They've got a traditional selection of meat as well as the ground beef of choice for your average americano diner. If you want flour tortillas with ground beef lettuce, cheese, you're covered. Pero si quiere algo mas tradicional, tienen tortillas de maiz, pastor, tripa, lengua, cabeza, etc. They also do breakfast! While this isn't the best Mexican food truck, it's the best Mexican food truck that'll come to your location on Camp Atterbury with a phone call. They often go to the ranges, park by the post exchange, or near the USO. Call in advanced to see where they'll be on any given day. Sometimes they can't make it (they don't leave a spot as long as servicemen are still lining up). Now that I have relocated back, it has remained my favorite place to eat in Edinburgh. Yes, it is an Indiana tex Mex place, and they have all of the normal items you find at the many other spots in the area, but the service is amazing every time. They are extremely quick and efficient, and do their best to make you feel welcomed and cared for. Chips and salsa flow like the Colorado river! They do have one of the better dipping salsas I have had in the area. If you are in the area - definitely worth the trip. They have frosty beer mugs, and margs are pretty good, and reasonably priced.

To start our service was friendly as always. There is not a large crew at this place since it is small and attached to the gas station. All are friendly. The salsa was extra cold and tasted fresh, we added a queso and a guacamole and both were very tasty as well. Not a huge point for us but the sodas are always very crispy here!! For food I ordered the basic Arroz con Pollo and my girlfriend got her favorite dish from here so far in the Pollo Monterrey. No complaints as both dishes seem to never miss. We do wish that corn tortillas were more standard than flour here but both are tasty.
