First off, I clearly explained the problem: the van had serious starting issues (sluggish crank, dying immediately, needing to sit with the ignition on for 10 minutes before it would finally start). I also provided them with a full OBD scan showing the codes (P0507 idle air control, P0171/P0174 lean conditions, etc.), and gave them the van on Thursday morning. I was told it would be done no later than Monday evening. Instead, they didn't even start working on it until Sunday, and then told me Monday night that they had ordered the wrong part. I didn't get my van back until Tuesday evening -- five full days later. That's not just poor planning, that's negligence. When I picked it up, everything seemed fine for one day. By the next day, the check engine light was back. I cleared it once thinking maybe it was a fluke, but within another drive the van had multiple codes again -- including lean conditions on both banks, fuel ratio imbalance, misfire codes, and control module errors. Worse than that, the van now has no power on the road. I pressed the accelerator all the way down and it struggled just to creep up to 63 mph over the course of a full minute. To make matters worse, the shop has since gone completely silent. I've called, texted, and emailed multiple times with no response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. So let's recap: * Gave them plenty of time -- they delayed and wasted nearly a week. * Installed the wrong part the first time. * Returned my van with even more problems and dangerous drivability issues. * Refused to communicate afterward and left me stranded with a failing vehicle.
