Every time I go through Greenville I stop just to eat here coming from Auburn going to Pensacola and the times coming here has been bad and good some days it's ok some days it's good but other days it's bad it's just random 1. But the food is good for Taco bell and just better than basic but not really good it's just food at most. 2. Service Is alright you just order on a screen not much human interaction 3. The Ambience is just a Taco Bell that all I can say Overall it's a 3.5/5 better than any Taco Bell in the south part of Alabama that is it not much to say. read more

I ordered on the app, arrived at restaurant to pick up and it took a few minutes to be acknowledged. Then was asked to pull forward and I had to wait over 10 minutes while 5 cars behind me zipped thru the drive thru. I had 2 quesadillas and 1 crispy taco! They were out of water bottles and mild sauce, we wouldn't have bought from this taco bell if we'd known it'd be anything like this. Average location, with some good some bad. Bad was zero acknowledgement upon arrival at order counter. Just completely ignored. The dining area was a mess and the condiment bar was out of most everything and dirty. No iced tea outside for customers, had to ask instead. Came in at 4:00pm and waited at the counter to order for 5 minutes before being told we had to use the kiosk (unless we were paying with cash, and in that case, we could ONLY use the drive-thru.) Two older customers came in after us and opted to leave after being told they have to figure out the kiosk on their own. We ordered 3 chalupa supremes and a cantina chicken bowl. The three chalupas did not have lettuce or tomato- which isn't a big deal, but adds to the overall shitty experience. Every table was dirty and we had to clean our own table to sit down and eat. The 4-5 employees were screaming and hollering in the back (interesting how they have time to have conversations with each other, but not take any orders at the counter.) Three more employees walked in at 4:30 (shift change time) and all came in screaming and cussing at each other. If you want any business, I suggest you find employees with any customer service skills at all. Overall dirty establishment and horrible rude and inconsiderate employees. read more

Dear owner- find some good help!!!!! Dear travelers- if you are looking for something quick and good to grab and get back on the road- wait until the Dairy Queen exit. All Taco Bell's are not created equal, and this one is proof. I walked in to use the restroom after going through the horrible drive thru across the road. I just needed a restroom and a fountain drink they were out of at the other place. I entered the bathroom and thought to myself, "why is this large trash can so full?". I reached for toilet paper and quickly found out! There was no toilet paper on the roll, so I'm assuming that everyone was wiping with paper towels and putting them in the trash can! Barf! I go to wash my hands and the soap bottle is sitting on the sink- this is the refill type to fit a dispenser. There is a dispenser. I'm just assuming that someone was too lazy to open and replace it. There's a puddle of soap in the floor, and I thought it was because people are messy and just don't care. No. Not at all. It's because the soap just pours out of all sides of the top of it. I then exit the restroom and head to stand in line to order my dr. Pepper. I timed it due to things seeming to move slow. 18 minutes to get a Dr. Pepper. There were two people in front of me. Two!!!! The cashier had a happy attitude. There seemed to be three workers present, including the manager who seemed to be doing the bare minimum to help out. The cashier disappeared for 10 minutes of the 18 that I was waiting. I'm not sure if it was break time or if she is having to be the cook as well. All I can say is something better change at these fast food establishments in this town, or there may be a whole town with no fast food at all. Ridiculous. read more

We are about 25 minutes from the Taco Belle in Greenville, Alabama. Sometimes when we come into Greenville we will grab some food at Taco Belle. This past trip I went by myself but got some take-out for my wife and myself. I bought a Beef Supreme Chalupa for my wife and I got the quesadilla and taco combo. As an afterthought I got a dozen of the cream-filled cinnamon balls. The food was almost not fit to eat. My wife's "supreme" chalupa had a teaspoon of sour cream on it and no tomatoes. And had the least meat and cheese I think I've ever seen on one of these. My quesadilla was just "so-so"...again, it was about the least cheese and chicken I've see on one of these meal items. The taco, though, was the puniest thing I've ever seen...if you were to break a taco shell in half and lay it in a whole taco shell and then flatten it that would be about the thickness of the taco. Pitiful. So, those tasty cream-filled goodies.... Absolutely terrible. My wife took a bite of one and that was it for her. Me, I can eat most anything so I downed a couple of them (I had bought a dozen). I must say those were some of the nastiest things I've eaten in a long time. Way overcooked to the point of 95% of the cream filling being cooked out of them and deposited as a burned caramelized goo on the outside...tough, scorched, nasty-tasting things! The rest of those (9) went into the garbage can. They were terrible. I did go to fill my cup with Dr Pepper but all that came out was a sputtering of a little syrup and the rest carbonated water. I dumped it and chose a different drink. That was the best part of the meal. With the high prices Taco Belle is charging post-pandemic and the sub-sub-par food, this is just price gouging their customers and taking no pride in the product. They may make it ok with the summer, vacation traffic but word tends to get around and those slow winter months will be bad without the local customer base. As for the service, the cashier was nice enough as was the manager who was standing behind the cashier (training?) the whole time. It seems the folks in the kitchen were too distracted to quickly start my order...one of them finally walked to the front of the kitchen and looked at a monitor and said, "Oh, you got a order." It will probably be a long, long time before we eat any "Taco Belle" from Greenville. You would do better buying some frozen burritos from Walmart or Piggly Wiggly. Lastly, I would post a copy of my receipt but...they were out of paper for the cash register. (Sigh) read more

Went to the one in Greenville Alabama today. They did not really listen to our order. I got what I wanted which was three taco supreme. My husband ordered Big Beef Burrito Supreme. They did not add the Guacamole Sour Cream beans or BEEF! It was a small burrito with just lettuce a few bits of tomato and sauce. And for almost 4 dollars I expected better. While sitting at the red light someone motion 4 us to come back but when we came & went into the store we barely got a Hi with a rolled eyes to the ceiling. It's a Taco Bell. I know. Don't judge me. I needed something quick (and not a charbroiled burger). The people here took my drive through order in lightning speed, giving me a "customized" chicken burrito exactly the way I wanted it. Plus (and I've never seen this before at a drive in--ANY drive in), they gave me some napkins, a moist towelette, and a peppermint in a small plastic bag along with my order. I'm not a frequent customer of the Bell, but we were hungry and behind schedule on a road trip. And the Wendy's nearby was under construction, so this was our best option at this exit. I got the Chicken Cantina Bowl, and the fiance had the burrito equivalent. I ordered mine without sour cream, and saw the cashier make this notation on the POS, which would print off in the kitchen. Then, we waited... and waited, and waited some more. It took them 30 minutes to get our food ready. Never in my life have I waited this long for a fast food order, and at any establishment with a drive-thru. It was completely ridiculous, and set us back further on the trip. It was a wash when compared to driving to another spot to get food. Once we got our food, I checked it for accuracy, and everything looked like it was prepared correctly. So, we made a mad dash out of there and got on the road as soon as we could. Maybe 10 minutes down the road, I'm starting to dig into my Cantina bowl, and lurking just below the top layer of ingredients is a ridiculous amount of sour cream that's infiltrated my entire dish. I'm highly lactose intolerant, so my food was inedible. Because of the drive ahead of us, and the apathy of the staff while we were in the store (no warning or apology from the cashier or manager, but the manager was tied up in the drive thru probably because people called out), I didn't want to go back and have them fix the problem. I instead called the corporate customer service number and they're sending me coupons for two free menu items once I explained the situation. We had to make another stop at a Panera near Montgomery so I could get some real food to eat. Let's not talk about how hangry I was by that point. For what it is the food is good , I've not had to many problems going to this Taco Bell. But the staff isnt the best at times. There's been people who will be disrespectful to customers or just ignore them all together. The food takes to long if you go inside as well, and it's just not that clean at times. This place was filthy. While waiting about 15 minutes for our order, I took the liberty of cleaning off the drink station and wiping down all the tables in the dining room. Despite the fact that the staff had obviously neglected the dining room duties, they still continued to operate as if A total stranger was not cleaning the dining room. Should be shut down. Tried it twice because it was easy access. First night they were out of food, could only make soft tacos nothing else. Second time asked for caramel empanadas and said they only had one and the rest was frozen. This was at 4pm. This Taco Bell messed up an order before mine, my order and the order after mine. I had ordered taco supremes and when I got regular tacos instead, I told them about it. The worker said "do you want the sour cream on the side or you want us to put it in the taco for you?" And then a little girl who had ordered a taco with no lettuce was sending her taco back because it had lettuce in it, had the taco taken out of her hand without a word and had the kitchen people fix it and that was that. I felt the need to leave a newer review after almost not stopping because of negative reviews. The food was typical Taco Bell. I made a mistake when ordering and it was quickly corrected with a smile. The restaurant was overall clean enough and dining room well stocked. The 4 stars is only because we waited a pretty long time for our food, but it was 7pm on a Friday night. Hopefully the positive changes are permanent. My drink had a strange an unexpected chemical taste but my food seemed ok, although it tasted as if it was a little too overcooked.

This is actually the first time I've been to a taco bell in quite a while. I got my usual-burrito supreme and taco supreme. Both were as I remembered-a taco bell burrito and a taco bell taco. Same for the hubs (he got soft tacos) and the boy (Dorito Loco tacos). Totally average food. The RESTAURANT, however, was well below average. No paper towels in the bathroom that needed to be cleaned. Men's room (reportedly) also needed attention, but not nearly as badly as the drink station. Wow! The sweet tea pitcher was bone dry (at 5:30PM), but that would have been forgivable if the area as a whole hadn't been utterly disgusting. It looked like a toddler had been splashing around in a pool of their different flavors of Mountain Dew. Yesterday. I didn't even want to sit my cup down. The very nice, polite young man, to whom I reported the paper towel outage, was busy pushing long-empty chairs in, but that should have been the least of his worries. There was old food on many tables and the floor was sticky. Too bad-the crew were nice people. read more
