Are you kidding me, Taco Bell?! This was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. First of all, we were the ONLY customers in the building -- not a single other person in line or at a table -- so there's literally NO excuse for how badly they screwed everything up. We paid for drinks and never even got them. Nothing. Just handed the bag and sent on our way like we were an inconvenience. When we pointed it out, the staff acted like it was our fault. Unreal. Then they gave me a steak quesadilla when my order CLEARLY said chicken. How do you mess that up when there's no one else to serve?! It's not like the line was backed up -- you had ONE job! Everything in the bag was a sloppy, thrown-together mess. Tacos were smashed, cheese and sauce everywhere, burritos half-wrapped like they just gave up halfway through making them. Honestly, it looked like someone made it blindfolded and angry. If this location can't even handle ONE order with no customers around, how do they survive during a rush? I want my money back and a reason why this crew thinks this level of carelessness is acceptable. Total garbage. read more

Then someone came over but she had a hard time taking the order cause she was playing around with another co workers. I had to stop my order 3 times cause she was laughing and joking. Easily the most disgusting Taco Bell I have been to. Had I seen the filth on the floor in the kitchen before ordering I would have left. Just went there to grab 2 quesadillas and a drink employee in the drive thru took my card and ran it slow though the machine then had the gall to tell me it was declined. I had 1700 dollars on my account. He said he would try again and said it was still declined. Gave him back the drink went down the street and used my card to get 2 slices of pizza and a bottle of tea ran my card boom no problem. Food was undeportioned and they served hard soft shells (stale) for both my burrito and soft taco. My burrito supreme had no olives and about the size of a cheesy roll up. The staff was friendly though they had no idea why I was complaining so I would guess it had to do with poor training from management. Don't come here unless you want wait half an hour for your food. Multiple people got out of line in the drive thru and I should have as well but I was desperate.
