The beans were piping hot and incredibly good. His meat choices were pastor, birria, and chicken, and the birria might have been the winner. I ordered a gordita with pastor for only four dollars. It was stuffed with meat, beans, cheese, salsa, and all the good things. The outside was like a fried, crispy corn pita situation that I am still thinking about. I will be hard pressed to order anything else because the gordita was that good, but I already know everything here is going to be delicious.
