If I could rate this place a 0, I would. I showed up to this location while it was completely empty, I'm talking inside AND drive through, and when I went up to the counter, after waiting 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, the lady with red/orange hair (maybe a manager but I sure to hell hope not) said "you can just use the kiosk" & I was paying with cash so I could not in fact use the kiosk & just when I went to say that she goes "we're shorthanded back here" and walked to the back. Went to order today, they did not have chicken roll ups which is fine but i asked for a side of rice and beans with extra both and add chicken. I did not get the extra rice nor did i get the chicken at all i usually love this spot but today i am disappointed read more

Trouble customer service. Waited more than 30 minutes for my food. That never came out. Kept asking for my order and they kept saying it coming out. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Sad for a small town establishment to lose out on business. Will pass it on to others to avoid this place all together. Personal needs better training. read more

Very slow service. Paid and waited 15 minutes with nobody in the drive through line but me and I just left without my food.

Terrible service. We walked in and two employees totally ignored us. We waited a good 5-6 minutes before anyone even came to the register. They were not busy. There was one family dining in. Once our order was taken our food did come out fairly quickly and tasted good. I'm glad the guy that walked behind the counter when we first got there did not cook our food. He put on his apron and gloves and then proceeded to untangle his headphones. Very unsanitary. Need to work on greeting customers when they come in. A , "Hello, we will be right with you", goes a long way! Two other people came in behind us and they did the same thing to them. They just stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before anyone helped them. The men's restroom was very dirty when my husband used it. read more

Took 15 mins to get an order inside. Not my problem someone that's new took my order do anything past that. To then get my order shorted, and not what I paid for. It's a joke when your option to make this right for customers is to offer to remake it after you've already left. Apparently they expect you to open your crunch wrap prior to leaving. Manager on duty is completely worthless. You have employees yelling at each other in front of customers. If this is a franchised location the owner should be embarrassed. read more

Takes forever and they make people in the drive through pull around to the parking lot to wait so you don't know how bad and slow they are

Came here and i tried asking for different items on the menu. Turns out they had nothing but dorito tacos and to drink either water or pink lemonade. The only reason i gave it a 2 cause the one taking my order was courteous and professional. read more

Almost every time I've ordered here the order has been incorrectly made. Why offer online ordering if you're not going to follow it? Ordered online today and picked up in the drive thru. Full order was totally wrong and did not come with the sauces I ordered and no napkins. Employees were nice this time but that doesn't make up for the lack of care that's put into the work. Employees are hit or miss here, the few times I've been for lunch have been great and the employees are always super nice. When I come later in the evenings the employees seem to be extremely lazy, always "out" of things, and close the lobby wayyyy early. They're rude, seem irritated that i'm even there, and never seem to get out orders right. BUT, still a big shoutout to the day crew, they're great. read more

I would put 0 star if I could. They employee working the drive thru had attitude and no care. I placed my order in the drive thru and the employee very clearly said "ok" after everything I added. When I got to the window and paid I noticed I was missing an item And asked them about it. They said I wasn't charged for it. When I asked them to add it they said they couldn't add items at the window, which I would understand if I wanted to add something I didn't originally order, but it was in my original order and they were too lazy to add it to the order the first time. read more

I travel from Texas to Florida and have to eat on the go a lot. This Taco Bell has the worst service I've ever come across!! Waited at the counter for 15 min no one ask for my order so did it at the kiosk and then still no food or someone to take my cash. Came thru drive thru about 30 mins ago. While we were here we were told the is no ground beef only steak and chicken. The Team Members working this Taco Bell do an excellent job, especially with their breakfast menu. I go here once a week at least for the breakfast and once a week for lunch. If you don't have the app for Taco Bell it is well worth getting. read more

Ok so I do know a thing or two about food... But not every time you visit a place will you get the same experience. Very time is a different experience here. The staff is usually super friendly and energetic. Occasionally you'll come across a cashier having a bad day maybe you can make them feel better. Smile and be friendly as well. Well here is quite a different experience. They are an enjoyable staff with lots of laughter and then seem ready to have fun and once in a while they have a lot of orders or large orders so it may take a bit of time to get your order out however they do their best to keep you informed. In my honest opinion they try very hard, To be accurate and polite. Give them a try. If your not happy ask to speak to the General Manager. I hear she's polite too. read more
