entire experience. I couldn't care less about making reviews unless it's for the good of a company I enjoy. I want to like this location so bad. Retrain your employee or fire him. It's Taco Bell man. Beyond terrible. I'd give zero stars if I could. We've been having issues with this location not actually putting any meat in the food and just covering it with lettuce and barely any. They made fresh potatoes for our food but couldn't add any meat. This old lady needs to be fired, she was making some of the food so I know it's her who didn't put meat in. This isn't even the first time it's happened to many time for it to be just an accident. I got a soft taco and Doritos taco and combine they had less then a spoon of meat. Total rip off. Supposed to be a chicken chalupas. There were 2 small chunks of chicken. The chalupa shells was gross, it tasted like old grease and was tough like when you microwave bread. I'd sure like to know what truth in advertising really means. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in maybe 18 years, and not once since I moved to Vegas. I ordered the power bowl, based on the website photo and confirmed by the drive-through menu. What a sorry joke! The plump slices of chicken shown were nothing more a few tiny bits of overcooked, dried-out old bird, flavored with nothing but salt. That included some unidentifiable hard bits of - chicken? gristle? burnt ends? - that were enough to break a tooth. Lucky for me that didn't happen. The handsome black beans were nowhere to be found. Instead, they were refried, which I never eat. If it says black beans and shows black beans, that's what I should get. Guacamole and pico de gallo had not a hint of spice, and the rice was soft and tasteless - oh, except for the salt. Okay, so much for healthier food. Lesson learned, one I won't repeat anytime soon. Love Taco Bell but the 2 times I've used the Taco Bell app has made our ordering and pickup at this location just the worst. The first time I ordered using the app, I was wondering why the tracker has not moved after 10 - 15 minutes. When I called to follow up, I was told they received my order and will start working on my order and it should be ready in about 5 minutes. My second time ordering from the app was worse. The tracker was not updating so I called and was told (and not in a nice way) that they did not receive my order -- so (since we had our minds set on eating Taco Bell food) we ordered and picked up our tacos from the restaurant. I left feedback quickly on the app about what had happened but no one from Taco Bell responded. After several days, I deleted the useless app. We'll still have Taco Bell cravings now and then but I won't download the app again and hope this location improves because it's conveniently located. read more
