This KFC/Taco Bell is under different management now. They used to be HORRIBLE. Like.... REALLY BAD and slow and sloppy and just gross. BUT NOW They are getting better and though they still might be a little slow, there food now tastes good and is not sloppy. It's a Taco Bell, but a decent one. The dining room and bathrooms were clean and functional. We placed our food order through a kiosk and it was ready in about 10 minutes, everything fresh and accurate. The food stop options in this area are pretty dismal, but as a family, we agree that this would be an okay place to stop on inevitable future road trips. read more

On 30 degree night the heat wasn't on, at least I'd did not feel like it. My wife was shivering. My daughter and I felt chilled. It was very cold inside building. My burrito was good temp, but 5 tacos, nachos and fries were cold to barely warm. The crew seemed pleasant. Restaurant was clean. So no complaints there. However, I likely wouldn't return. read more

We stopped on a road trip here! This Taco Bell was very clean. Quick service. Quiet. Perfectly temperature food. Very impressed.

This is a combination Taco Bell/KFC. Food is the same recipe as every other one, so once you get it, it's good. This is the filthiest, most poorly managed Taco Bell or KFC I've visited anywhere in the country (and that spans over 150 locations I have personally patronized. Patrons are cleaning their own tables, there is food on the floor, trash cans are overflowing - and it's been this was for over 30 minutes with no staff coming to address it. This manager should be fired! One last note. Don't even THINK about going in the restroom. read more

I am deaf and I was traveling back home to Iowa from Kansas City during the Thanksgiving weekend. There's a lady working there who knows sign language and that brightens my day today. Thank you so much. I really appreciated their service and the very friendly staff. The facility was very clean. Very easily accessible from Interstate I-35. You messed up my order I ordered 3 bean burritos and I got three burnt supreams. I give you 1 star review.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting, dirty and greasy-- and I'm not just talking about the food. The cashier never greeted us, just asked if it was to-go or not. Two of the three people working ignored us before finally taking our order. The food was greasy and tasteless (usually Taco Bell is pretty decent on this.) I have definitely made better choices than to eat at this particular Taco Bell but as I was traveling, I didn't have much choice or energy to leave and make a better decision. I will be surprised if I do not get sick from this experience. This place needs to be shut down. read more

Awful! The staff always seem to look as though they just rolled out of bed and came to work. Work stations look messy. Staff seems to care more about what's going on with one another verses the customer. On several occasions before I quit going there, they didn't even have items on the menu. This is one of the slowest and worst managed fast food places I've ever been. It took us 20 minutes to get through the drive through and they didn't know our order when we got to the window. They were out of rice, didn't include all of our food and overcharged us. To top it off, my husband's burrito and taco wrappers were covered in sauce and soaking wet. If you are traveling on Hwy 35 and looking for a place to stop, DO NOT stop here. If it wouldn't have taken even longer, I would have gone inside to ask for my money back. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stop here. When I placed my order there were exactly 5 orders ahead of mine. We ordered 2 value meals. It took exactly 30 minutes to fulfill our order. During that 30 minutes I watched 3 of the 5 orders ahead of me return items, missing items, etc. we stopped at 7pm on a Friday. There were at least 6 employees on staff. I'm truly at a loss for words to how this can even happen? Does Taco Bell & KFC have any standards?? Reading other reviews, this seems to be the norm. We stopped here in our way home, and we have regretted the choice ever since. I don't know if we happened upon this place during a bad day, but by reading the other reviews, everyday is a bad day. The food was sloppily put together, the taco pizza seemed like it hasn't even been cooked. We took some items back to the counter for correction, and had to wait 30 minutes. If you want fast food OR ANY FOOD AT ALL...DON'T GO HERE. To work here, requirements are only that you are incompetent.This place is ridiculous. I waited inside at the counter while they helped 2 families in front of me. 5 minutes go by and the second family left. My review is for the KFC side of this Taco Bell combo restaurant. I ordered a meal and was told they didn't have enough to fill the order and I would have to wait 15 min. I said that would be fine. 45 min. later I got my order. When I got home I found that I had received all original recipe instead of the half original and half extra crispy. The mashed potatoes were the consistency of gravy, and I didn't have a single biscuit let alone the dozen I had ordered. I would have gone back but they locked the doors and had to let me out when I left at 8:45, the sign on the door has closing at 10:30. Terrible experience. read more

Aboslutely the most aweful service I have ever recieved. The place was absolutely disgusting with water spilling into the dining room from the bathroom. The AC was broken and the entire place was humid inside from lack of ventilation. My wife and I got into a verbal argument with the manager (who looked like he just got out of prison) over the fact that it took over a half hour to wait for food we never recieved after he lost his cool and told us to leave with no refund. I will never visit another Taco Bell due to this incedent and I hope the health department shuts this place down. I only gave it one star due to the fact I can't give it zero. read more
