Went here 3 times. All 3 times, they were so stingy with their sour cream. They will "forget" to put sour cream in my taco supremes ALL 3 times and put enough sour cream for half a bite of my burrito. The third time, when I ordered my usual #1, I emphasized that I haven't been getting sour cream the past two times I've came to get food. Hanging out in Hampton today and trying to maintain my 30 days clean eating stopped here for a salad. I was immediately helped at the drive thru and when I got to the window realized it was the wrong salad. The manager allowed me to switch to the other salad. The girl in the window was super nice, courteous and patient with me while I asked her about the salads. The salad had warm chicken and beans, cold sour cream and a nice crisp shell. It's obvious everything was the way it should be. The service here was better than the place by my house. Had my first and last experience at this Taco Bell establishment. First thing they did was they forgot my cheesy gordita crunch. Secondly, I ordered the taco supreme meal. They gave me regular tacos instead and still charged me for the Supreme ones. I'm sure normally this Taco Bell has great service but for this being my first time I wasn't impressed. I came in and ordered a number 10 because I love cheesy Gordita crunches. It was busy so I expected a wait. I ended up waiting 10-15 minutes to finally receive my order. She apologized for the wait, which was no issue what so ever, and I went on my way. Silly me forgot to check the bag because I was in such a rush. When I got home I was sadly disappointed to find I had received the wrong order and ended up with some sort of burritos. I believed the hype and tried their combination of waffles, sausage, eggs and cheese. The pictures on line looked good and the commercials were more than enticing. 5/29/16, 1PM: Awesome customer service! I did special orders with shredded chicken for 3 items. I ordered inside cause the outside drive through was B-A-N-A-N-A-S. The cashier was playing around with the register, and told me, "I'm trying to figure out the cheapest way to ring you up." I'm obvi no newbie to fast food, or food. In my history of eating fast food, I've never ever, ever had anyone say that to me. Cause usually... all they care about is ringing you up ASAP. I really appreciated that she was motivated to do this on her own, even though the savings was probably close to a single dollar. Still though--positive impression made--worth more than a dollar! While I was sitting and waiting for my order, I watched cooks heating and assembling meals in the kitchen. I thought they were all clean and careful and thoughtful even though the line for the drive through was crazy long. They didn't cut corners or lose their minds (which is what I would do!). I've been to this location before and the customer service was stellar then, too. A guy wiping down the tables, came to me directly and took my trash and tray, and was also opening the door for people. I probably just have fast food too infrequently that these little touches are blowing my mind, but whatever. I still appreciate the little things! I have a different Taco Bell closer to my house. This one is prob an extra 10 min in the car, but I'm going to make it my local choice. read more

Today i stopped by this location. The girl at the drive thru window at 1232 pm was obviously flustered because they were having computer problems, and informed me that they were accepting cash only. This was not a problem. What was a problem however was that i ordered 3 crunchy tacos, and a number 12, and got 3 soft tacos. I checked my order at the window, as it was not for me. When i pointed out that the tacos were soft, not crunchy, i got an attitude from her claiming that i was wrong. I am sick and tired of the complete lack of customer service that is given.
