DO NOT EAT HERE My mother, who is a senior level citizen, visited this location today. Until today-taco bell was her very favorite splurge when she's able to get out. She wasn't feeling well but was stopping in to pick up a treat for her grandkids. My mother was told, after waiting a few minutes at the drive thru, to pull forward & wait until they were ready to bring her the food. Because NO ONE ELSE had pulled into the drive thru & because she was having severe pains in her foot-she asked if she could just wait at the window for a few more minutes. A female manager at this point YELLED at my 70+ year old mother to move if she wanted her food. She of course had already paid. I don't even understand why someone would care so little about other people to force them to move in this situation. My mother complied though as she didn't want v to make the situation worse. Her food was brought to her completely cold & missing items, nearly 20 minutes later. Obviously this was a passive aggressive move by a mean nasty person at this point. I will NEVER go to taco bell again & intend to share this review to everyone I know. I understand this was the actions of employees at one store, but I highly doubt this was the first time this was deemed acceptable. #TacoBell read more

Worst service I have ever recieved. I waited 30 minutes to recieve my food and the staff were extremely rude to everyone. They were cursing and standing around and on their phones and wandering around the lobby. I'm astounded they still have jobs. read more

I am never disappointed here. I ordered in the drive through and got out quick. I got a quesarita or some hand held thing. It was steak and cheesy! I just needed a little something to tide me over until dinner. Sometimes we go in and have a complete meal. They always have mouth-watering food shown on their commercials. Yes, it's a Taco Bell, but when I drive up to a fast food place I expect to get food...fast. Is that asking too much? Twice in the last 4 months I have tried to stop by here after coming home late from a shift at work and both times, even though it was still well within their hours of operation, this establishment was closed. The last time I sat at the drive thru menu for 3-4 minutes with no answer until someone popped their head out the back door and yelled "we're closed!" at me. This was at 10:30PM on a Tuesday, a good half hour before their posted closing time. Well, I've never been back and never will try to eat there again. read more
