The cocktails and tacos were fine. I've had better, so I would not come again. Service was good at the beginning, but once we started eating and needed our bill it took awhile. It's located in the downtown area, so it reminded me of a smaller version of downtown Temecula.

Many of them had not been and only a couple had heard of it. It's a family owned single location. We found it while camping at the Launch Point RV Park located nearby. I tried the birria and the brisket but the highlight for me is the Carne Asada. It's great in the tacos, burritos, and especially on their french fries. Something about the cut of meat that they use or the way that they prepare it is different from most places and really flavorful. They have a really good assortment of sauces and the staff was super friendly. We went here three times in three days because it was that good. I highly recommend you check it out and I hope you have as good experience as I do because I've been craving these ever since I left!

I'm generally understanding when a…read morerestaurant is busy or short-staffed, but there were so many mistakes and such poor communication that it became unacceptable. Our order was taken incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, I was told that I had never given the correct order--even though I had repeated it twice. My children's order was also wrong. When the food finally came, we still didn't have our drinks, and even the tortillas were incorrect. The breaking point was my child's drink. About 40 minutes after our food arrived, we still didn't have it. I went inside and told the employee I was happy to take the drink myself--I simply needed it so my child could eat. She said okay, yet I stood at the counter for another 15 minutes while she continued doing other things and then attempted to take another customer's order. At that point, yes, I became visibly frustrated and said I wasn't willing to continue waiting. Nearly an hour for a child's drink after multiple mistakes is unreasonable. Another customer then decided to involve herself, telling me to calm down and not be rude because the employees were "doing their best." She had no idea what had happened before that moment or how long we had already been waiting, and the interaction unfortunately escalated from there. I understand that people make mistakes and employees can become overwhelmed. My issue wasn't one mistake--it was the repeated mistakes, extremely long wait, lack of follow-through, and then being told I hadn't communicated something that I absolutely had. I hope management provides better training and support because this experience was unnecessarily chaotic and frustrating. We came in wanting to enjoy breakfast as a family, and instead spent most of it trying to get basic parts of our order corrected.

First of all I am only giving 1 star because I have to in order to do this review. My daughter and I walked in the door and we were never greeted or acknowledged. The staff including the night lead kept their back turned for close to ten minutes. I could see that they were busy so I waited. I finally said hello should we go through the drive thru or are orders being taken inside. The " lead turned around and said we are super busy can you use the kiosk". I said sure I see you are busy just let the customer know next time, I have no problem with that. After receiving our order ( cause I didn't want her bad energy in my food) I simply reminded her that she could have turned around and for less than ten seconds and told us to use the kiosk instead of having us just stand there and wait. She became combative and told me I that I wasn't her priority and that getting a large order ready for the drive was. I informed her that the customer in your face deserves at least acknowledgement. She raised her voice and continued to tell me I wasn't her priority. Then she screamed "have a nice night" and ran to the back of the restaurant. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any restaurant. She needs retraining. She's the petite blonde that wears the "special" button down shirt different from the other staff. I know people are going to say it's Taco Bell, what do you expect, and I don't care. If you're having a bad day count to ten before you open your mouth. If you don't like the job work somewhere else. read more

Just wanted to say that this location has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I went there with my kid and his friend only to get yelled at for asking for a cup with ice so that I could fill it up with my own Powerade drink. One of the workers kept looking at me and yelling at me because she said my kid has lemonade. I was trying to get some ice and one of the workers just turn off the drink machine so that I could not get any. I then called over the manager to show him my Powerade bottle that I poured into my kids cup. One of the female employee's was still taunting me and saying racist things while I was sitting down and while I was leaving the store. She also kept screaming out loudly that my kid got a free drink. I must say that this was very humiliating and biased. I feel its my duty to let Corporate Taco Bell know about the way their employee's are mistreating their valued customers. This location should possibly be reviewed for your customers sake. Never again will I go to this location. Also, if its not address I probably won't go to any other locations. I am the African American man that the other yelp reviewer was referring too. LATEX INFORMATION: Can't eat here!!! They use Latex Gloves in the preparation of their food! How behind the times these people are considering so many hospital facilities are changing over to Latex-free to accommodate the overwhelming incidences of latex allergies. Any exposure to latex increases the allergy and the chances one will go into anaphylactic shock. It just disgusts me.... The Irvine Taco Bell is good though because they do not use latex. read more

I didn't mind that, and I'd rather they did that than them sending me all the way home with the wrong order.
