We are new to the Freeport area and only live a couple miles from Taco Bell. My wife and I were spending Sunday painting the house and I decided to run down there right as they open so that we would have food for breakfast and lunch. I ordered $30 worth of food came right home. We sat down to eat. Everything was cold. Chalupa was not made correctly and not fried. we couldn't even finish one of the tacos cause they were so bad. I'm sure that the employees were using the food from the night before and had not even warmed up when they gave it to us. I submitted a complaint online to Taco Bell and later on that afternoon we stopped by the restaurant to see if we could get a refund all our uneaten food with us. The manager of the store refused to refund our money, even after showing him the receipt and bring all the food back . He also refused to even come and talk to us! He used employees so he didn't have to come out. I asked them to at least remake the food which I thought was an extremely reasonable request. They've been refused to do that as well. Don't bother going to this restaurant from the other reviews I've read other people are experiencing the same thing. Horrible service horrible food. read more

There was no service. No one at the counter to help at all. I had to help an elderly man with the self serve ordering. It took over 20 minutes for lunch for two to come out. The nacho bell grande was half the size of any other Taco Bell and the toppings were very skimpy. I hope they get their act together before they are forced to close down due to lack of customers. I doubt people go back for a second try. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever eaten at. Chips were stale beans tasted burnt. Every single bit of our order was terrible.

Went inside with my dad to order food, and the kiosk was not really working. We asked someone to take our order, and the workers told us that they didn't want to take our order. Then 3 of the employees left altogether to walk around outside. And a fourth employee told us she didn't want to take the order since she is busy. Don't go here! read more

I just got home from this location. It's the last time I'll eat anything from here. I live 5 min from the location and my food was cold... not only that but this location is notorious for messing simple requests up. I asked at the speaker for no beans on my bel grande and beefy 5 layer burrito. It wrung up on the bel grande but not on the burrito. I was going to ask the woman who handed my card back if she got it but she was too busy taking a personal phone call. I then asked the gentleman who brought my food out if the beefy 5 layer didn't have any beans... he simply said it should and I told him it's not on my receipt and I asked. He took it back to either check or replace it, and in that same instance the drive thru window was left open. I heard a woman scream, "I don't get paid enough for this s***!" Keep in mind this is 45 minutes before closing, and I was the only one in the drive thru. Shortly there after my food was brought back out to me again. I asked because before when I ordered no beans in the app, or at the speaker, THEY STILL PUT BEANS ON MY FOOD. That even equates to less work when preparing it all! read more

These guys take the covid 19 recommendations very seriously and I applaud them for that. While doing so they are able to maintain a very quick pace in the drive-through while making sure Food handling and customer safety comes 1st. Not to mention... it's Taco Bell food which I absolutely love and could probably eat at least 3 times A-day. With that said these guys may be the best Taco Bell around. read more

Went there today to get my chalupa and i have to say the service has improved, place was really clean and i met christie the manager. My only complaint would be that she needs to take more showers and i wouldn't want her handling my food. The chalupas were good though!!!! read more

Taco Bell.... how do you train your employees? Serious question! I can't go through a Taco Bell drive through within 100 miles of my house and get what I ordered. This has been such a problem for so many years I literally expect it now. The Taco Bell here in Freeport has screwed my order up 9 out of 10 times (not exaggerating) today is the day I've had enough. I spent twice the amount of money I normally would just a few minutes ago because of how hungry I am. Today adventures of your service includes me purchasing a Nacho bell grande extra everything and a soft taco supreme extra sour cream. Now I always order extra sour cream in hopes that the employee remembers to at least put some on the dang taco. But guess what... I paid for extra and still got nothing. But my bigger issue is the bell grande extra everything. Not only was it lacking extra everything but it was actually LESS everything than it would normally have. Absolutely ridiculous. What system do you have in place to ensure people get what they order and that it's done correctly and your not just stealing your customers money??? I worked in fast food for years when I was growing up and managed fast food. It's a simple process. But for some reason Taco Bell's drive through is probably the worst of ANY fast food and has been for decades now. read more

My boyfriend and I haven't been to Taco Bell in years... it sounded good so we went through the drive thru. First of all, he asked for something that was on the menu years ago, which they didn't have anymore, but the lady taking our order went out of her way to try and make something for him that was similar to it. Then we drove up to the window where we were greeted by 3 smiling faces. We chatted with them for a bit, they gave us our food and we drove off. We forgot to pay!! So we reversed back and the manager gave us a HUGE discount for coming back and not driving away without paying. All the employees were so nice. Thank you for a great experience Taco Bell!! And shoutout to the 3 girls working tonight- you need a raise!!! read more
