The worst Taco Bell in existence. How do you run out of Nacho Cheese sauce??? That is literally the glue that binds it all together, the Crème! Besides no golden sauce they also were unable to serve Cantina Chicken. It wasn't even busy. Empty parking lot only two cars in the drive-thru on a Friday around 5pm. I waited for 40 minutes, no one informed me the store was closed. I went back through the drive through the associate said we are closed and not making any Uber orders. This Taco Bell keeps going from bad to worse. I've been a customer for years and the last three times I came, I have had not only horrible service but they always get my orders wrong. All guests are completely ignored and told to order from the machines (I had to pay with cash so I had to do the line twice) and was ignored for a long time. The only person who cared was the lady who is also in charge of taking drive-through orders. I also came here three weeks ago and waited in the Drive Thur around 4:30 pm on a Sunday waiting at the speaker for someone to say we are close and I drive up to the window and the employees are hanging out in the drive thru and it also had a home made sign on the speaker saying due to short staff we can make certain items on the menu. The cashier had the worst customer service I've ever seen. As soon as we walked in, she told us to use the self order screen, as she stood there at the register. I opted for her to take my order, but she had her AirPods in her ears the whole time. That is so rude. Her whole attitude was terrible. Two other customers also asked to speak with the manager and I'm assuming it was about her. As one customer was complaining, someone in the kitchen was telling the CUSTOMER to "shut up." Came here and used the drive thru, the wait time was a little longer than average but overall my order was correct the reason why I give this restaurant 2 stars is because when I ordered I ordered their new Cinnabon ice coffee, they served me the coffee in a plastic cup, it was not iced more like a smidge warmer than hot, when I asked the lady working the window about the coffee she told me very rudely "there's nothing I can do about it being hot" so I asked for more ice in the cup and that was refused but she did give me a cup of ice. Slow!!!!!! 19 minute in drive through with 2 cars ahead of me! This is just ridiculous

I came through the drive thru around 12 and they were supposed to be open until 1. nobody was answering the mic and an employee looked out of the window multiple times but refused to answer. I pulled up to the window and the girl who opened the window had to ask if they were open and a kitchen worker said no but then another lady said they were. When she said they were open, the kitchen worker started yelling and cussing while the window was open. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. Either they give me somebody else's order or give me a hard or soft taco when I ordered the opposite. I always say no tomatoes in my burrito and it never fails that they always put tomatoes on it. Not to mention whoever makes the burritos doesn't know to wrap them. They just fold it in half like a taco and I always have to wrap it myself. On top of everything it's often not even hot enough to melt the cheese in it and is stone cold when I get home. I've given up on ordering hard tacos because they are always stale even though I still get one most of the time. This is absolutely ridiculous and it's a sad excuse for a "restaurant". read more
