The food is always really good, but everything else is disgusting. Especially the bathroom. The women's bathroom always smells like smoke, I've seen ashes on the floor, the sink is clogged with hair, the toilet seats look like they should come with a prescription of antibiotics, and I once seen someone sleeping on the floor in the handicap stall. The tables in the dining room are never clean, the trash is always overflowing, there are always a bunch of loud obnoxious teenagers in the dining room, the wait for the food is always forever ESPECIALLY the drive thru at night. For Saturday May 9, 2026 their hours State they open at 7 AM and when somebody walks down there and they expect that they're open at 7 AM like they say and the doors don't unlock until almost 7:45 AM and it's raining out maybe the restaurant should consider updating their hours so people don't believe what they post online as they're opening hours at 7 AM you know that makes somebody have to wait 45 minutes that they're not open read more

This location is absolutely ridiculous! There are no friendly employees. Last time I went through the Drive-Thru they charged me for a item I never received. Me and my boyfriend love the night crew here! They are always so friendly and patient with me and the modifications I make. This past experience they even wrote a cute note on the wrapper! Service is always pretty good and fast, but most of the time I get food here it's just not good...The chalupa shells are hard or taste old and the potatoes are always hard. This is mostly at night, during the day it's not always bad. I'm not sure if it's just the people on that shift or whatever but it's a problem. read more

Horribly rude. I don't normally get food for others when I go get fast food, so I didn't realize the chalupa boxes came with drinks. The guy taking my order was in such a rush he wasn't able to wait the literal thirty seconds for my friends to respond with their drink request, that he decided what they were going to get himself; then got pissed when I said they wanted something else and he had already poured them. This Taco Bell is mediocre on its best day, but more often than not it is downright bad. This is the second I have gotten something from there that tasted and smelled like rancid grease and stainless steel polish. The first time, it was the shell on a Taco Salad, and this time it was a Mexican Pizza shell. The fact that the shells were old enough for the grease on them to go bad would have probably made me sick, but I am allergic to stainless steel cleaner/polish, like Sheila Shine. Both times, my lips and mouth burned, and I had gastrointestinal problems even though I only ate one bite. Other times, I have gotten burritos with one piece of steak or chicken on it. Once, they had nothing but rice on the them. You always have to check your order before you leave because it is usually wrong or missing stuff. My family will just avoid this Taco Bell in the future. This place provides the worst customer service and food I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The management team is nothing short of absolute garbage. They are always rude to customers. The drink bar looks like trash, the dining room is always under stocked, and the employees never seem to care about the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. If you have a complaint they treat you as if you have no clue what happens at a fast food joint. Personally I have worked fast food and continue to work customer service based jobs and even when a customer treats me poorly I still have no reason to be treated the way I was at my last visit to Taco Bell in Barberton. When you want to speak to the GM or what another managers name is so that you can file a complaint, or even on a good note, they say they can not give out that info! 9/3/18 My fiance, our 3 year old, and myself stop in to grab some dinner before heading home. We ask for certain items to be cooked to order. As I realized that they were not, I asked to speak with a manager. She approaches me and asked the problem and I explained. A simple explaination that the potatoes were just made was sufficient. Instead the management team, decided to refund our money and asked us to leave as my 3 year old son was in the middle of eating his taco. Disrespectful, rude, and incompetent managers made us believe they kicked us out because we are same sex couple. I will never spend another dime at this place. read more
