They are always closing early. Don't ever have any damn meat or cheese. Literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever ate in my life. Wouldn't buy from this one in Childress again if it was the only food option open. I would rather starve than deal with the incompetence and laziness. The food be slopped together and half assed as it is. Absolutely terrible. read more

Ordered 5 Beef Crunchy Taco Supremes. The meat was cold. The taco shells were soggy as if they were made for an order that wasn't picked up. Most the shells were broken and stuck to the wrapper. There was very little cheese. read more

Are you kidding me, Taco Bell?! This was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. First of all, we were the ONLY customers in the building -- not a single other person in line or at a table -- so there's literally NO excuse for how badly they screwed everything up. We paid for drinks and never even got them. Nothing. Just handed the bag and sent on our way like we were an inconvenience. When we pointed it out, the staff acted like it was our fault. Unreal. Then they gave me a steak quesadilla when my order CLEARLY said chicken. How do you mess that up when there's no one else to serve?! It's not like the line was backed up -- you had ONE job! Everything in the bag was a sloppy, thrown-together mess. Tacos were smashed, cheese and sauce everywhere, burritos half-wrapped like they just gave up halfway through making them. Honestly, it looked like someone made it blindfolded and angry. If this location can't even handle ONE order with no customers around, how do they survive during a rush? I want my money back and a reason why this crew thinks this level of carelessness is acceptable. Total garbage. read more

It was bad I asked for a taco with nothing but meat there was lettuce I asked for a cheese quesadilla i got a different quesadilla I reviewed it and it was correct but when I got it it was wrong $21 for nothing. Service was horrible read more

Horrible. Just horrible. 30 minute wait. Plenty of staff. Only a couple people in the lobby. Worker yelling at her child in the lobby. Food eh. read more

This is our 2nd visit passing through from out of town. I just can't believe we had the same issue as last time, which is slow service. For 6 crunchy tacos and 6 chicken limited time roll ups, we waited for about 15 min. Meanwhile drive thru being handled and dine in experience was an inconvenient wait time. read more

Went to this tacobell with a friend and we both got incredibly sick, when we tried to notify staff we were told it was our problem and to eat sh*t. The staff were incredibly unprofessional harassing most of the customers. This location needs to be shut down read more

Due to short staff dine in is close and can't order at drive thru acting as if it gets busy lol and most vehicles around this area are over size smh read more

Screw this Taco Bell, sincerely from a hard working truck driver. They are right across the street from a busy truck stop and these lazy S.O.B's close their lobby at 8 so truckers shutting down for the night can't walk over and get some grub when their lobby is supposed to be open until 10. read more

Order a number 5. A crunchy taco, nacho Bell grande with three extra nacho cheese sauce on the side. Everything was yum delicious hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and right on point with my other. The tables and all etc. were clean/ well kept. read more

No one tried to wait on us. When someone asked if we had been waited on they were like yes she just wants a Mountain Dew. I was like I hadn't ordered anything at all. Then someone came over but she had a hard time taking the order cause she was playing around with another co workers. I had to stop my order 3 times cause she was laughing and joking. There was no clean tables and with all the ppl standing around you would think someone would take the time to clean them the manager was oblivious to what was going on. The food was horrible. read more

Ordered 7 items. Got 6. 2 of the 6 were wrong. Person identified as in charge is maybe 17. Skip this place. Second time through this place. Second time order was wrong. read more

Luke is a great worker!!!! He fast and the best employee their he deserves a raise!!!

I hate TacoBell They charge you for sides like a scoop of pico and its $.50 and then when they make your food they don't put it on it. Also like sour cream then give you a tiny bit in a cup. Mexican Pizza was over cooked so it tasted burnt! read more

Stopped at this Taco Bell while driving through Childress today... Very nice and clean inside and in the restroom. Probably the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant! Everyone was so very helpful and kind that I felt a review was necessary! read more

Easily the most disgusting Taco Bell I have been to. Had I seen the filth on the floor in the kitchen before ordering I would have left. An employee climbed up on the counter next to the drink fountain leaving muddy footprints on the counter and not cleaning up. Seriously no telling what could possibly be on the bottom of his shoe. Would not be surprised if I got sick. read more

Food was undeportioned and they served hard soft shells (stale) for both my burrito and soft taco. My burrito supreme had no olives and about the size of a cheesy roll up. The staff was friendly though they had no idea why I was complaining so I would guess it had to do with poor training from management. If you need to run to the border you may want to run a little longer. .. read more

Was there about 2 weeks ago. The twists were nasty. Mentioned to Manager. She simply replied she hadn't tasted them today and returned to kitchen. Due to construction it had only 1 entrance, 1 exit. Tables were dirty. Management wouldn't even acknowledge nor comment. 1 of worst visits in a Taco Bell in a very long time. read more

Just went there to grab 2 quesadillas and a drink employee in the drive thru took my card and ran it slow though the machine then had the gall to tell me it was declined. I had 1700 dollars on my account. He said he would try again and said it was still declined. Gave him back the drink went down the street and used my card to get 2 slices of pizza and a bottle of tea ran my card boom no problem. If they don't know how to use the equipment keep them off it. read more

Worst place to eat with nasty tables even when not busy. Drink station and floors with filth everywhere and when asked to have a clean table to eat employee didn't like it. read more

Found a yesterday's receipt in my taco!! Can you give it a 0 star!! Never stopping there again! Manager didn't know how to run cash register to refund price of ONE taco! Wasn't apologetic at all! read more

Don't plan on this place to be open even when their hours say that they are open. We stopped at 10:45pm, two employees were sitting on the sidewalk smoking. One ran into the store and locked the door and the other one yelled out that they were closed. They don't even deserve one star! read more

Either this place has stepped up their game or people only review when they are angry bc I and my family were very satisfied with our meal at this Taco Bell. Based on previous reviews we were concerned. But we were pleasantly surprised~ Fast courteous service, food served quickly and was hot, fresh and yummy. Clean restaurant and bathroom. All the checkmarks for a fast food restaurant. Would definitely eat there again when traveling through Childress. read more

Best fast food in childress period.. Food good.. Wait staff good.. Sometimes super busy.. But still good.. All staff from manager to cashier are dialed in to provide outstanding customer service.. Bathrooms clean .. Eating area clean.. I give it 20 out of 20 hangry points read more

Clean store. Food is what is expected. Staff is young and still learning but overall a good place to grab something cheap.

Terrible workers! There was no where to sit bc they blocked off a section during dinner hours and then an employee complained loudly - so we could hear her- about us sitting there. I guess they expected us to stay up to eat! Unprofessional and rude! read more

Don't come here unless you want wait half an hour for your food. Multiple people got out of line in the drive thru and I should have as well but I was desperate. Took them 5 minutes just to have us order and when we finally reached the window nobody came for another 5-10 minutes to hand us our food. Good luck. read more

This is a good place to eat but the service was horrible and the only person not being rude was a guy named Johnny if he is not getting a raise he needs one read more

This place has the best employees and wonderful service. I left my purse and since we don't live close they shipped the lost purse. Wonderful, honest employees who make you feel good that there are still good people in the world! read more
