Ordered "steak" chalupa, paid the extra $, and got something else. Thankfully they did remember to add nacho cheese (paid extra for this too). They also gave 1 pack of sauce per item. Good food and wonderful service, finally a Taco Bell that doesn't mess everything from your order. There is a huge parking lot and they are social distances. Two entrances in the parking lot which was easy to pull out of when we saw the lower one. Literally only flaw was the stop sign where it's impossible to make a left. Clean facility and decently friendly staff. However they rarely get an order correct. I'll admit that I eat here a bit too often due to limited options. In the past year they've legitimately only made one order correct for me. Missing items and incorrect items all the time. I have had nothing but problems with this location. Orders constantly being wrong. Food thrown in bags and falling apart. Rude employees. Today was the last draw. My card kept messing up in the drive thru and instead of letting me try a different card the manager named Courtney called me a bum that couldn't afford my food and said they would have to pay for it. At Boonville Taco Bell right now, the employees are acting like children, throwing food around on the ground out of anger in their kitchen, slamming things around, making the food terribly, not sure what's going on with them but Boonville Taco Bell get your shit together and calm down lmao, ridiculous. Management seems like it is here but not making your employees work professionally or at their best. We had a mobile order, we had to wait thirty minutes, got home, and our order is completely wrong and everything is thrown together like slop, thank you for the disappointment. I'm always impressed when the first thing that I notice is a clean bathroom and a clean dining area. This is what I found at this Taco Bell. All of the tables are clean that are not being used - rare for a fast food restaurant. I got me one of the $5 boxes and the taco fries are really good as well as the rest of the box.
