Beware of this shady company! Kevin Tash is a salesman, not an innovator. Nothing he does is wow factor! Please look at my photos for my company his team created and how poorly shoot and designed they are. Kevin and team throw things together and call it a work of art. TO WHOM? Not to me the client. I waited over a month, for Kevin and his team to start my project. He claims he spent two weeks in research and discovery, but the truth is the team knew nothing about my business or the wine business or they would've presented better options to me. Kevin and his team, took everything I've already created for myself and just slapped tack media on it. Thats not creating new content! I should've known better when they created my web site mock up after two weeks and presented me with the same website, just different fonts. Man, this guy will pull the blindfold over your eyes, but wake up!! He is a crook. All these reviews are fake and linked back to his friends. Including flavors of India. He told me that was his friends. Just look, its all Arminian supported businesses. Not only this, but Kevin will oversell what he can accomplish for you. I haven't gained not one sale, or a follower! Atleast a follower, come on and I can see why. With their social media management it is just posting pics, but that does not get you followers. You must engage and like other pics and comment on other profiles. See what the competitor is doing. As of now, Kevin has stopped communicating with me, due to non payment his words (after I paid him 4,000 already for less than 30 days of work and a website that was never done). He has locked me out of my slack account that we used to communicate so I couldn't use our back and forth as evidence, but jokes on him I took screenshots of everything. He has disappeared. It's sad that people take advantage even During this crisis COVID-19. He is soul less and heartless. He himself admitted he wouldn't do the website because he invested 10k into my project which is such lie. If you've seen the work they sent to me, it didn't even look like it was more than 1,000 value. The studio he promised we could do everything in, we couldn't It was a run down office with a couch and table. Someone had a nerve below to call it a creative hub (a friends review), omg it was a rundown office! Kevin get's his friends and family to write false reviews. Just dig a little deeper with this company they manipulate the internet. Don't be fooled by the few 5 star reviews. On one site he's been in business since 2003, and then 2009. If that long why not so many raving reviews. Where are the bad ones, you can't please everyone everytime and their all 5 star!!! No history on BBB either and his other name for the business is Beverly Hills Web Design. I didn't do my research because I had so much going on, but if you care about your business, seriously look elsewhere. They also kept a few of my merchandise with promise and hope to do more photoshoots, but of course that would never happen. This company must be stopped and I will be the one maybe the first to go after my refund, that is deserved. Carefully consider these guys. Kevin is a liar. Anything that comes out of his mouth I would second guess. Avoid at all cost. I will update later, as of now, I am getting ready to take his company to court. Its so sad people like him take advantage of small businesses. We spend our entire savings on companies like this to get nothing in return. Pictures, that he said looked great below. Then claimed the work was done, the color is subjective, what work? Did you forget I hired you? Did you forget the customer is always right, especially in design? I guess so. Him and his team's work did no justice for how beautiful and delicious my wine really is! I don't do cheap, my product isn't cheap, so I will not approve half done, cheap work! I found Tack Media on Yelp through their great reviews. I spoke with Kevin and mentioned all of the things I needed. I worked with the team for around 4-5 months and I am beyond happy with the results. They created a website with content, photos, menu, social media, loyalty programs, flyers and some advertising that I needed for my coffee shop. The best part is they were always available through chat/video calls and in touch for any changes/adjustments that were made. It was a smooth and fun process. The team thinks outside of the box and they gave a lot of creative ideas on how to advertise my business so it can stand out. Their staff is very detailed oriented, professional and sharp. It's very important to find creatives that understand the overall vision. I've had that happen to me in the past with another marketing company, where what I wanted was not delivered because of miss-understanding and miss-communication. This time around working with Tack Media I achieved the overall vision through their great communication skills and great work ethic. Through every step, they always sampled out drafts/content/edits for me to approve before putting it up anywhere. Which doesn't leave much room for mistakes. What also makes them great is when something didn't work Kevin and his team were very understanding and flexible to adjust. Three weeks before my grand-opening we had a situation where one of my wholesalers that I was going to buy pastries from had increased all of her items over 30% and that was not going to work for me price wise. We had done the photoshoot for the pastries and they had all the photos in all the menus, website, social media etc. They helped me out and took the new photos and re-did the entire menu, flyers for me last minute. I really appreciate it. They delivered and met all of my needs. The marketing team I worked with in the past would nickel and dime over every single hour/job done, whereas Tack media gave me a very reasonable package which left room for adjusting things if they didn't work.
