Every time I go I hope it's better than my last visit and they continue to disappoint. I order tacos and they always come broken. Order a chicken quesadilla and it literally only has three small pieces of chicken. In order a tortilla on the side and they give it to me cold. Side of nacho cheese is not even filled up half way. Why would i continue to spend my money here. Never again. I will drive to Turlock instead if I want Taco Bell. Never had any issue there. read more

Rita the manager or something like that was rude and disrespectful to teenagers 12,14 and 16 16 year-old opened a door with her knee to prevent using her hands to hand card to Mom. Then Rita yelled at 12 and 14-year-old why did the 16-year-old kick my door and kept yelling at us for no reason and being disrespectful to an old man trying to order his food read more

Reta or Reda was rude after we had to push the door with our knee because we have a baby at home and don't want to have germs and she proceeded to yell at us and try to refund our order read more

I ordered a chicken burrito supreme no beans in the drive thru. It came to $7.32. When I got back to my office I noticed the burrito seemed small and was roughly the size of an El Monterey frozen burrito. So I decided to open it up and was shocked to find only 3 pieces of chicken inside. This burrito was 4 inches long and was basically all tortilla. For almost $10!!! Never ever again. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Hilmar, California

the customer service was amazing! and the food is so delicious! but the seats are really filthy but overall it was great!

This Taco Bell is solid. Not better than the Turlock locations but solid. I have had multiple times where my order is wrong, and the staff is not the friendliest. The ambiance is what you would expect at a basic Taco Bell. I Recommend for a quick bite to eat. I must add a Taco Bell to Hogwarts at once ! read more

Horrible customer service from Female manager? To customer! Rude, self serving bad example to customers and employees Nasty & yelling at customer he wanted a beef burrito. Said I have to order it with beans or a burrito supreme. Zero professionalism. Insisting I order one or the other. I said, I do not want a burrito supreme or I would have ordered one. I do not want a bean burrito with beef. I only want a burrito with hamburger beef. Refused to serve me. read more

Too expensive. Will not go there anymore unless the prices drop. Food is good and I love Taco Bell but won't do it anymore.

Crunch wrap had no meat! not just a small amount of meat, it had no meat, all tortilla! Order was missing cinnamon twists, turned around and went back only to receive old stale stinking disgusting twists. They were disgusting. Taco Bell Corporation needs to revoke this owners franchise. There is a history of not delivering the product customers expect from all Taco Bells. Avoid this location! read more

This has to be the nastiest Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. The service is always half fast even when the drive thru is empty. The quality of the food is just crap. I've counted. The last 5 times, I've asked for a extra grilled quesadilla. I even told them I would eat it if it was burnt. Every time, it was sloppy falling apart and barley even grilled enough to melt the cheese. I'm tired of paying $12 for a meal that doesn't even taste, or look good. read more

Hardly anyone in line or the drive thru and ordered ahead and it's been 20 minutes and still no food. I ordered some stuff for a funeral gathering and now I'm late because instead of helping a prepaid customer the staff seems to be focused on the minimal drive thru customers. read more

This place sucks! They always get my order wrong And they always close earlyier then they are scheduled to close or when it's 30 min before closing they don't have a lot of stuff to eat because they say they are cleaning. read more

If all you're doing is take out, try to do it right. Two times in a row. They left an item out. Very annoying when you order nachos with a extra cheese and you can see the cheese in the bag so you assume it's right, but when you get home there's no chips to go with it. It can't be that hard to double check your orders. read more

We've come here often However, the last 3 times they have completely messed up our order and when trying to correct the misunderstanding they dont seem to know what they are doing. Its disappointing, and sadly we wont be back read more

I don't know what's up with this location but they either have the cheapest owner of any Taco Bell or they don't train their employees well, this place serves the skimpiest items, like seriously a Crunchwrap made up mostly of tortilla, barely any filling, I've eaten here plenty of times and it's the same for any item, it's not like this at other Taco Bell's what do ever, they also don't participate in all the specials, if you're going to make the food just make it right so ppl are happy, not beefy 5 layers full of beans an barely any meat, it's just sad really, I'm sure it's not the employees faults but the owner needs to let then do the right thing and ppl will come back, now I have to drive to the next town to get the same thing made correctly read more

Shity customer service. Waited 15 mins for cold 5 layer burrito that was all tortilla. Not surprised by it it's hilmar

Stopped in to get something to fill the hole. Didn't know Taco Bell was a Bed & Breakfast. Employee laying in a booth as him if it was a late night, employee no I'm on break. read more

Just placing my review again since my review on google was deleted. The employees there don't wash their hands after using the restroom. Nor change their gloves after handling cash and going back to the kitchen which unsanitary mostly with Covid going around. Some people don't have time to cook at home and we get fast food because it's suppose to be fast but not cold. Waited 20 min in lobby just to receive my food cold and they were trying to tell me the customer wrong. read more

This lady named Renee is extremely rude right off the bat threw the drive threw she was being really rude. As soon as I come to the speaker she asks what do you want with a very rude tone and let that to new throughout the order then when I come to the window she tells me my total then when I'm about to give her the money she closes the window and makes me wait about 2 minutes to take my money really unprofessional read more

Today I was a little disappointed ! I ordered the 5 dollar beef nacho box which comes with guacamole , sour cream and pico de gallo ! Well mine had a hint of guacamole 4 tomatoes which I'm assuming was supposed to be the pico ! Guest service was great but sad my nachos weren't ! read more

Can't even get a simple order correct. these fast food places act like it's no big deal just come back we can replace it for you .. not everyone has the time to drive all the way back and waist more time especially if someone grab food on lunch break. My burritos was supposed to have no onions add sour cream but was loaded with onion and the beans was so watered down the burrito wouldn't stay rolled let alone the half ass job on folding the burrito up. Some say its no big deal but that's what they are paid to do make the food you order that's their only job lol read more

I'm pretty happy with Taco Bell here in Hilmar, good service friendly people. Orders are fast and right.

I'd give this place no stars if I could. We go play pool at Hot Rods that is right next to this taco bell. This is the third Saturday that we have tried to get food from this taco bell in Hilmar. 12:10 a.m. No service. So here we are now at the taco bell in Livingston. Yes they are open and yes we spent our money here. Service is great. It seems to be a habit that the taco bell in Hilmar always closes early. So disappointing. read more

The food compared to other local stores is so-so, but what keeps me coming back to this particular location is the customer service I receive, specifically from Nicolas! He is always quick to answer questions, polite, and he is always smiling! Keep up the good work, Nicolas! read more

get new employees they literally gave me tortilla chips with nacho cheese , meat and sourcream on top and heated it up it looks like shit and I'd never go back not to mention the tacos that were more cheese lettuce and tomato then meat, the meat was literally so skimpy on the bottom like seriously did you think a taco is made out of 50 percent lettuce 40 percent tomato and 10 percent meat like damn just quit already you do not know how to do your job at all, I'd be ashamed to be you working at a place that specializes in fucking TACOS! read more

Your typical taco bell. Good food, nice new decor, friendly staff. Limited parking though. Had crunch wrap sliders. Very good and only 1.49 ea. Landscaping looks great too. New location, didn't know it was even there as I entered town. read more

So just let me start off with this, every time I walk into Taco Bell I get greeted with a "hello" and "how may I help you" then leads off into a smile. I personally think that the customer crevice here is incredible. Every one is so friendly. And I just have to say, there is this young man Henry. I love it when he takes my order. He has such a positive attitude and always gets my order right. That what counts most is when you know that there is an employee there doing there job right. read more

I come to Taco Bell after school to eat and hang out with friends I'm at not the type to make messes or anything but today I came to Taco Bell with my good friend and we sat with some friends at the table and I ordered my food and a drink I went to move one of the chairs to my friends table when my cup slipped out of my hands and dropped on the floor I went up to the counter and told her that I would clean if needed she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath mind i haven't even drank my drink so we tried to clean it up with napkins and she came and put a wet sign and walked away so we moved tables and I went up to the front and asked for a new cup the manager told me that I was wrestling with the chairs and rolled her eyes she gave me a new cup and I went to my table sat and ate I went back up to get sum more food and she gave me attitude she had been doing the same thing to my friends when they ordered now that's crappy service and I don't feel as if I should be treated like this read more
