The worst Taco Bell in existence. How do you run out of Nacho Cheese sauce??? That is literally the glue that binds it all together, the Crème! Besides no golden sauce they also were unable to serve Cantina Chicken. It wasn't even busy. Empty parking lot only two cars in the drive-thru on a Friday around 5pm. None of my food was correct. I ordered a nacho fries box with a beef chalupa instead of chicken, no beans on the 5 layer burrito ass lettuce, and a quesadilla meal. This Taco Bell keeps going from bad to worse. I've been a customer for years and the last three times I came, I have had not only horrible service but they always get my orders wrong. All guests are completely ignored and told to order from the machines (I had to pay with cash so I had to do the line twice) and was ignored for a long time. The cashier had the worst customer service I've ever seen. As soon as we walked in, she told us to use the self order screen, as she stood there at the register. I opted for her to take my order, but she had her AirPods in her ears the whole time. That is so rude. Her whole attitude was terrible. The person working at the window shook his head and closed the window in the middle of my sentence and walked away. 5 minutes later when I came back he again ignored my request. Finally was able to get a refund after over 30 minutes of waiting in line from a manager. Refund took another 5-10 minutes. No apology, no comments, nothing. Came here and used the drive thru, the wait time was a little longer than average but overall my order was correct the reason why I give this restaurant 2 stars is because when I ordered I ordered their new Cinnabon ice coffee, they served me the coffee in a plastic cup, it was not iced more like a smidge warmer than hot, when I asked the lady working the window about the coffee she told me very rudely "there's nothing I can do about it being hot" so I asked for more ice in the cup and that was refused but she did give me a cup of ice.
