I love taco bell. But I was very disappointed with this visit. There was only a handful of people and it took over ten minutes to get our food, there was also other people waiting in line for 5-10 minutes before they were even greeted and waited on. We got our food and went to sit down, but the lobby was a mess. almost all the tables were dirty and there was dirt caked into the floor as well as napkins and sauces all over the floor. This location is hit and miss, sometimes the service is really good sometimes it's probably the worst I've experienced at a restaurant. The food over all okay, it's Taco Bell so it's pretty consistent, it does seem that the amount of food you get depends on who's making it. I have gotten tacos that had practically no meat on them and I've had them filled really full. This location seems to be really slow about getting your order to you. Not sure if I can give no stars but I would if I could. I give this place a chance maybe once every 4 months and I have to be talked into it. Just got home after a 13 hour shift and decided to try again. Won't make that mistake again. No cheese with my nacho fries, they put tomato on my Mexican pizza(I ordered without), and my steak chalupa was their ground beef(which I can't stand) I understand people make mistakes sometimes, totally understand. But this is literally the worst case scenario every time I go. If there is a manager of that disaster of a cauldron, they must be pretty do-less. Thanks for nothing Taco Bell. I placed an online order and went to pick it up but when I got it home I realized it was horribly messed up. We got maybe 5 of the 15 things we ordered and the rest just seemed like they chose whatever they wanted to throw in there. I called to ask if they can look up online orders because it was wrong and all I got was, "you can come back and go through the line to tell them" and then he HUNG UP! After driving back, I told them my order was very messed up and they asked what was wrong with it and when I started listing all the things they said, "You were really missing all of those things?" Uhm yes? Why would I be telling you that if I got them? They messed it up once more and left out a Doritos taco as well as a crunchwrap supreme with NO MEAT ON IT!? I mean, come on. A good place to crab a quick lunch or dinner, though their parking is a bit confusing. They are located in the Russell Centre strip-mall location near IHOP. I will go back again when I'm in need of a quick meal but not a place I would want to eat at all the time. Food was well prepared and tasteful as quick-service food goes. If you want a finer Tex-Mex dining experience in the Ashland area I would recommend Tres Hermano's. read more

I don't post reviews unless my experience is either phenomenal or horrible, and this Taco Bell is HORRIBLE. I live in Ashland but only go to Taco Bell maybe twice a month. But each time I have been there the attendant taking our order has been incompetent. There is no excuse. Oder is always wrong, and customer service is always very, very poor. read more
