The employees were very disrespectful and rude!! i am a uber driver and i was going to enter the lobby and they had apperantly closed the lobby already but they DID NOT LOCK THE DOOR! so when i walked in i had three different employees yell at me saying "WE ARE CLOSED GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU CAN YOU NOT READ!??" then i said "well the door was unlocked so how am i supposed to know" then she got mad and said idc you still have to go thru the drive thru. now i can understand them telling me it's closed and them being nice about it, but there is no reason for the disrespect!!! Shiny new building...exact same terrible management. Having eaten at Taco Bell stores across the country, I know what the food should look and taste like. You can tell the employees do not care how the food is presented when you get home and open the bag. Burritos half the length, barely filled, just folded up and even double tortillas in their haste to get your order out. Your order will be wrong, it will be mangled, and it will taste just enough like TB food you are aware of the disappointment. My grandmother went to this location today and ordered a taco supreme and a cup of beans today, when she got to the window the total was over $6. When she got the bag she realized they gave her multiple additional items so she told the woman the order was wrong and told her she'd get her what she ordered when my grandma asked her about getting her money back for the things she DIDNT order the woman gave her an attitude and handed her a dollar. When she got home and was nearly done with her food she found DIMES in her food. Having worked in the food service industry for ten years I know for a fact that can't happen on accident. Taco Bell used to be a standby as a kid. I remember my friends dad bringing home a grande combo and there was always enough food to go around. And it was good. Taco Bell in general seems to have gone downhill. Already one of the cheapest places to eat I think they have had a hard time with inflation trying to provide value as well as make a profit. However. The food is just sub par. Everything has lost its taste and made me feel Ill all day. Not the healthiest food I know. But still a company has the responsibility to take care of the customer. Now onto this particular restaurant if you can call it that. The location of the exit of the drive thru seems like a serial killer devised it. It thrusts you through a most of the time flooded dip, right out into a busy intersection area. The line is always long here due to poor management or disgruntled employees. Prolly both. They do manage to slap the food together tho. The drive thru speaker makes me feel like I need to yell and all you ever hear is a faint whisper of response when you try to talk to the drive thru employee. And this is definitely one of those places where you check your order when you get it before you drive off. read more

I wish I had read the reviews! However how can you mess up a simple bean burrito and an unsweet ice tea right? Well let's count them ways. Tea tasted like something left out for a few days. I know this cause my husband leaves tea out for a few days and it smells like this. The bean burrito looked like someone had unwrapped it and pawed through it to see what was inside. It also looked like they had rubbed it in the floor. No kidding it was actually dirty. I say thank you for that cause at least I wasn't tempted to eat the thing. Just don't even. This place is the reason I gave the company the nickname of Toxic Hell, because that is exactly what this location is. First appearances on walking in is horrible (I should've convinced my mom to go elsewhere at that time). The ceiling tile looked absolutely horrible, and the vents were cracking and dripping water everywhere. We proceeded to order and that part went pretty smoothly. The gentleman who was training on the front was very nice, but not the young man who took the money. We ordered 3 cravings boxes, nacho bell grande, and a quesorito (however it's spelling). We had to remind him we needed 4 drinks not 3. So we are waiting, and finally the 2nd young man with no personality brings a bag with all the food crammed in it. I said what is this? He said your order. But we order 3 box deals and they should be in 3 boxes. Reluctantly, he went and took our order to find boxes. He brings the food back and I go through the boxes and they were all missing items. He had no explanation. I asked for the manager. The manager was not much help. I told him the boxes were missing the cinnamon twist and he said yeah, they are, and stood there looking at me. I just asked for a refund. Heed my warning, STAY AWAY FROM CROSBY TACO BELL! read more

If I could give "0 stars I would" Dude this Taco Bell has gone to shit. 1 table has been broke for over a month, the other tables are sticky, the cashiers have horrible arithmetic skills and do not know how to use the cash register. Today is the last I plan on going there. The ticket time took 32 minuets and there was a hair in my food afterwards and they have me the wrong order and re completed it as well as gave me more food than I ordered. 2 customers walked out while I was waiting on my food and the people before me had been waiting 20 minuets on their food and received incorrect orders as well. This location needs an over hall because the counter can not see the lobby to keep track of how long the customers have been there. if i could leave worse than 1 star i would. took our money and didnt give us a receipt. left food off of our order and the food they gave us looked so bad i refused to eat it. Drove around to the door to bring it inside and an employee locked the door as i walked up. drove around to the window to ask for a refund and to show them what happened and to show them how unacceptable what was given to us was. knocked on the window and the employees tried to pretend we were not there. finally someone comes to the window we explain the situation and they tell us they cannot give us a refund that they do not do that. they also refused to give us a receipt i pulled out my phone to record the young man named dylan saying that they could not give us a receipt and he walked off they closed the window with half our food sitting inside and would not come back. They basically robbed us. This is unacceptable i cant believe with the ratings this place has on yelp and google over the years that corporate doesnt do any thing about this place its unbelievable. i guess they do not care.
