This place is the worst. I was in the drive through line 15 min before I got to order, and then I was waiting for more than 20 min after I ordered and I still wasn't at the window. 2 cars were served and left the window in the entire 35 min I sat there. I watched 13 people leave the DT line before I got to the window. I was the 14th to leave (after I ordered) because it was taking so long. And no one can come to say that they are short staffed. As I passed the window, 4 people were standing around the window area, and not doing anything. This is the worst TB location in Oakland county, and hope all of the people standing in the window doing nothing either lose their jobs or that they started making the food, and now have to at least pay for the meal I ordered and left. read more

We decided to fill our starving body's when the gruesome lady talking at the drive through told us there closed. This came as a shock to us because the website says OPEN TILL 3:00 AM. I came over here at 1 am to pick my mobile order up - mind you this place is "open" until a minimum 2 am, and "shaneekwa" told me to come pick my food up tomorrow. Go ahead and read that again, the girl told me to pick my food up from tonight, tomorrow. I had to clarify multiple times because clearly there was staff back there, they just decided it was time to stop making food. I also have a video recording of these brain dead people telling me this. The"manager" Justin Wilson came on saying they were closed for the night. I asked why, he said they were short staffed. There was clearly multiple people in that building, he said he was not going to be making food because he was the only person there. This place is an absolute joke. Their staff are clowns. I can't not say enough negative things about the experience coming through here and to think - they can't make tacos- leads me to believe the best option is to be Walmart door greeters with their kindergarten education. read more

Managed terribly. I have never in my life out of the 20 or 30 Taco Bell's I've been to encountered one that routinely claims the drive is closed and that you have to come inside to order. Also the staff only recently has been upgraded to decent people. For the longest while it was the most disinterested, rude, lack of caring young people I've experienced. read more

It low-key deserves a better score. They have really good food. They just need to work a little faster have more nacho fries ready and don't mess up at night at night is when they're busy so they kind of tend to mess up but that's reasonable but they need to fix other than that. The new "crispy chicken" tacos and burritos are anything but crispy. No veggies as pictured on the television commercials - just some grey chicken bits and some cheese. These tacos are awful. The store is filthy and the employees are incapable of making orders correctly and including all the items you ordered in the bag. It has been like this for such a long time I blame poor management and ownership. The food is average when they make it correctly and you actually get what you paid for. Service was very slow. Food was totally unhealthy, processed but cheap. I will not eat Taco Bell if it wasn't for my husband and his late night cravings. The cashier gave us a free slushy while we waited patiently for our order. Great service! The dining area needs to be kept clean. If there are not so many people working at this location, I completely understand. worst experience with fast food ever . my friend went and ordered our order , she waited over an hour for the food . i'm not usually pushy on wait time cause i understand and i've been in the food industry before . but that was absolutely ridiculous . on top of that ridiculous wait , THE ORDER WAS WRONG !! my sister got two cheese roll ups and chips and cheese but none of that came . we also ordered three cinnamon twists but only one came . i ordered the cantina chicken bowl but it looked like everything was just thrown in there while their eyes were closed . and it was missing my beans , cabbage , and it was full of tomatoes (i didn't order any) and my mango brisk tea was so so watered down it was absolutely disgusting . please do not go here !!! read more

Used the drive through. Got my order and the bag smelled like cheap cologne. Got home and my food tasted like cheap cologne. I called, not to complain but to tell the manager that the food handlers should wash their hands or not wear perfume or cologne. The manager was rude, told me it was impossible for cologne to be on the food and said I could come back but there was nothing she would do. One of the fastest Taco Bell's I've been to! I did a mobil order and everything was ready and correct. Food was very good. Only thing there could have been more sour cream on the nacho bell grande since I ordered double sour cream. I was happy to see staff were wearing masks properly and wearing gloves. read more

I only review the men's bathroom in restaurants. This relatively small men's room has one urinal, on toilet and one sink. The stall door is positioned properly so you don't have to worry about looney loos peeking through the door gaps. It's as clean as you should expect from Taco Bell which is to say grime in the corners from dirty mops wielded by minimum wage workers that have no incentive to do better than minimum work. It has paper towels instead of an air hand dryer. That alone earns an extra star. All in all this restroom was about what you'd expect. Not great but definitely not disgusting. read more

It might take longer than expected depending on the time you arrive but it will be well worth the wait. My food is always hot and fresh and I have received freebies when waiting for an extended length of time. SLOW!!! The food is good, but seriously I don't understand why visiting a taco bell over the last couple of years results in excruciating long waits for food. I visited this location around 7pm at night. The drive thru line was wrapped around the corner. There was no wait inside, so I parked the car and went inside to order. I placed my order right away, and then I WAITED........and WAITED.....and WAITED....some more. Finally after 12 minutes my "Fast food" order was ready. Apparently, "fast food" isn't what it means at Taco Bell and that every car in the drive thru takes precedence over any customer in the dining area. RIDICULOUS. This was without a doubt, the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. First off, I'm aware it's Taco Bell, I'm not expecting 5 star service. But if this happens to be your occupation, respect is still required. When approaching, all the lights were off to make it seem as if they were closed. But they most definitely weren't, this was just some lazy employees hoping no one would stop by. I had asked if I could get no rice in my burrito and the response was, "you can't do that". Ok, weird. Why can all the other Taco Bells I've been to do that? After we placed our order, we went up to the window and the cashier said, "can you guys not have such a complicated order next time?". Worst experience here ever and I've had a few bad ones. Pulled into the drive through, a couple cars in front of me. Order, everything seemed fine. Then I wait; I'm in line for over 10 minutes. The car in front of me leaves without getting their order. When I FINALLY get to the window, there isn't an 'I'm sorry fir6 the wait' or anything. Just a "what did you have?" I was never asked if I wanted any sauce or anything. Never apologized to, just take my money, give me my food and get me out of there. The food was luke warm at best. I feel like it is my civic duty to review every Taco Bell I've ever eaten at and give every one of them a five (unless something went terribly wrong). I eat at this Taco Bell once or twice a week. The lobby is usually pretty busy at lunch and the drive-through can be as well, but the staff is friendly and gets me through the line quickly. The food is standard for a Taco Bell, except I feel like they make the burritos smaller here than at other places. Whatever, it is still delicious. By the way, the drive through has an awesome sign that says " DUCK: Clearance 14 feet". It is little things like that, plus fattening ingredients that make me love Taco Bell. read more
