This is the worst Taco Bell in St. Louis. First I got to the speaker, started my order then asked for a freeze with it...the lady said aw I don't have that, I said y'all don't have a strawberry freeze?? She says the machine been down for months. Then I said thanks and backed out the drive thru. The tone was very rude like I was supposed to know the machine has been broken for months. I then proceeded to the next Taco Bell on W Florissant. This Dunn Rd Taco Bell must be an independently owned franchise because any other Taco Bell is totally polar opposite. If you want to keep having a good day go anywhere else but this one. Glad I didn't get to order and looking at the other comments, I'm not alone. Improve the equipment for the staff! Everything could be improved. From stale taco shells to the timeliness of which my order arrived. The workers were anything but friendly. And I found myself waiting around for my door 2-3x as long as it took me to order. Not pleased. Overall, absolute horrid experience. read more

Picking up a small lunch to visit parents. Lunch for 4 approx. $30. The service in drove thru could be better. There was only one car behind us and we were asked to pull around and wait for our food with our drinks. I don't understand this logic plus the drive through young lady was also the food runner. read more

Staff was very rude. They had the drive through shut down at 7:30 pm. Also if you ever do get to use the drive through they make you park on the side to wait for your food every time. read more

This is probably the worst Taco Bell in the St Louis area. I've had burritos with uncooked rice in them, they are almost always out of something (today it was large cups), and the service has only been pleasant twice in the 20 something times I've been to this location in the past year. On 2 different occasions in the drive through, the window attendant has asked me to give them my card to pay, and then asked me to REVERSE IN THE DRIVE THRU LANE so that my car would not trigger their drive through timer. When I asked why, the attendant laughed and said "so we won't get in trouble for taking too long." The 1 time I dined inside, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before one of the 4 employees paid me any attention. I was the only person inside and the drive through was empty when I parked. I don't often leave negative reviews on the assumption that people can have off days and everyone makes mistakes, however today I paid $15 for a medium drink and 2 orders of the dipping chicken burritos. Both orders were cold, so cold I don't think they were even cooked as the cheese was not melted in the slightest. I am hoping management can take some proactive measures so customers don't have to drive 15 minutes to the next closest Taco Bell for quality food and service. read more

I order a chicken wrap and I was given a beef wrap, I don't eat beef. I also ordered a strawberry smoothie and was given a nasty coconut smoothie without anyone asking me my preference for a substitute. I did not receive any sauce packets. It's OK except they got my order wrong and don't use registers anymore which is stupid all they have is a big tablet that doesn't make any sense and taking away the cashiers job. Would recommend if they went back to the way they used to be. read more

Great management, my online order I placed was wrong in the system so that's the order I received when picking it up! My favorite Taco Bell. They have a huge dollar menu and they're usually not busy. Service is great. They redesigned the inside which I don't like, they put these tiny tables out that no one can use, but other than that this is a great location for a fast meal. read more

Run for the border!!! But stop at this Taco Bell first... I visit this location a couple times a month. Each time the order is accurate and food is tasty. One time they gave me a free drink just because! The employees are usually nice and quickly see to my requests. Above average I think when compared to most Taco Bells! Plus they have a guy who works here that could be James Franco's stunt double... That alone is worth the trip! read more

I stopped at this location on may 5th around 1:30 am. When i was greeted at the drive thru the guy working said " welcome to KFC what can i get you?" I paused and ignored his ignorance. I proceeded to order 1 supreme taco. He immediately repeated" one soft taco extra beans anything else?" I replied thats not correct and he asked me to reorder. I reordered and he repeated it correctly back. When i got to the window one of the guys immediately said "we are out of pennies so your change is going to b short" i said that's fine. Then the other guy at the window threw my bag of food at thefirst guy and a taco hit the ground. He asked for another from the back, picked up the taco off the ground and put it back in the window. Then the first guy told his manager they were out of ones. She finally gave him ones and grabbed the taco and threw it in the bag. I get home and its obvious its the same taco that fell on the floor. Then i open my other taco and theres a long hair on the inside of the taco. I would have contacted the store but i got no receipt because he was waiting on paper too. I normally go to this location because they are normally the only one around here that do it right but this is no longer true.
