The D'Iberville location used to be pretty decent. Now it's getting pretty bad. Everything is half way done. It's sloppy. No one cares about quality anymore. It's just get it done. As an example if you ask for extra sour cream and you might get a normal amount. Guess I gotta drive somewhere else now. Service was quick. Too quick.... Had a late lunch at work and was starving, got a quesadilla and a crunchy taco and went home to eat asap so I could get back to work. Quesadilla was heated up for maybe 3 seconds at most with cold cheese and steak and a way too generous amount of sauce. So we hurried and skedaddled to Taco Bell in D'iberville Mississippi. Right after our orders have been taken, they very swiftly got our orders nice and ready for us. No human contact, when my order was FINALLY ready, the bag was tossed onto the counter, next-to-zero fillings in my taco which was wrapped so poorly it leaked into the bag (good thing the bag wasn't on the seat of my car or it would've stained it), was not thanked for my patronage, no napkins in the bag, no receipt. They will argue with you when you let them know that your order was messed up. They make you feel unwanted. I will never be back here again. They could not issue a refund for an online order that they could not fulfill, because they didn't know how. They told us to cancel in the app, even though they had "fulfilled" the order so we could not cancel. So now we'll have to call tomorrow and see if we could get a refund from someone who knows how. If you want to be very angry and aggravated after you leave a restaurant or a drive-through this is the place for you. The customer service is non existent, they don't care about your time, it's always incorrect, always . Then they act like it's your fault or it's inconvenience for them to have to fix it. It's one of the worst fast food restaurants have ever been to. I've literally been told at the After ordering an entire meal that I wasn't going to get any of it...just like that you're not going to get any of it because our system is down. Now the day shift are very pleasant and they try hard although they're shorthanded and very slow they try . Clean interior, quick and friendly service, consistently good food. Not too much else you could want from a fast food joint. To access the parking lot and drive thru you have to turn into the shopping center since there is no direct road access. The interior is the new, updated modern look that most stores are adopting, but there is something a little special about this one. While you're waiting for your order, you should check out the pictures near the fountain drinks that show the aftermath of hurricane Katrina as well as part of their rebuilding process. read more

Disgusting! I ordered a wrap box combo at Noontime on 12/8/2021 through the Taco Bell app and I picked it up from the drive through. The crunch wrap supreme was unwrapped in the bag, the taco was crushed (not inadvertently broken, but actually crushed) and wet (how does a taco get wet?), and the filling tasted burnt. I was also shorted the twists that were supposed to be part of the combo. The food was inedible from the burnt taste, despite disregarding my better judgment and taking a bite from the unwrapped crunch wrap supreme. The lady at the drive through was curt and she was clearly having a bad day. Shame on me for giving this location a second chance. It has been ten minutes and I still have the taste of the burnt filling lingering after finishing a large Baja Mountain Dew (the drink was the only part of the meal that was consumable). read more

These guys can never get an order correct. Just ordered the drive through again and of course it's wrong. Last time we went inside and orders through the touch screen right by the entrance, on the app they offer BOTTLED WATER. When I didn't receive my bottled water I asked for it and they said they didn't offer bottled water and walked away. Literally it was on my receipt and they walked away. Asked for the manager and she said they same thing before I demanded a drink which I finally got. Seriously check your order before leaving if you are at the drive though. No wonder these guys work in fast food, they can't even read a simple order on a screen. read more

For a chain fast food joint this location is a good one. The people have always been friendly and helpful every time we have enjoyed a meal here. They keep the location clean and stocked (hot sauce, napkins, cup lids, that sort of stuff). It is a little tricky to find if you are not familiar with the area. If you are in that situation I would recommend the use of a GPS if you have one. Our family enjoys this Taco Bell quite often and will continue to enjoy it! To make this location even more appealing to me, there is lots of shopping close by and a few stores right next door! read more

Said they were open for another 15 minutes according to YELP. cars in the parking lot. Went through the drive thru----- an employee looked right me and went out of view. Sat at the Drive thru for a few seconds, waiting for him to reappear. He didn't. Pretty rude--- if you ask me. Trying to pretend like you're closed when you're supposed to be open.
