I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst service and food ever from a Taco Bell. First they took forever to get our food to us we waited probably at least a half an hour. Not only did they not get our order correct but we were charged for black beans when we wanted them instead of the meat and only got it on one of the tacos when we said at least 3 times that we wanted it for both tacos. Absolutely appalling. Will never eat here again! read more

Failed to give a receipt, when i went back through drive thru to get it they insisted they couldn't print another copy and they couldn't find the original. When I tried to get a refund for my UNTOUCHED food they told me they don't give refunds for any reason (great customer service policy). If this is a franchise and the owner sees this you might want to ask why your employees are so adamant about not giving receipts . read more

I grew up going to this taco bell. We always laughed about the trash cans that would thank us when we would throw trash away . Its pretty much as good as a taco bell can get, which is 3 stars. Incredible taste, not that great for you. read more

Ordered food at 10:46am today using the mobile app for this location. Upon arrival the "manager" Amy, said she had no orders and refused to give us our food even though we clearly showed her the order, the confirmation email, and that it even came out of our Hunnington checking account! She was very rude and treated me like I was a criminal! I asked for the number to call, she doesn't know, I ask for a district office to call she doesn't know, how long till the money is put back in my account she doesn't know. I finally find a customer service number to call and they tell me it will take 3 business days to get my money back!!!!!! Unbelievable! read more

Would give this no stars if that was an option. Literally never open when they say they are. Sat for 45 min in the to go line, couldn't get out, no one was even in the restaurant. I wanted to start this review off by saying i am an avid eater at Taco Bell. Tacos and quesadillas are my go to late night snack after a long day. Tonight, i drove to my nearest Taco Bell location to grab a late night bite after enjoying my day working outside and enjoying one of the first nice days we have had in Ohio. I figured it would be a great end to my day to shove a chicken quesadilla, soft taco, cheesy Gordita crunch, and nachos in my mouth. Mind you I'm a 5'3 115 pound girl- who just really wanted some fricken food. I hopped in the drive thru with about 10 other vehicles containing people that were just as excited as i was to be able to eat some good grub. I was in line for 20 minutes ~~~ but that didn't matter because I thought "wait a little bit and the reward of some tacos will make it totally ok." Turns out I was wrong. This is when all h e l l broke loose. The person in front of me ordered there food and pulled up to the second drive through window- then it was my turn. As i prepared to open my mouth to ask the person how they were doing and order my food. The nasty lady told me "WERE CLOSED" - and that's when i proceeded to tell her that I had been waiting in this line for 20+ minutes. She proceeded to tell me "we closed at 12 - sorry." I couldn't even begin to relay the feelings and emotions that went through my body when she told me that I couldn't order. The lady was also rude and not understanding at all. They did not block off the drive thru or inform anyone that they were closing until you reached the drive thru speaker. The hours on google say 12:30. It was 12:01 when I tried to order. They also denied the other 4+ cars behind me that had also been waiting. I got to thinking - i believe the terrible workers were making the line slow on purpose so they didn't have to serve the rest of us after 12. Absolutely upset. They put lettuce on my taco and i do not appreciate lettuce on my taco. I purposely order my soft taco with only meet and cheese. And when i receive a soft taco with more than meet and cheese that gets me going. Some may say i'm just a picky eater but all I am is a man that know what he likes. When I go out to eat I want what I want. If i wanted to eat something I didn't like I'd ask my mom to make dinner. Do better next time Taco Bell or else I will refer to you as Taco Hell. Just rude service. Came here with son, took a few minutes to order, the cashier was ok, but kept asking us what else, ( it was no one else expect me and son, 8:30 morning, slow business) and not even finished pay, the food was already on the table, guess it was a old lady prepared, after she put on the table, she said " I can not believe it's just 4 dollar... blablabla" she kept saying can't believe. My son went to asked ketchup, she said " just wait" and showed her dark face, son was sad, she's not even say "PLEASE". Store hours til 4am. Car blocking drive thru and no explanation for being closed and very rude when called and asked why they are closed.

Great management! Hurray for standing up to the irresponsible employees that show up late for work.

This location is solid. The people are friendly and the food is always good. Worth 5 stars!

The last few times I have been to this Taco Bell the service has been horrendous. Yesterday afternoon around 5pm I lined up in the drive thru line. After about 10 minutes we still hadn't moved and my 7 year old in the back seat said, " Mom, I think we are going to be waiting a half hour again just like last time!" After another 10 minutes people were literally backing out of the drive thru line. Two guys came out of the Taco Bell telling me it's probably a good idea that I go somewhere else as people inside have been waiting for their food for over 20 minutes and asking for their money back! This has been happening at this Taco Bell more times then I can count and if you are lucky enough to get your food after waiting so long better check your order before leaving that drive thru window as I can promise you your order will be wrong. read more

i went here yesterday and there was a really nice girl taking orders at the front. she asked me how i wanted to take my order, i decided the electronic way to make things easier. i got my food and i sit down and a mother and her daughter comes in and obviously wants her to take their order and this rude shift manager looked at the nice employee and said "she will show you how to use the kiosk to order. won't you." in the most rude nasty way possible. it felt like she was talking to her as if she was a dog. i not only felt so bad for the nice girl but it made me sick to think people can treat their employees like that and get away with it WHILE the general manager is there too. read more
