So tonight I thought I would try Taco Bell and that was my first mistake as the long line should have told me to go elsewhere. But I decided to go inside and order from a kiosk which was dirty 4 tacos with no lettuce and you would think it was simple. After waiting for over 14 minutes and watching 3 orders before complain about not getting their correct food. I was going to ask for a refund but the young man called my name so I took it and left. Only to come home and find lettuce on my tacos. $8 bucks and my time down the drain. So warning stay away from this location as they can't get an order correct. read more

Sat in drive through for 7 minutes ,was initially acknowledged and then nothing. Then eventually drove to the window. Waited there 2 minutes before anyone was seen in restaurant. By this time someone had pulled up to order behind us. The worker, an extremely rude red haired pale woman took their order and then open the window to talk to us. We explained what had happened and she said, " that's impossible" basically calling myself, a middle aged physician. and my fiancee lairs. She informed us we had to go back through the drive through to order. I asked if she could take our order at the window being we had already waited at the drive through for 7 minutes. She refused. I informed her I would like a way to contact her manager and she stated she couldn't give out a phone number for safety reasons. I asked her again if she would just take our order and then she said she was going to call the cops. She shut the window and walked away. At this point we drove away once again amazed by the lack of well mannered and competent workers that are in the work force today. This worker should be fired! read more

Every time I come here something gets messed up. How am I supposed to eat this when they folded it so sloppily. I understand that it gets busy but that's no reason to hand out food looking like this. I go to this taco bell quite often and they have almost never messed up my order or given me a bad experience. One time they put lettuce on my taco even though the receipt said no lettuce, but that was just one time out of the many times I have gone. The staff have been nice and friendly to me whenever I go thru the drive thru, and they even have the screen so I can verify my order, they seem to be one of the only places that have a working screen. The food is always good tasting for a taco bell, so not really anything to complain about. Good experience overall! read more

When we approached we had to wait 15 minutes to get to the speaker and then when we did the drive through employee informed us that if we ordered anything with beef it would be an additional 15 minutes. We have been in line for a total of almost 30 minutes and for something such as Taco Bell, it's not really worth it. read more

Taco Bell has been my favorite place for as long as I can remember, I could get over the extremely long wait at times and the slight messing up of orders that was until today when I specifically asked for no tomatoes on my taco due to me being highly allergic to them I was told that it'd be no problem for them to do so after reviving my taco I discovered that they did not listen what so over and there was tomatoes on it at this point I was already home and over the whole situation, I will not be going back.
