So I've ordered from this Taco Bell before and they've had some attitude about customizations for orders. So I thought hey I'd order through the app to give them plenty of time to customize my order. When I went through the drive through for my pickup. The person said oh you have the heavily modified order. Which I'm like okay not understanding completely while they are salty but as long as my order is done right. One of those customizations pictured below was a chalupa with extra meat and pico de gio instead of tomatoes. So tell me why I paid an extra 2 dollars for a chalupa with the same amount of meat and no pico de gio. I didn't get my extras but what I did get was extra attitude. I.E. if you are going here you have to order it strictly how they have it on the menu. If you hate your job I suggest you quit. People out here are struggling the same so when they want to treat themselves they expect their hard earned money to receive what they ordered sans the attitude. Completely unacceptable. read more

I was working all day recently and my sister was nice enough to pick me up food on here way towards me. I placed my order ahead of time and paid via the app and all my sister had to do was pick up my meal. Simple, right? Well I ordered a meal and a few other things added on. Not too hard of an order to follow, but somehow it must have been. When my order finally made it to me, some things were missing or put together wrong. I had wanted an order of the fiesta potatoes, those arrive, but no utensils. Have you ever tried to neatly eat deep fried potato cubes covered in cheese and sour cream? I don't suggest it if you do. I'm sure there were other things that irritated me about this order, but that is all that I can think of at the moment. Order placement was not an issue. Pick up was not the issue. I make regular trips between Harrisburg and Pittsburgh and this is my rest stop because it's on the correct side of the highway, the bathroom is clean, and the food is ready quickly. The dining room, at least on Friday nights when I pass through, is usually empty and clean. This evening, Aaliyah waited on me and asked if I've been in before. There was food and trash left all over the kitchen area. I had to stand in a nonexistant line when a worker decided to stand there and look at us but never said anything to us. Left another customer standing there for about 10 minutes without saying anything to said customer until I mentioned there was a customer waiting to be waited on. read more

Pulled up to the drive-through window at 6 pm on 10/31. The young guy manning the window was properly masked, but some girl was going around nearby with her mask pulled down, not even fully covering her mouth. If you take masking seriously, go elsewhere. read more

Always disappointed kiddo. This is the second time we got two soft tacos with just cheese and the second time they messed up my order. Meat and cheese is pretty simple. He hates lettuce and if you've ever had to dig shredded cheese out of shredded lettuce you know why I am leaving one star. Basically ended up with meat and then my little one is upset. As for my food it was a flat soda and a gross 7 layer with the sour cream and cheese in one end and beans in the rest. Thought it had meat but mine was non existent. read more

customer service was slow and did not impress me. the food was good, but they missed our nachos in the order although it was on the receipt. no big deal. we walked up to the counter (there was only one other family in the establishment) and they completely ignored us standing there even after we all said "excuse me". terrible service. would absolutely not recommend. read more
