Waited like 15 mins J's for them to get my order wrong and they were bitches and my drink was supposed to have ice but there was none

Wife was just there to order food. Ordered online half hr before arriving to the drive thru lane. Manager was very impatient and told her that he had too many orders and they would get to her in a half hr. Never asked her name or what her order was. Said was only him and another employee working. She said again she had put in an online order and he replied he had too many orders already and wasn't even asking her name. Was very rude. We canceled our order and took our business elsewhere. The people in this place have no home training on the staff acting like he wanted to fight me. The man hung up in my face when I was talking to him about my order that was messed up and the girl couldn't count tell me that I had to give her exact change I gave her $40.00 and she she gave me 2.00 and when I asked her do the rest of my money she got upset this is the worst service I have ever had I think they were all on drugs I will be asking for a full refund and will never return and I will let people know don't eat at this business read more

Sad that I can only go to one star and not lower. A fast food chain, that closes at 8 pm. I was in the drive thru at 7:45. Had to wait 15 minutes to get to the order window, and it was 8:01 and they wouldn't take my order. This place stinks. Awful service(if they're even open) and just overall needs a new owner who cares about serving the community. I have never seen anything like this at a fast food place. Expectations are already low, but these guys have somehow lowered the bar even more. Do not go here. read more

Taco Bell is my biggest guilty pleasure, definitely not "authentic" by any means. That being said this location is a bit hit or miss, service really depends on what time u show up. If ur thinking about coming around Lunchtime (12:00pm-1pm-ish) the lines can be long but thats to be expected with "fast food" although i wouldn't bet on this place being "fast" around those specific times, the place seems understaffed, wouldn't be surprised if they don't even have a GM yet. I cant really comment on the tidiness of this place because I'm usually in the drive thru so I'll let y'all be the judge of that. Waited 30 mins for order that I had to ask about. They forgot about me. When I finally got the order it was not only short, but wrong. I got 2 soft tacos instead of 2 burrito supremes. What a privilege it was paying over 7 bucks for 2 crummy soft tacos with practically nothing in them. Got 2 bean burritos for the price of 3 as well. Not worth driving across town to get it fixed. Where to start. The seating area was redone a couple years ago but hasn't been open to the public since. The remodel is complete, they just don't want to open it. I routinely wait at least 15-20 minutes in the drive thru only to get vape smoke blown in my face and cheese shrapnel from an ongoing cheese war between the employees thrown into my car. You would think at a fast food restaurant by the time you pay it wouldn't be long that your food would be on its way. You couldn't be more wrong at this location. "Well at least the food is well done and my order will be correct after this lengthy and terrible transaction right?" Wrong. More often than not your food is incorrect and I can't imagine it's even sanitary given how the employees are acting. God only knows what's happening to the food in there. Horrendous management. Consistently the worst fast food experience a person can have. It would be one thing if this was an isolated incident, but it's not. This place is awful, every time. I ordered online at 10:30 pm. The app accepted my order and charged my card in advance. When I got to the store there were cars in the drive through. At the drive through was a sign saying they would close at 12pm. It was 20:45pm. When I got to the speaker and the window the teenage girl refused to fill the order they had accepted and refused to let me speak to the manager. NEVER use their app to order as it bills your card immediately, even if the store refused to fill your order. DO NOT USE THEIR APP!!! read more

Yummy! Food is always Consistent, staff is polite & this was the fastest Taco Bell I have been to! Drive thru in under 5 mins, that could of been because the food wasn't made to order, we ordered 2 bean burritos with no onions, 2 chalupas with chicken, tomatoes & cheese. I love those items! The chalupas were hard, & the bean burritos were squished. I love Taco Bell so don't want to leave a bad review. This was also 2:00 ish on a weekday. read more

Wish we could give zero stars, we went inside to order, it took 31 minutes to receive our order. Our crunchy tacos were soggy and falling apart. The bean burritos tasted like old dry beans that were scraped from the bottom of the pot. When I asked for our cups for our drinks the employee questioned that I ordered drinks. It was taking sooo long that other customers were asking for a refund. Everytime we go here were usually missing something if we go through the drive thru. So we thought going inside would help. I actually really really love Taco Bell and have for the most part has good experiences and the ones I didn't they were very understanable. I'm a vegetarian but I love tacos so I always ask for them without meat and they've always been great about not messing it up which doesn't happen everywhere. The only issue I'll give t-Bell is they always find a way of either giving none or way too much hot sauce, one time I ordered one taco and I kid you not got 17 packets of mild sauce and another time I ordered a whole meal with my family and we asked for some in got none but because they give us so much we have a stash at home so it's no issue. read more

The past few times I've been to this Taco Bell i've found a hair in my food and (or) they forgot one or memore of my items. I'd say you're better off going to the next closest one if you're thinking about going. All I had ordered was a 5$ box yet I got a cheesy gordita crunch with no meat and a hair in it, a beef and cheese burrito, a baja blast, and nothing else. Very bad service whoever was at the window on 11/14/21 at around 5 also would not stop staring at me and my partner, leaving us to just look away as she was glaring at us... Honestly if I could give it a zero Stars I would. In the front of the restaurant there is a billboard size sign that says let's talk about a job. Since I was looking for a part-time job I inquired. I was informed that all applications needed to be filled out online. When asked to speak to the hiring manager she wouldn't even come out of her office. I've noticed that this company is constantly looking for help and it's not a Wonder, when the hiring manager won't even step to the front counter to greet a potential employee. The food is subpar at best and when you've got poor management it's a recipe for a bad experience all the way around. read more

New Taco Bell, very good, we normally go to Taco Johns because Taco Bell had started to get a bit chincy on the meat, and it is all about the meat, right? Well with a coupon in hand we went to the new remodeled Taco Bell (after several years), pleasant surprise good flavor to the meat, MORE of it. Yes it is better than Taco Johns which has gone down hill in our opinion. We are now back to Taco Bell here in Bemidji, Mn. The only drawback is I myself like to have the food hotter so at least in the soft tacos and tacos the cheese melts, we are always the lucky people whether eating in or take out our tacos or soft tacos the cheese does not melt at all. I would like it a lot better if it would just a bit anyway, but for a quick bite, I deal with it or slip it in the microwave when possible. read more
