I moved out by this taco bell recently, but it doesn't matter if have gone early or late I have gone here 4 times recently and before then at least 30 times it doesn't matter if they open early or I go late the food is so nasty and always cold customer service is great though but there food quality and the temperature of the food is exceptionally terrible, I work in the food service industry myself and I would never serve my customers old and out of date product why because I care about them actually getting food pi and dieing, I don't care if it's late at night your tired and ready to go home you should care about yourself and the customers, why because serve food thats cold and not in time you'll get yourself in trouble by the health department, serving people ice cold food is unacceptable honestly you know your doing wrong and I'm tired of having to message management because you don't care and serve food that's not even hot or delicious. read more

This is the cleanest Taco Bell I have been to. I always order the Nacho Bell Grande and order extra cheese. 9 times out of 10 I have to take my food back and show them they forgot the cheese. This location not only gave me the extra cheese I ordered but gave me a small container of cheese. My friend ordered her nachos with extra cheese , sour cream, and guacamole. They got that correct and gave her a small container of them as well. We changed the taco supreme how we wanted it made and it was correct. Needless to say our order was a little complicated for most Taco Bell's however this location got it correct the first time and went above and beyond to make sure it was correct! The people were friendly and the lobby was clean. I will be back next time I return to lake Palestine resort. I am so sorry I was hesitant to try this location because of the other reviews. read more

This is the closet Taco Bell to my house. There was a time pre covid when this Taco Bell literally could not get it wrong. It was absolute perfection. I filled out survey after survey singing thier praises. A couple months ago I ordered 3 tacos in the drive thru and pulled around to eat them in my truck. The shells were near empty. I drove back thru and returned them. (Yes really) they made me new ones with the same scarce amount of lettuce and meat but completey filled it to the top the shell with cheese... I gave up. Took them home and fed them to my dog. Since then this happened another time, in the dining room. The shells we're so empty I had them make them again. And today I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves... I shouldn't have to complain about a taco at a place with a sign outside that says "TACO" in it. You'd think that would at a bare minimum be "the one thing" they could get right everytime. This Taco Bell may make a comeback and get it right again but I'll never know... Food here has always been correct and good. Service is nice because it's never packed. Clean indoors as well.

We stop here on our way to Tyler or on our way back home . We never have had an issue with this location. The food is always super hot. To us this is one of the best taco Bell's .when we go the service is friendly and we get our food fast. The seating is average for a taco bell. read more

I'm I in a third world country?? This place is nasty. Trash everywhere, plenty of employees standing around cackling laughter in food prep with no concern of how trashed this place is. There is a food stand marked Mobil and pick up delivery on the counter that they use as an excuse not to bring your food to the table the extra 10 steps it would take. Awful customer service. Small portions and drive through lady was a straight up word I can't say on here. Corona virus or not I've never seen portions this small or received such attitude because they didn't even give me enough sauce to cover the amount of food I ordered. Will NOT be back. New Taco Bell Location in a much needed area. I've been waiting for this area to grow more for years and hope that this stimulates that growth some. I've drove through this location a couple times now and have received consistently great service. My orders have always been correct even with my picky family and their custom orders. I haven't gone inside yet but from the outside looking in, it looks clean and comfortable. I personally like the direction Taco Bell has gone in the last few years. This location is consistent with its new image. read more

Every time I come here, my experience is absolutely perfect. The staff is excellent but the one who I feel definitely needs a shout out is Connie. She was super personable and funny and made ordering food for my picky brother a breeze. Oh and the food is always hot and fresh tasting! I cannot say enough good things about this location. This waist of a space called Taco Bell is by far the worst decision Flint, TX could have EVER MADE when they decided to "expand across the horizon" not only did I not get a damn thing I ordered, I got creamy jalapeños sauce instead of avocado ranch (which caused my tongue to swell and now has little bumps all over it because I'm allergic to jalapeños) then I ordered a crunch wrap supreme which ALREADY COMES WITH SOUR CREAM AND CASO, but I ordered extra. Well I didn't get neither. My tortilla breading was stale and hard. I didn't get my order of cinnamon twisty sticks. My drink had no carbonation to it and they had the audacity to give me something that looked like it should have been a taco, but it was covered in dry hard cheese and NOTHING ON THE INSIDE. I think everyone in that building needs to further there employment in a completely different career because they have absolutely miseraby failed at life. read more

So I live right on Lake Palestine. There has probably been about five times I have poured to the driveway during open hours and not have gotten a response. Typically at 10:45 PM when the hours say that they are open till 12 PM or 1 AM. And seeing people inside no one seems to even acknowledge me. Basically walking past me even though that the hours posted on the building say differently. Just horrible service and any time I have ordered anything more than three items there is always something missing. read more

i live out around the new taco bell on 155 by brookshire's and i am so happy that they added another taco bell not that far from my house. taco bell is my favorite fast food place so the fact that they added one close to me if perfect. but besides that i've only gone maybe three times and every time i order a BIG order for my family and i and not once had our order been messed up. the staff is nice (although we've only talked to the person working the drive through) but they also load us up with sauces and it's just an all around great experience. keep up the good work! read more
