I went to this location to get a quick bite for a good price. I ordered a chalupa with extra beans and rice. They put it on the chalupa but I wanted it on the side. Then I spoke to one of the workers named Davion and asked if he could put some beans and rice on the side. He gladly obliged and added the beans and rice on the side very politely. I gotta give this Taco Bell a 5 Star review because of how well trained and competent each of their team members is, excellent customer service, quick order turnout and very delicious affordable food! So, I just got home (Cabot) after stopping by this Taco Bell in Jacksonville. I ordered a number 3 (burrito supreme, crunchy taco and drink) with two additional crunchy taco supremes. When I got home I had 2 crunchy taco supremes and 2 tacos. But I can understand the confusion, after all, everyone (to include the female manager I believe) were all standing around the drive thru window BSing. So much for verifying the order before giving it to the customer. I probably should've looked before I pulled out of the drive thru. This Taco Bell Sucks!!!! We are in the drive thru at 4:59 pm. Freeze happy hour goes from 2:00 through 5:00 pm. At the end of our order, we ask for freezes and we are told that happy hour is over! I've given this Taco Bell 4 attempts through the drive through. 3 of those 4 after returning home I found that my order was incorrect. Crunchy tacos that are supposed to be soft tacos. Or chicken chalupas instead of beef. But the more recent was a completely missing item. Orders #6 and a 5 layer burrito. Got home and had a #6 order (that was wrong) and missing the 5layer burrito completely. If the 3 dollar burrito was worth driving all the way back to get I would. Went there after the typical dinner hour, about 8-8:30. 13 cars (6 behind me) in a line that did not move for 10 solid minutes. I called from my car to see what was wrong and was told they were very busy. I waited a few more minutes of not moving and put my car in reverse. The cars behind me backed up to leave as well. When I drove by the front of the place there was no one at the counter and only two or three people inside. Not the first time this has happened to me! I am a huge Taco Bell lover but this place should be shut down. Staff is often rude and the place is dirty and dated. Needs a remodel badly. Everything is made a bit smaller than most other locations. If you can, go to the Taco Bell on the airbase instead. read more
