Now I'm 21 and I know next to nothing about cars so I asked her if she could look at it really quick. She agreed and drove it around the parking lot. She came back and told me my transmission needed to be replaced and it was going to be around 4K. She isn't say it meanly just in a matter of fact way. I started crying because I had gotten my car 9 months earlier and I took perfect care of it. Now the thing to you is I have a Nissan Versa so this wasn't my fault. It was a defect in the transmission of the car. Susan explained that to me and didn't make me feel stupid. This is where the five stars come in. She finally threw a Hail Mary and asked me to call the finance company to see if they would extend my loan. That was when I found out that my finance snuck in a warranty without me or the dealership knowing. Because of Susan's forward thinking and creativity I am saved a lot of money. Susan is the secret as to why this place is amazing. She is kind and carrying. She just looks out for anyone that walks through her doors. She is a genuine person. When I was breaking down for my situation Susan was there fo help me out Anyway she could. I will be taking my car here for anything it needs. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
