Miranda was the girl at the window. Very pleasant and kind. I saw some low reviews for here but not sure why. She was so kind. Great service and great hospitality. Here's a tip for some of those haters out there. How bout you stop slamming some of these establishments and use it constructively. Everyone makes a mistake. I went to this establishment earlier today and the lady at the window her name was Mckenzie, was nothing but rude. She had an attitude about me asking for extra napkins and a cup carrier. I order a small amount of food and it took 25 minutes. She was just sitting at the window on her phone. She rolled her eyes at me once she handed me my things and then slammed the window shut. I will not being going back to this one there manners are no where to be found! read more

Service is generally friendly and accommodating but is very very slow. Usually have to wait 5 minutes in front speaker to give your order if there are any other customers there at all. Food is as good, never really been disappointed by that part. read more

This location is rude to and refuses to serve truck drivers during the pandemic. They said they couldn't serve walk up orders. So I dropped my trailer and pulled my bobtail through the drive through and was still refused service. read more

I ordered a number 2 (3 soft taco supremes) with no cheese. I received 3 soft tacos with only lettuce. What the heck. There was little meat in two tacos. Not satisfied at all with my experience. I also ordered a Mexican tacos which fell apart before even biting into it. Try again. read more

Taco salad with extra beans & no rice is what I ordered & what I was told I got by the girl at the drive up window. In reality I got extra rice & no beans. Alright TB lovers, yes I gave this five stars, contrary to the other one stars listed. No, this isn't a Michelin star restaurant, it's Taco Bell. But it's a five star Taco Bell! I don't think enough people want to take the time to review a good job, rather just to review complaints. So I'm breaking the trend! I've come here multiple times (more than I care to admit, I'm a full time student okay). I'm a drive thru person, if I'm getting fast food it's usually because I don't have time for anything else. Every time I'm there they ask me how I am and they're so polite. I'm a picky eater so I always special order my food, they've gotten it right every single time. My food is hot and I'm in and out within 5 minutes. This is one of the only places I'll ever stop for fast food. Greencastle PA Taco Bell is the absolute worst Taco Bell in the area. They were the absolute slowest even before the pandemic. Honestly tonight's drive-thru was the fastest in a while and when I got home I realized why. I specifically asked the lady at the window if this was everything I ordered "including the sauce packets" and she said yes and actually made a motion with her hand as if to shoo me away. Of course when I got home I discovered I was missing all the sauces I had ordered. I called the manager and he basically dismissed the fact that his employee lied to my face. If you are on I-81 I suggest you give this location a pass, for others easily available within 10 miles. read more

Unprofessional doesnt even begin to explain what I just experienced at this location. The cashier was the only person who even seemed concerned that paying customers were present. Kudos to her, although I am sure she cant control the entire shift crew. After sitting in the drive thru for several minutes with no response from inside, I parked and went in to order. Thinking that the speaker must be broken, I quickly spotted that the employee who was responsible for the drive thru was just wandering around with a 'snack' bag and complaining about how they need "help." Pretty sure her idea of help would be different than mine, but yes they do. The employees were smarting off to one another, using crude humor (For example "Thank you for your help today." "Thank you for your mouth today." And ... "Screw you." "Later."), complaining, and just talking nonstop without ever considering that a little less talking and a little more focus may help them take care of customers in the drive thru and get orders right (i had to go back inside bc the food prep crew couldnt follow the receipt - which the cashier rang in correctly). I can only imagine what the GM would think if she walked in and saw what I saw. If I was her, I think I would have no choice but to clean house. I was sitting in the car telling my husband what happened while checking our order and another customer walked out, we made eye contact as she was shaking her head and her exact words were "So unprofessional!" Get it together, folks. Hang out when youre off if you want to smart off to one another, bc work isnt the place when you are in such clear earshot of paying customers. Oh and perhaps if the girl laying across the food counter "needs help" doing her job, a stool by the window would help her stay focused. read more
