This location tends to mess up orders all the time. The worst of them all was I ordered regular beef chalupas and received supreme chalupas with different meat other than beef. As I took a first bite I spit it out from disgust as it tasted old or as if the meat has gone bad. I don't usually write reviews but this was needed as this location in particular can't get anything right. read more

If I could rate this Taco Bell -5 stars I absolutely would !! I got food poisoning for 5 days just from eating one meal here. They need to really update their trainings for employees ton cross contamination since I ordered a vegetarian meal and found beef in one of my items as well. Dissatisfied. read more

We ordered one soft taco supreme and one hard taco supreme with black beans added in. What we got was one regular hard and one soft taco with beans, cheese and lettuce.............................NO MEAT, NO TOMATOES,, NO SOUR CREAM. We went back and tried to talk to the manager who was not willing to fix our order. BEWARE.......THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST AND NOT FAMILIAR WITH THEIR PRODUCT. I am so pissed about this location!!!!! I ordered a party 12 pack and when I got home. Opened up the box and only received 6 out of the 12!!! Called them to explain the situation and they hung up on me! J, Kaput was the cashier and most likely he was the one that hung up on me. Not even joking, make the drive to Stratford Mall location. Firstly, let me preface this by saying the staff are friendly. With all of the positives out of the way I want to politely advise anyone and everyone that live near this Taco Bell to simply drive to a different one. Have a desire for a complete meal? Don't come here. I wish I could say that I've received a correct order and received what I have paid for on more than one occasion but I can't. Today I went to drive thru then told to drive around building and wait in mobile order parking. As I sat there and waited I decided to go in as they didn't ask about what sauces I would like. Went in and got my order and asked what sauces they put in and the employee points and says other side of the counter. Again I was a drive thru customer. Restaurant Review Surprisingly I have not been to the Taco Bell after the remodel. The new cantina menu brought me back for another try. I tried the burrito which is significantly smaller than a chiptole burrito with very small amount of meat. The burrito bowel is equally small in comparison to the size of the bowel. Another major change is that the prices on value menu are significantly higher now. The food is so so, but the service was great. The cashier came over and dropped off the food after it was ready. I don't frequent Taco Bell anymore because of the LONGEST WAIT time of your life. I have been to this location several times over the past couple of years and I have literally waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 min (timed it) and not because it's super busy. There's only been about 2 cars ahead of me. I don't know what's going on inside but I definitely will not be returning anymore because nothing has changed at this location. I'm surprised this location still exists. I'm writing this review while waiting. I got here at 625pm- it's 645. They need to expand this lane so I can drive around and leave. There were 3 employees working, one smelled like marijuana and the other one was incredibly rude. The Baja blast was watered down.
